The World's Socialist Paradises -- Where the Elites Have Life Jackets and the Workers Always Drown

[Today is an early posting, back to normal tomorrow.] THE REAL NEWS TODAY IS ABOUT THE BREAK-UP OF THE PROGDEM COALITION. Facebook is being challenged. Black Americans and public opinion are moving toward Trump. It's true, President Trump has survived the worst 18 months of his presidency. The future will become more friendly for him. • • • MSNBC'S STEPHANIE RUHLE SAYS SHUT FACEBOOK DOWN. MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle has openly called for Facebook to "shut down its giant social network twice this week and has even suggested that Congress might need to step in and muzzle the site and its users due to fears that Russia will once again 'hack' the 2018 elections in favor of Trump and the Republican Party." • On MSNBC’s Tuesday night broadcast of the “11thHour” with disgraced former NBC Nightly News anchor Brian Williams, Ruhle said that Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has created a possible “Frankenstein…monster” threat that must be curbed. Although she focused on the idea that Facebook should voluntarily shut itself down, Ruhle also lamented that Congress has done nothing to regulate the social network : " I'm not going to feel bad for Mark Zuckerberg. This is the world he created, and maybe it's a Frankenstein. Maybe he created a monster. And yes, it is extremely difficult to corral it, and Facebook is bringing in all sorts of allies and partners and the FBI to address this. But nobody's crying for Facebook here…these cyber-attackers never went anywhere. They were there before the 2016 election. They remain there today. And while it's our gargantuan problem, Facebook has a gargantuan amount of money to address this. And with Facebook not being regulated, you can say all day long if people on the Hill are united in their condemnation of Facebook, but they're not forcing Facebook to do anything or regulating them to do anything .Facebook could shut it down tomorrow until they have this thing solved.” • Williams asked her : "What would you shut down, though? I mean, there are pages going up tonight that look innocuous and have just a slight tilt to them that only a trained eye like Robert would see as being Russian in their derivation." Ruhle answered : "Brian, you could shut down Facebook. You could say, we don't understand the monster we’ve created. We're 98 days away from the midterm elections. And to Cheryl Sandberg's point, they don't even know where this is coming from. Knowing the threat it is to our American democracy, do you really need to look up, you know, what your ex-boyfriend is doing these days and where he is going on summer vacation? Maybe not. Not until we address what the exact problem is here. It's not like Facebook doesn't have the money to do it. • Ruhle hosts a regular 9 a.m. slot on “MSNBC Live,” where on Wednesday she again highlighted her support for shutting down Facebook and compared alleged Russian influence operations to “contaminated aspirin" tablets that would need to be recalled by a pharmaceutical company during an exchange with CUNY Graduate School of Journalism professor Jeff Jarvis, who expressed skepticism that Ruhle’s draconian response of shutting down Facebook was justified. • Besides Ruhle, one of the loudest voices for Facebook regulation is Democrat Senator Mark Warner, who last week published a white paper outlining several proposals to combat the threat of Russian election interference, including requirements for social networks to authenticate users’ true identities, find and label so-called “bot” accounts, disclose the funding sources of all political advertisements, and crack down on defamatory content and posts with fake information or else face lawsuits at the state level. • BizPac Review reported on Saurday that Facebook made policy changes in April requiring proof of identity to purchase political ads. Several Progressive groups are claiming this is unfair to Latino immigrants. BPR said : "Facebook began requiring users to submit a government-issued ID and mailing address before purchasing any political ads in April as part of the company’s efforts to combat foreign meddling in American politics. A coalition of progressive political groups asked Facebook in May to reverse the ID requirement but claim the company has been unresponsive. The activists said Thursday they will 'step up efforts to continue shaming Facebook until the policy is amended' in a press release. 'Facebook’s one-size-fits-all policy for so-called ‘political advertising’ has effectively shut millions of voices out of the democratic process and public discourse on the most populous and influential social media platform,' said Angelica Salas, executive director of the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights, in the release. 'The social media giant must face the fact immigrants and other communities are not the enemy.' 'Facebook already has a horrible reputation of compromising its users’ sensitive information, and its new ad policies would force users to give up even more personal information -- blocking many Latino people from fully engaging in the democratic process via Facebook’s platform,' said Matt Nelson, executive director of left-wing Latino group Presente. 'This is a reckless attempt to divert attention from the company’s fundamental security crisis. If Facebook continues down this cowardly, anti-social, dangerous path it will lose the trust of thousands of its employees and millions of consumers,' said Nelson." • A Facebook spokesman defended the policy to The Daily Caller News Foundation and pointed to the identification requirement as in part a response to past election meddling by foreign adversaries. A Facebook spokesman said : "The advertiser authorization process is designed to help ensure people know who’s behind the political ads they see on Facebook. We are listening to feedback from many groups for which this policy presents challenges." • Isabel Sousa, the organizing director for Florida Immigrant Coalition said : "Facebook’s constantly evolving ad buying policies discriminate against immigrants based on their citizenship status, effectively silencing organizations that are led by already marginalized people. We demand that they rethink their processes and stop targeting immigrants. After finally recognizing the severe negative impact their lack of transparency and data privacy has had on the United States, Facebook has responded by making it much harder for advocates of vulnerable communities to get our message across.” • That's the way it is in America. There is room and a welcome for everyone who follows the rules and the rule of law. You don't have to be a citizen to get a proof of identity. But, you do have to be a legal immigrant to get a legal proof of identity. Get on board or get on out of Facebook political advertising. That's just the way it is. • • • ANOTHER POLL SHOWS GROWING SUPPORT FOR TRUMP. BizPac Review reports that Rasmussen Reports has tweeted the news that black support for President Trump has doubled in the last year, the one woman who can almost single-handedly take credit for that reality noted that Democrats are laughing no more. • BizPac credits Turning Point USA’s Candace Owens, who managed to bring Kanye West aboard with her sales pitch that “black Americans are slaves on the Democratic Party plantation,” as the Washington Post described her views. She is one of the most influential voices in the #WalkAway movement and she was quick to share the Rasmussen poll, tweeting : "WOW! Black support for @realDonaldTrump has DOUBLED since last year. Do you all remember when people laughed at me? When people said the idea of us blacks waking up to the reality of our mental enslavement was a delusion? They aren’t laughing right now.” BizPac says : "Despite mainstream media reports that the Dem exodus, specifically #WalkAway movement, was little more than Russian bots stirring up trouble, Owens has been predicting 'a major black exit' for some time and noted as much in a second tweet. 'I’ve sat down with countless reporters that have questioned my assertion that a major black exit from the Democrat Party was transpiring,' she wrote. 'They painted me as foolish and insinuated that there was no concrete evidence.' ” • But, says BizPac says the Rasmussen Daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that : "Recent developments suggest a sea change could be underway, as seen when a black pastor participating in a White House roundtable discussion on prison reform said President Donald Trump was possibly the 'most pro-black President' he’d seen in his lifetime, and that included America’s first black President, Barack Obama. That assessment's coming from Pastor Darrel Scott, a co-founder of President Trump’s National Diversity Coalition. Another indication that black Americans are growing tired of the Democratic Party was seen in Chicago, where residents marched against gun violence and demanded Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s resignation. The mayor is receiving the backlash in part for favoring illegal immigrants over US citizens -- a staple of the Democratic Party. Low skilled illegal immigrants compete with many African-Americans in the job market. • The Republican Party has always been the home of black Americans -- from fighting a civil war to free them to opening up citizenship, public office, education, and job opportunities. And finally we have a Republican President who is making that clear. • • • PELOSI ATTACKS TRUMP'S ECONOMIC MIRACLE. And it cannot help the Democrat cause. CNS News reported on Friday that despite record employment, lower unemployment, record Hispanic employment, and an increase in manufacturing jobs in July, House Minority Leader Representative Nancy Pelosi, a California Democart, found something to criticize : tax cuts and wealthy Americans. Pelosi said : “July’s jobs report shows that the wealthiest 1 percent and big corporations continue to hoard the benefits of the GOP Tax Scam for the rich, while American workers are denied the bigger paychecks they deserve.” • Yet again, Pelosi is so far out in left field that she has forgotten where home plate is. Here are the July US Bureau of LAbor economic facts, reported by CNSNews.com : "A record 155,965,000 people were employed in July, the 11th record-breaker since President Trump took office 19 months ago. The economy added 157,000 jobs in July (compared with a revised 248,000 in June). The unemployment rate edged down to 3.9%. The number of unemployed persons declined by 284,000 to 6,280,000 in July. The unemployment rate for Hispanics set its second straight record low, 4.5%, down from its then-record low June level of 4.6%. The number of Hispanics employed hit a record high of 27,223,000, up from 27,077,000 in June. Manufacturing jobs increased by 37,000 in July and have now increased by 400,000 since Donald Trump became President." • But, Nancy Pelosi sees nothing but gloom and, of course, vilifies the last Republican tax cuts -- touting the Democrats' "A Better Deal For The People," with a plan to lower health costs and prescription drug prices, increase Americans’ pay through strong economic growth by rebuilding America and clean up corruption to make Washington work for the people. • Sorry, Nancy -- that Deal is already underway, and it is being led by Republican President Trump and his GOP-majority Congress. Your Deal had 8 years to get off the ground and it never even got to first base under President Obama and you as Speaker. Move over and let a President who knows what he's doing get the MAGA job done. • • • HERE'S WHAT SOCIALISTS LIKE PROGDEMS REALLY DO FOR WORKERS. South Africa is going to legalize the confiscation without payment of land held by white farmers so that it can be "distributed" to South Africa's black population. • Newly elected South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, a millionaire ex-businessman, has said the ruling African National Congress must initiate a parliamentary process to enshrine in the constitution a proposed amendment, paving the way for land confiscation without compensation. Ramaphosa, who vowed to return the lands owned by the white farmers since the 1600s to the country’s black population after he assumed office in February this year, said on Tuesday that the ANC would introduce a constitutional amendment in parliament. “The ANC will through the parliamentary process finalize the proposed amendment to the constitution that outlines more clearly the conditions under which expropriation of land without compensation can be effected,” Ramaphosa, a prominent trade union leader and a close associate of Nelson Mandela, said in a televised address on Tuesday. Ramaphosa argued that “it has become pertinently clear that our people want the constitution to be more explicit” about the proposal, which is viewed by the South African white minority as forceful expulsion that can incite violence against farmers. • White citizens, who represent 9% of the South African population, have been told by President Ramaphosa that the government would handle the controversial matter through “dialog, discussion, engagement, until we find good solutions that take our country forward. There is no reason for anyone of us to panic and start beating war drums,” he said in February, noting that nothing should prevent farming activities from continuing as normal. BUT, many of the Boers, descendants of Dutch settlers in South Africa, do not take the government’s promises at face value, instead seeking asylum abroad from what they say is a surge in violence and government-fueled hostility against them. CNS News reports that last month, Australian Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton called on Australia to provide emergency visas for South Africa’s white farmers, who are reportedly facing persecution at home. That sparked a diplomatic scandal, with the head of the South African opposition labeling Australia “a racist country” for granting refuge to white farmers both in the Mandela era and now. Boers have also appealed to Russia, seeking to resettle farmers who no longer feel at home in South Africa. A delegation consisting of some 30 South African farming families arrived in Russia’s farm belt Stavropol Region last month, asking the local authorities to consider resettling up to 15,000 Boers. Moving “is a matter of life and death” for them the head of the delegation told the media. The region’s Deputy Commissioner for Human Rights Vladimir Poluboyarenko told RT, the Kremlin's media outlet, that there is a plan in place to resettle up to 50 Boer families and potentially some 500, who would arrive to Stavropol with their own cattle. • Black South Africans should ask their counterparts in Zimbabwe what happened when President Robert Mugabe expropriated white Zimbabweans' lands in 1999-2000. It led to a crisis in commercial farming in the country, a collapse of agricultural jobs for black Zimbabweans, and a food production crisis. A downward economic spiral began that has led to up to 40,000% inflation rates in Zimbabwe and finally, it forced the resignation of Mugabe in 2017 amid national strikes ot get rid of him. • • • DEAR READERS, that is socialism. It doesn't understand the reality of economic growth and prosperity. It doesn't care about the needs of workers. It only knows how to take away private property and other personal rights and grab them into the state for the elites' greater glory and comfort. • After a drone attack on him during a speech, Venezuelan President Maduro addressed the nation on Saturday, saying : "This was an attempt to kill me. Today they attempted to assassinate me." He said "evidence" gathered thus far "points to the far right" working in conjunction with Colombians and groups in Miami. • It wasn't the 'far right" that threatened Madura's life. It was the starvation and hopeless joblessness that has led Venezuelans to revolt against Madura's "socialist paradise." • It was absolutely sickening to see former President Barack Obama go to South Africa to give a speech pandering to these South African socialist thugs who wrap themselves in the false flag of South African liberation. His speech was the perfect example of socialist elites banding together to tell each other how great their agenda is -- while their socialist boat is sinking. It always does. And only the elites have life jackets. They survive to tell each other how the "racist" conservatives of the world are at fault for their own failure. And, the poor workers drown. In socialist "paradise," they always do.

  1. Okay, Deep State, you’ve had more than a year of fun and games, but now it’s time to fess up. You’ve been looking for evidence of Russian collusion and we played along with this because of the sometimes-suicidal nature of conservatism, but now it’s time to lay all your cards on the table.

When most normal Americans hear the details of the Clinton-paid potty dossier, their BS radar immediately goes up. The whole thing – especially the potty portions of the dossier – sound like the falsest of fakery ever invented by a snake-oil salesman peddling a bottle of Miracle Tincture that will cure tuberculosis AND the gout.

It sounds like a flight of fancy that rivals Harry Potter flying around on a broom. John McCain has a built-in excuse for believing the fake Russian potty dossier because he has a brain tumor. What’s your excuse for believing it, Deep State? Are you genuinely stupid?

The other option, of course, is the criminal conspiracy option. That’s the way normal Americans are looking at this whole farce. Here’s why:
Buried in the heavily-redacted FISA memo that the DOJ finally allowed the American people to see, there’s a sentence that states that the FBI grabbed phone records and documents from the Trump campaign using “national security letters.”

These are secret warrants obtained under the Patriot Act. They don’t require a judge to sign them. Only two people in the federal government have the authority to sign them, and they are the FBI Director (James Comey at the time) and the CIA Director (John Brennan at the time).

So, we might only be aware of about 50 percent of the entire spying story at this point, considering the fact that we just learned about the national security letters after a freaking YEAR of Congress exercising its DOJ oversight duties.

Last chance, Deep State. It was either a criminal conspiracy or you are all too incompetent and dumb to run America’s intelligence agencies. Which is it?

  2. Ms. Cortez is the face of the exploding demise of the Democratic Party. She will accomplish just what The Clintons, Obama, Soros, and all lower life forms that dwell in the Swamp.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is an idiot. Don’t allow anyone to lie about it. Since she won her primary, she has been on a veritable media tour of failure. She has embarrassed herself and her voters at every opportunity. But, perhaps her worst gaffe yet was on a Twitter post this past week.
It was worse than admitting she doesn’t know the basics of the Israel-Palestine conflict. It put to shame her open endorsement of failed socialist policy. In the tweet, she actually had the audacity to claim that Democrats are better than the Republicans on issues of fighting for working-class Americans, crime, equal rights, national security, racism, moral courage and family values.
If Ocasio-Cortez actually believes even a fraction of what she says, then her level of stupidity is actively dangerous for our country. She is looking very good to win a seat in Congress, and she has repeatedly shown that she doesn’t understand the most basic concepts of anything. At this point, we have to wonder if she even spelled her name write on her ticket.
And yet, this is who the Democrats are heralding as the future of their party. They are embracing outright idiocy without pretense or excuses. Can we kick them out of Congress now, please?

  3. But it’s not down to us vs them. It’s us verses all of them. The Democrats, the country club blue blood republicans, the Swamp dwellers, the Deep Staters, the social elites, the Fundamentalist Muslims, the transplanted Europeans with their “we can all get along” socialism, the Social Networks Who sip their white wine and philosophy about things their have no understanding of.

But who makes up the the “us” clan. Well all of us who are believers, the ones who get up and go to a place of work to EARN a living for our families, the MAGAZINE crowd who believe Donald Trumps simplistic approach to curing America’s ills created by the ‘entitlement’ Democratic Party that has been losing the right to represent the working class for over 50 years now.

I think we may be at a point of loud, noisy, in the street confrontations with the ProgDems. As Thomas Jefferson once said that a democracy needs a rebellion every 20 years or so.

Without Trump’s Make America Great Again drive we us are losing this damning of the American way of life. We only have Donald for another 6 year, then who?its nit to early to start to think about that.

  4. Here is a little recognized fact about Donald Trumps Presidency is concerned and the far reaching effect on the way of life in America under the Constitution ...

The average age of his (Trump) Federal Judgeship appointees to date is 49 years old. Along with an additional 10 appointees awaiting Senate approval (all 10 under 49years old), Donald Trump is changing the face and posture of the Federal Judicial system for the next 25 to 30 years.

That my friends is happening above and beyond all his other campaign promises he is fulfilling. Positive Change.
