The Progressive Democrat Left Has Taken Aim at the Foundation of the American Republic : The US Constitution
THE REAL NEWS IS ABOUT OHIO ELECTION FRAUD AND OTHER PROGDEM EVILS. Why does anyone support these hoodlums? • • • SUSPICIONS ABOUT VOTER FRAUD IN THE OHIO SPECIAL ELECTION. The Cincinnati Enquirer reported late on Wednesday that : "The tight race between Democrat Danny O'Connor and Republican Troy Balderson just got tighter. Election officials in Franklin County found 588 previously uncounted votes in a Columbus suburb. The result : O'Connor had a net gain of 190 votes, bringing the race's margin down to 1,564. 'The votes from a portion of one voting location had not been processed into the tabulation system,' according to a Franklin County Board of Elections news release." • Balderson declared victory Tuesday night in the closely watched central Ohio race. But, O'Connor says he's waiting for all votes to be counted. That includes 3,435 provisional ballots and 5,048 absentee ballots, which will be tabulated by August 24. If the final results show a margin of 0.5% or less, state election officials will hold an automatic recount. • Then -- are we surprised? -- on Thursday, the Western Journal wrote an article about the "found" votes, saying : "According to expert Eric Eggers, research director at the Government Accountability Institute, 170 registered voters in Ohio’s 12th Congressional District are listed as being 'over 116 years old.' Considering that the world’s oldest living person is a 115-year-old resident of Japan, this is a big problem. 'That’s 10% of Balderson’s current margin of victory, pending provisional ballots,' Eggers wrote. 'And 72 voters over the age of 116 who ‘live’ in Balderson’s district cast ballots in the 2016 election.' In fact, many of the voters on Ohio’s rolls list their birthdays as January 1, 1800, making them 218 years old. Clearly something is amiss. For four years now, Democrats in Ohio have been fighting efforts to prevent voter fraud, and it is easy to see
why. In June, the Supreme Court ruled 5-4 in favor of Ohio’s system for purging ineligible voters from the rolls, dealing a tough blow to
Ohio Democrats. If voter ID laws are passed and implemented as a result of that Supreme Court ruling, those 170 impossibly old voters would no longer be able to cast ballots -- and that is something the fraudulent Democrats of the state desperately want to avoid. 'A critical swing state, Ohio has voted for the winner in presidential races in twenty-eight out of the last thirty elections. As Ohio goes, so goes the nation,' former Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell. 'While it may seem strange to witness millions of dollars pouring into a down ballot race in the heartland, there is a method to the Democrats’ madness,' Blackwell continued. 'Delve below the surface, and you will see that the Democrats have their sights set on 2020, defeating Donald Trump, taking back the presidency.' And they will stop at nothing to achieve their goal." • The Western Journal said that the Franklin County Board of Elections announced “the votes from a portion of one voting location had not been processed into the tabulation system.” The Western Journal's response to that explanation was : "Seeing as how a voting location’s sole purpose is to collect and submit votes, this excuse sounds a little fishy. This really makes you wonder how many votes are still floating in electoral space, waiting for someone to discover them. Do you think there was any foul play involved here?" • But, there is an even more "dirty trick" being re^prted by the Western Journal : "Summoning votes from the ether is not O’Connor’s only trick. As Donald Trump Jr. discovered, he also has the ability to magically make his opponents vanish from Twitter, even when searched. That’s right. People were only shown one candidate when the election was searched on the social media platform. If you’ve been keeping track, this is two magic tricks already that have been a huge boon for O’Connor. There’s no telling how many more rabbits he has stored in his hat. There are still votes that have not been counted, and both camps are waiting for a miracle. Since Ohio law triggers an automatic recount if the margin is 0.5% or less, the election for the Democrats has been a race to close the gap. The reappearing votes have put O’Connor one step closer to doing that. It must be the luck of the Irish." • • • VOTER FRAUD -- WHAT ELSE ARE THE PROGDEMS DOING? It seems they have cast their eyes on the US Constitution. • Meagan Day, a staff writer at Jacobin, and Bhaskar Sunkara, the editor of Jacobin, an extreme leftist journal, on Thursday wrote an article titled "Think the Constitution Will Save Us? Think Again." Their theme is that "The subversion of democracy was the explicit intent of the Framers." Day and Sunkara say : "Many progressives view the Constitution as a defense against Trump. But it was made for rich businessmen like him. Consider a few facts: Donald Trump is in the White House, despite
winning almost three million fewer votes than Hillary Clinton. The Senate, the country’s most powerful legislative chamber, grants the
same representation to Wyoming’s 579,315 residents as it does to 39,536,653 Californians. Key voting rights are denied to citizens
in the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and other United States territories. The American government is structured by an 18th-century
text that is almost impossible to change. These ills didn’t come about by accident; the subversion of democracy was the explicit intent
of the Constitution’s framers. For James Madison, writing in Federalist No. 10, 'Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention' incompatible with the rights of property owners. The byzantine Constitution he helped create serves as the foundation for a system of government that rules over people, rather than an evolving tool for popular self-government. Writers on the left such as Jacobin’s Seth Ackerman and the journalist Daniel Lazare have long argued that constitutional reform needs to be on the agenda. Even some liberals like Vox’s Matthew Yglesias rightly worry that the current system of governance is headed toward collapse. These perspectives are vital at a time when many progressives regard the Constitution as our only line of defense against a would-be autocrat in the White House. Yet whether or not the president knows it, the Constitution has long been venerated by conservative business elites like himself on the grounds that it hands them the power to fend off attempts to redistribute wealth and create new social guarantees in the interest of working people. There’s a reason we’re the only developed country without guarantees such as universal health care and paid maternity leave. While preserving and expanding the Bill of Rights’s incomplete safeguards of individual freedoms, we need to start working toward the establishment of a new political system that truly represents Americans. Our ideal should be a strong federal government powered by a proportionally elected unicameral legislature. But intermediary steps toward that vision can be taken by abolishing the filibuster, establishing federal control over elections and developing a simpler way to amend the Constitution through national referendum. How hard would change be? As Mr. Ackerman
reminds us, while constitutional change is straightforward and feasible in most countries, 'an amendment to the U.S. Constitution
requires the consent of no less than thirty-nine different legislatures comprising roughly seventy-eight separately elected chambers.'
But it’s a problem worth confronting. As long as we think of our Constitution as a sacred document, instead of an outdated relic, we’ll
have to deal with its anti-democratic consequences." • This ATROCIOUS Progressive shredding of the Constitution was admired so much by the NEW YORK TIMES that it reprinted it in its Opinion Today newsletter. • BUT, the New American answered both Day and Sunkara and the New York Times on Friday in an article titled "New York Times Reprints Socialist Magazine Editorial's Call to Replace Constitution." • The New American wrote : "Informed students of history have noticed the obvious connection between the radicals who engineered and directed the bloody French Revolution and the rise of communism. Communist leaders such as Vladimir Lenin even acknowledged the connection, praising the radicals of the French Revolution. Because of this, it is not surprising that Jacobin magazine, which describes itself as 'a leading voice of the American Left, offering a socialist perspective on politics, economics, and culture,' is named after one of the radical clubs that engineered and directed the French Revolution in 1789. Lest one forget, among the goals of the Jacobins such as Maximillian Robespierre and Georges Danton (in addition to murdering their political opponents on the guillotine) was to totally uproot French society." • How were Robespierre and Danton going to uproot French society? The New American explains : "Critical to this goal was the adoption of a new constitution, so much so that the revolutionaries even changed from the Christian-based calendar that marks history since the birth of Jesus Christ to a calendar marking time from the adoption of their leftist constitution." • When Day and Sunkara call the US Constitution an “outdated relic” and rail about how difficult it is to alter its contents, they are in reality calling for what Robespierre and Danton wanted -- the uprooting American society. They explicitly call for “a new political system that truly represents Americans. Our ideal should be a strong federal government powered by a proportionally elected unicameral [one-house] legislature.” Their socialist-marxist plan is to start with “establishing federal control over elections [and] developing a simpler way to amend the Constitution through national referendum.” • • • DEAR READERS, Day and Sankara write for a leftist journal that has a tiny readership. Their article would have died without any notice EXCEPT that the New York Times reprinted it and gave it a huge Progressive-Democrat audience. WHY?? The New
York Times decided the opinion piece was so good that it needed to be reprinted for a large audience. This should be a warning to all Americans. We who treasure the US Constitution and its individual liberties and freedoms are facing yet another ProgDem attack -- this time on the findamental document that governs the American Republic. They are already trying to bring down the duly elected President. They are threatening free speech by controlling the giants of social media. They are using black-masked violent mobs to disrupt the right of assembly. They are trying to erase the second Amendment so we will be weaponless in face of their mobs. They are using voter fraud to win elections that they cannot win honestly. ANE NOW, they are coming after the US Constitution. Thomas Jefferson said in the Declaration of Independence that we are given certain rights by God Himself and that to make these rights secure, “Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.” Fro Jefferson and the other Founders, the very purpose of government is to protect our God-given rights, and it is given powers to do that -- and ONLY that. George Washington, John Adams, James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, and all the Founders agreed with the proposition that government is created to protect life, liberty, and property, rather than to allow the majority to take away our rights. • Socialist-marxists like Day and Sunkara want to replace the US Constitution because it protects our rights to life, liberty, and property. • The New American raises a very important point -- Article V of the Constitution provides the mechanism for amending it. The Constitution has been changed 27 times since its adoption in 1789 : "The call by Day and Sunkara to follow their Jacobin ancestors and scrap the Constitution, to replace it with one more of their own radical socialist liking, should give pause to those who want to see a Constitutional Convention in our day in order to rein in an out-of-control federal government. Supporters of the “Convention of States” idea include many conservatives who naively believe that they would be the only delegates present at such a convention. The reality is that the convention would also include those such as Day and Sunkara who want to alter our form of government from a federal republic to a unitary social democracy. In fact, they might even be in the majority! Does anyone believe that California, the state that elected Jerry Brown as governor, and includes the likes of Nancy Pelosi, would send a Madison and a Hamilton to the convention?
As former Chief Justice Warren Burger said, it is probable that a constitutional convention could not be limited to one issue or a small
number of issues. The reality is that a constitutional convention could simply write a new constitution -- a constitution that would create
a socialist democracy for America, stripping us of many of the liberties enshrined in our present Constitution." • Justice Antonin
Scalia said it best -- the 21st century is not a good century in which to write a Constitution. Why? Because the US Constitution as it
was written blocks socialist-marxist goals and a new one assuredly would not. • So, before you jump on the Constitutional Convention bandwagon, ask yourself seriously whether it is worth risking the possibility that the socialist-marxists could have the final say, and an entirely new document could emerge from such a Convention and completely replace the Constitution. As we often say, be careful what you wish for.

This is just one more (most likely successful) attempt to defraud the American vote of their demonstrated wishes.
ReplyDeleteThe problem lies with the “make it easier and more fraud-able” alteration of voting laws and regulations.
It use to be supported that one would registers to vote ( showing proof) and come ELECTION DAY would GO TO THE POLLING LOCATION (again showing proof of being allowed to vote)and vote. At the designated hour the polls closed and votes were counted. BI N G O a winner was declared. And the system worked one more time.
Today with all the excuses and accommodation in how-when-and where one can vote it is without doubt a simple matter to vote 2 & 3 times, while lawfully being allowed to vote. Through in the illegal registered voters and you have a perfect scam for stealing any election from the lowest elected official in He lowest subdivision to President of the United. States.
SOLUTION: legally be able to vote & register - come Election Day GO to the polls and vote - go home and feel assured your vote is counted then and there. Nit counted if need be later to swing an election.
