Americans Begin to See the Rule of Law Working Only for the Elites -- The Day That Is True, the Republic is Finished

THERE ARE TIMES WHEN EVERYTHING COMES TO A HEAD. Like now. And, the message of the coalescing mass of news is that the American justice system is disfigured beyond recognition and the once-free-and-independent American media no longer exists. I have to admit that these truths are burning my insides like acid poured down your kitchen drain. • • • THE HILLARY SCANDAL PROVES THAT THE DEEP STATE HAS TAKEN CONTROL OF THE DOJ AND FBI. Rush Limbaugh said it : "“Has anybody seen Barack Hussein O or Hillary Clinton on TV denying the news story that the Chinese government had real-time hacked access to Hillary Clinton’s computer, her home-brew server and network when she was Secretary of State? I haven’t seen that. Has anybody seen Obama and Hillary indignant? Has anybody seen them on television flat-out refusing, denying, saying this is absurd? Anybody seen that? You haven’t.” • A Stunned America has watched for three years while Judicial Watch and Devin Nunes and his House Intellignece Committee have peeled back layer after layer, revealing the rotten onion that is the Hillary machine. BUT, nobody in a position to do something about it cares. The ProgDem propagandists who call themselves the "media" ignore the continuing flow of stories or cynically turn them against the innocent party -- President Trump. The DOJ is leaderless to stop the Deep State because Jeff Sessions took the job of Attorney General without bothering to tell Presudent Trump that he was set to recuse himself from the only AG caseload that mattered -- the Russia "collusion" scam. That left the pro-Hillary FBI Deep State free under the #NeverTrump Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein to pursue their twin agendas -- save Hillary and destroy Trump. It didn't matter that Hillary paid for the smear Dossier that the Deep State FBI / DOJ used ot get FISA apsurveillance approval againast the Trump tea,. It didn't matter that the Democratic National Committee joined her. It didn't matter that finally the FBI has had to admit thatthey knwe the Dossier was full of lies. That didn't come from an active oversight by the DOJ but from the constant lawsuit pressure from JW and from reports made public byNunes and his House Committee. It also didn't matter that recent revelations make it clear that Hillary was the candidate "colluding" with Russia. Finally, it doesn't matter that her secret server deliberately used to hide from the public was hacked by a Chinese-owned company that made copies of nearly all of Hillary’s emails and forwarded them to the company in real time through a code embedded in the server as part of an intelligence operation. • The FBI failed to act when the Intelligence Community Inspector General warned of the problem or when President Trump tweeted about it on Tuesday : “Hillary Clinton’s Emails, many of which are Classified Information, got hacked by China. Next move better be by the FBI & DOJ or, after all of their other missteps (Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Ohr, FISA, Dirty Dossier etc.), their credibility will be forever gone!” • AGAIN, Rush Limbaugh spoke out : “Do you realize what a hellacious charge this is? It’s real-time access to her computer. Not to mention the spy that was on Dianne Feinstein’s staff for 20 years. The ChiComs essentially had a screen-sharing app real time. They simply could watch Hillary Clinton do whatever she did on her computer. And if she got an email from Obama, they could read it as she opened it. Real-time screen sharing is essentially what the nature of the hack was. And they’re not denying it.” NEITHER is Hillary or her boss, Barack. None of it matters because they know that with the media not reporting about it, Americans will not hear about it and the revelation will fall into the Save-Hillary black hole that is the Deep State. • The disgusting self-serving lie that came from Nick Merrill, a Clinton spokesman, who dismissed the China hacking charge, tells us just how sure Hillary is that the Deep State will, in fact, save her. Merrill said :: “This is the most combed over subject in modern American political history. The FBI spent thousands of hours investigating, and found no evidence of intrusion. That’s a fact. But in an age where facts are alternative and truth isn’t truth, it’s no surprise that an outlet like the Daily Caller would try to distract us from very real and very immediate threats to our democracy brought by the man occupying the White House.” HOW MANY TIMES do we have to say it -- of course, the Deep State FBI didn't find "intrusion" -- they weren't looking for it, and when they found evidence that could not be ignored, they passed it to the Deep Sate DOJ that then also ignored it. • And, again, Limbaugh was the lone voice : "A real media would be camped outside Hillary’s house and Obama’s house and demanding to know what the hell was going on with the Chinese government having real-time hacked her computer, her home brew server, while she was Secretary of State. A real media would be. And the fact that nobody is reacting to it and they’re not out there denying this, they’re not even breaking a sweat over it. But they will.” • The China hacking evidence makes the DOJ look like what it is -- a corrupt institution riddled with political partisans whose only goal is to Save Hillary and Destroy Trump. • • • THE CHINESE IN FEINSTEIN'S OFFICE IS ALSO IGNORED. There has been no media coverage of the report that a Chinese spy worked in the office of ProgDem Senator Dianne Feinstein, who represnets the outlaw state of California. Ben Weingarten, a senior fellow at the London Center for Policy Research, wrote that the “silence over a potential Chinese spy in Feinstein’s office is deafening." Weingarten said the fact that the Chinese spy story “has seemingly died is simply stunning. From the start, this was a story the media had no interest in covering. Now it is apparent that our political class has no interest in probing it.” • Why? It doesn't matter. Feinstein, like Hillary, was protected by the Deep State FBI / DOJ. We have never heard from the media that, as WND put it : “Feinstein had cultivated a deep, longstanding, chummy relationship with China, including at the highest ranks of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), over a 40-year period. Or, perhaps, it was the other way around.” WND reported Feinstein had a 20-year employee spying for China while she chaired the Senate Intelligence Committee. She was doing favors for the communist regime that coincided with her China investments, which have made her one of the richest members in Congress. WND investigative reporter Paul Sperry noted Feinstein’s multi-millionaire investor husband, Richard C. Blum, has been able to take large stakes in Chinese state-run steel and food companies, brokering more than $100 million in deals since 1996, when China began aggressively currying favor with his wife. The couple, Sperry pointed out in a New York Post piece, live in a $17 million mansion in San Francisco and keep a $5 million vacation home in Hawaii. Feinstein says that when the FBI informed her of his activities, she immediately fired him and insisted he had “no access to sensitive information” and that he was never charged with espionage. BUT, Sperry noted in his 2001 report that in June 1996 -- after the staffer had begun working for Feinstein -- the FBI discovered the Chinese government was attempting to curry favor with the Senator. Weingarten notes that Feinstein “doggedly lobbied for integrating China into the global economic architecture and normalizing trade relations with the US, untethering these benefits from Chinese human rights improvements. Feinstein thereby served as an invaluable asset in enabling China’s economic rise.” Weingarten asked: “Did it concern anyone that the alleged spy himself, Russell Lowe -- a name you also will not find in the mainstream press, or see on television -- is seemingly gallivanting freely in California, working for a non-profit outfit dedicated to the issue of ‘comfort women?’ This would surely please the CCP, who have engaged in a concerted campaign to leverage this issue as part of its anti-Japanese propaganda effort for years.” Weingarten says the heart of the matter is the national security implications of a Chinese spy “with access to the most sensitive and highly classified information.” • It just doesn't matter, because Feinstein is a ProgDem and so protected by the Deep State -- because her Senate vote could help destroy President Trump. • • • NEW MEXICO FREES SUSPECTED TERRORISTS. District Judge Emilio Chavez dismissed all charges against three of the five "extremist Moslems" connected to the New Mexico compound on Wednesday, claiming that prosecutors did not move fast enough in the case according to the state's laws. Fox News reported : "Child abuse charges against Lucas Morton, Subhannah Wahhaj and Hujrah Wahhaj were dropped because prosecutors missed the 10-day limit for an evidentiary hearing to establish probable cause." Charges remain in place against Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and Jany Leveille, who are accused of a variety of crimes related to child abuse after 11 children were found starving in the filthy compound. Court filings in the case from early August revealed that Siraj Ibn Wahhaj allegedly conducted "weapons training with assault rifles" with the intent of having the kids commit school shootings. CNN reported this week that investigators had found a "handwritten document titled 'Phases of a Terrorist Attack,'" and that the "extremist Moslems" had allegedly planned to attack a hospital. Fox News noted that Judge Chavez reportedly struggled with the decision but said that he had no choice other than to follow the law, adding that prosecutors can still ask a grand jury to indict the three "extremist Moslems." • Judge Chavez said on Wednesday that authorities violated the state’s “10-day rule” that places a 10-day limit for an evidentiary hearing to establish probable cause. During a separate hearing, Judge Jeff McElroy separately dismissed some of the charges against fellow defendants, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and Jany Leveille. • It was the prosecutors who were at fault here, not the judges. BUT, we can ask why Judge Sarah Backus had set bail at $20,000, thereby allowing the defendants to escape jail -- local media says Judge Backus has a history of setting low bail for violent offenders. Prosecutors can still pursue charges against the three by refiling the charges or asking a grand jury to indict them. But, what is puzzling is that the prosecutors had pressed to keep the defendants behind bars and planned to present new evidence of an anti-government plot and talk of jihad and martyrdom among some members of the extended Moslem family that settled at the compound last winter. Defense attorneys say their clients have no record of criminal convictions and pose no risk to the public. Authorities are pushing ahead with other charges against the dead boy’s father, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, and his partner, Jany Leveille. • Judge Chavez lambasted the district attorneys office for their incompetence, and wondered out loud if the office is overworked. • This is a strange tale of a DA's office letting its most high profile case EVER slip away. It begs for investigation, because one more time it has made the US justice system seem incompetent or corrupt -- or both. • • • THE POPE AND SEX ABUSE ALLEGATIONS. We do not care what the Catholic Church decides to do or not do about the glaring crisis in the American Church brought about by years of cover-up and indifference concerning sexual abuse by priests. BUT, there is a role for the US justice system in this horrendous scandal. When the former Vatican Nuncio ambassador to the United States claimed that Pope Francis was aware of allegations of sexual abuse against former US archbishop Cardinal Theodore McCarrick for years but took no action and tried to cover it up -- that falls within the scope of US criminal justice. Former Apostolic Nuncio Carlo Maria Viganò, 77, wrote in a lengthy 11-page statement dated August 22 that he had personally told Pope Francis years ago about sanctions imposed on McCarrick by former Pope Benedict XVI. But he wrote that Pope Francis didn’t respond to the exchange and that McCarrick was allowed to continue in his role as a public figure for the Roman Catholic Church. Viganò added : “In any case, the Pope learned about it from me on June 23, 2013, and continued to cover for him [McCarrick]. He did not take into account the sanctions that Pope Benedict had imposed on [Cardinal McCarrick] and made him his trusted counselor along with [Cardinal Rodriguez] Maradiaga." • Finally, in July Pope Francis in July accepted McCarrick’s resignation from the College of Cardinals, about five years after the original disclosure by Viganò. A month earlier, American Catholic Church officials said the allegations that McCarrick sexually abused a 16-year-old boy almost 50 years ago were credible and substantiated. McCarrick, a former archbishop of Washington, has maintained his innocence. Viganò also accused several other senior church officials of complicity with regard to McCarrick. In the last page of his statement, he called for Pope Francis to resign, in order to set a good example within the Church. • On August 25, the Pope met with victims of sexual abuse by clergy in Ireland and faced a lukewarm reception and scattered protests on his trip that was originally meant to celebrate Catholic families. Since the 1990s, Ireland has been shaken with allegations of violence and humiliation against women and children, which were brought to light again by the recent, high-profile US incidents. The papal outdoor mass in Ireland was reported locally to be poorly attneded, unlike papal masses that usually draw a million or more Catholics. • The former Nuncio, in the statement, described how the face of Christianity has been “terribly disfigured” by the many crimes continuing to make headlines. Just this month, a state grand jury report, nearly 900 pages long and almost two years in the making accused more than 300 “predator priests” across Pennsylvania of sexual abuse -- and the Roman Catholic Church for its decades-long coverup of the alleged activity. Viganò wrote : “We must tear down the conspiracy of silence with which bishops and priests have protected themselves at the expense of their faithful, a conspiracy of silence that in the eyes of the world risks making the Church look like a sect, a conspiracy of silence not so dissimilar from the one that prevails in the mafia.” • The allegations against McCarrick, which first surfaced publicly last month, came with Francis facing an image crisis on a second front, in Chile, where a growing abuse scandal has enveloped the Catholic Church in the Latin American country. BUT, Francis simply ordered McCarrick to go into seclusion “for a life of prayer and penance until the accusations made against him are examined in a regular canonical trial.” The New York Times reported last week that two dioceses in New Jersey, where McCarrick served as bishop before being promoted to Washington in 2000, had reached financial settlements in 2005 and 2007 with men who said they were abused by McCarrick as adults decades ago. • Some US Catholics have said the Vatican should send an inspector to the United States to determine who in the US Catholic Church hierarchy knew of the alleged incidents and why McCarrick’s rise was not impeded. Last Tuesday, Cardinal Sean O’Malley of Boston said he was “deeply troubled” by the McCarrick case, saying it and others pointed to “a major gap” in Church policy on sexual conduct and sexual abuse by bishops or other top officials. • You can read Cardinal Nuncio Viganò's full wide-ranging letter at < https://s3.amazonaws.com/lifesite/TESTIMONYXCMVX-XENGLISH-CORRECTED-FINAL_VERSION_-_G-2.pdf >. • It Doesn't matter. Just like the Deep State FBI /DOJ Save-Hillary agenda, the Church seems to be in the midst of a Save-Francis agenda. National Review's Jim Geraghty wrote on Monday an article titled "Your Holiness, this is not the sort of accusation you can just ignore." Geraghty said : "Pope Francis refused to answer accusations that he knew about alleged sex abuse by a former cardinal, and allowed him to serve unpunished. While the pope was in Ireland and meeting sex abuse victims, a former Vatican official made the claims in a letter. This came less than two weeks after a scathing grand jury report in Pennsylvania detailed sex abuse in the Catholic Church. The 11-page letter by Italian Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, the former Vatican Ambassador to the US, claims that in 2013 he told Pope Francis of the allegations of sex abuse against former Cardinal Theodore McCarrick. But, he writes, the pontiff ignored that, and allowed McCarrick to continue to publicly serve the church for another five years. The explosive letter called on Pope Francis to resign. 'I will not say a word about this,' Pope Francis told reporters. 'I believe the document speaks for itself.' " BUT, Geraghty said : "Your Holiness, it really doesn’t speak for itself. Ross Douthat calls it 'either an extraordinary and vicious slander or an act of revelation that should be the undoing of just about every figure mentioned in its pages.' ” • Earlier this year, the Pope admitted he had made “serious mistakes” regarding abuse allegations in Chile, accusing some victims of committing “slander.” Pope Francis loudly and passionately publicly defended a bishop who was accused of being complicit in a coverup. BUT, both the Vatican and the Chilean courts deemed the accusations credible. So it’s not like the Pope can plausibly claim he’s demonstrated solid judgment in addressing this issue. • Chicago's Cardinal Cupich says the news media needs to “go on, and press him for information”-- meaning Viganò -- adding that for Pope Francis to address Viganò’s allegations against him would be “in some way inappropriate. The Pope has a bigger agenda,” Cupich went on to say. “He’s got to get on with other things -- of talking about the environment and protecting migrants and carrying on the work of the Church. We’re not going to go down a rabbit hole on this.” The Chicago cardinal also levied accusations of racism against Catholics who are calling for answers from Pope Francis. “Quite frankly, they also don’t like him because he’s a Latino,” said Cupich. It should be noted that Pope Francis was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to parents of Italian descent. • My point is not to meddle in the Church's internal politics, nor is it to reduce the Church's desperately needed support for Christian morality. BUT, I ask, where is the US justice system in all of this. Some US dioceses already are considering asking for statewide investigations patterned on the Pennsylvania Attorney General's. Cardinal McCarrick is ensconced in the Vatican, but that should not prevent a US criminal investigation from proceeding. The Vatican controls the facts surrounding Pope Francis' actions regarding Cardinal McCarrick, and the Pope is probably diplomatically immune from prosecution as the head of a foreign state, but that should not prevent an informed opinion about his actions being included in the McCarrick investigation results. I am not attacking the CatholicChurch here, but the actions of those who have used their positions of power in the Church to hide criminal activities. • • • THE RULE OF LAW. Either it means everything, or it means nothing. In the United States, we are getting dangeriously close to its meaning nothing. Kurt Schlichter wrote in townhall on Thursday that "the rule of law is a sick joke." That hit me like a ton of bricks. And, it would do the same to all Americans who actually think about it. Schlichter wrote : "It’s adorable when people talk about the rule of law. OK, let’s assume that Donald Trump broke the law under some bizarrely convoluted interpretation of the hateful and unconstitutional (in a world where our Constitution was properly understood) thicket of campaign finance statutes that somehow makes the guy who is being extorted as a criminal for paying off the aging bimbos shaking him down. Why should we care? Because we don’t care. MSNBC can howl 'impeachment' 300 times an hour and we still won’t care. Even if this was an actual crime and Donald Trump was guilty of it, we don’t care....'Buh buh but, the rule of law!' howl the feckless Fredocon swabbies on the decks of the sinking S.S. Conservative, Inc. We’ve really disappointed them this time. Heck, we haven’t seen Mitt Romney so upset since Candy Crowley stuffed him into a vinyl gimp suit and led him around the debate stage on a leash. And their liberal masters are on a 'rule of law' kick too. 'Trump is an unindicted co-conspirator so the President can’t nominate Kavanaugh for some reason,' yip an endless line of Democrat Connecticut valor stealers, fake Indian illegal alien excusers, and mental defectives with ridiculous names like 'Mazie.' Except the 'rule of law' is a lie and a scam and we Normals are woke to the grift and we’re not falling for it. Not anymore." • That is a mouthful. But, Schlichter has a serious point to make : "Sure, the rule of law is terrific in concept, and it would sure be nice to give it another whirl here in America, but we aren’t blind or stupid. We see what the 'law' is and how it’s applied – there’s one law for the elite (that’s the one that never gets applied) and one for us Normals that’s designed to keep us in line with our mouths shut. Today, the 'law' is a weapon wielded by the establishment to cement its grip on its power and position....Sure, the law applies to everyone as written. The establishment, which is not even clever enough to hold onto power in an election against a reality TV show host, is at least clever enough to not speak aloud disclaimers like 'Except we elite folks can do this.' No, its application is where this comes into play. The rule of law is not just words on the page; it is how those words are applied, and if they are not applied equally to everyone then there is no rule of law. And because there is no equal application of the law today, there is no rule of law in the United States today....The elite tries to sell you on the idea that justice is blind, that before the law everyone is the same. But that’s a lie. It’s not, and that’s the way they want it." • Schlichter asks the question we all ask : "Do you think the FBI would give you a pass if you decided to respond to a subpoena by bleaching your hard drive? Come on. You’d be negotiating with Bubba for the top bunk’s primo cell block view. But the FBI brass gave her a pass, because she was their establishment pal. Then, when we dared to elect someone that the bureaucrats did not approve of, they picked a bunch of Hillary donors to 'investigate' our candidate until they found a 'crime'....among the liberals paying people to pay Russians for a Dossier as part of a campaign to undo the election. Yet, none of our law enforcement apparatus, under the wheezy command of Sleepy Jeff Sessions, seem interested in investigating that....Where there are two sets of laws, there are no laws. There’s just power being applied to try to keep the Normals in line." • And, Schlichter asks : "Where are the indictments of the Swamp dwellers pulling tax or foreign representation shenanigans with a (D) behind their name? How about one of the Podestas? Yeah, right. It’ll never happen. Normal-friendly General Flynn gets ambushed and pleads when he’s on the verge of bankruptcy and his family threatened; Clapper and Brennan lie away under oath to Congress then get juicy gigs on pinko networks. These selective prosecutions are a signal -- defy the elite at your peril. Favored groups like Illegal aliens get to flaunt our laws too. After all, Democrats want to replace us ornery Normals with more obedient voters, and the GOP squish caucus wants to help the Chamber of Commerce maintain an endless stream of submissive serfs to toil for the donor companies it represents. If a few more Americans die because we selectively enforce the law, eh, so what? How is a 'sanctuary city' consistent with the rule of law? It’s not, and they don’t even pretend it is. And what happened to the Wall Street bankers and hedge fund guys who wrecked our savings in 2008? Oh, right -- instead of jail time, they got a trillion of our dollars. When establishment hacks talk about the 'rule of law,' they mean that they should be able to use the law to rule you while they get to ignore the law when it’s inconvenient. So, is it any surprise that when the establishment now comes to us breathlessly announcing that they finally got the goods on Donald Trump breaking the law that we just shrug and laugh? As my upcoming book Militant Normals: How Regular Americans Are Rebelling Against the Elite to Reclaim Our Democracy explains, we Normals are no longer buying the lies. We see that the law as applied today is not a tool of justice but one of oppression....Our refusal to recognize the law as legitimate anymore is the real danger for the establishment. Because where there are no rules, there is only power. And at the end of the day, the militant, Second Amendment-loving mass of Normal Americans has a lot more real power than them." • That's a lot to chew on. • • • DEAR READERS, the point of all this is pretty clear. The United States is in a mess politically and its justice system is aiding and abetting that mess. You don't have to be a Catholic to demand that criminals who abused boys and young men be brought to justice. Just because they conned the Catholic Church into making them priests doesn't mean they are any the less criminals. And, you certainly have the right as an American to demand that the justice works fairly and honestly. Elect judges who are not beholden to the elites. Don't re-elect judges who have in any way trashed their constitutional oath to uphold the law. Support President Trump as he stands alone against the Deep State FBI / DOJ cabal determined to bring him down. Don't vote for anyone of either party who hedges on this issue. For example, why have we not had a million Americans rally in Washington to support the President? Ask Michele Bachmann to organize it. Or, do it yourself. That's what friends, your community, the internet and social media are for. Above all, press every elected official you know about the indecent refusal to indict Hillary Clinton for her misuse of classified materials. The Rule of Law is the underpinning of the Constitution. Of the Republic. Do not sit idly by while it is destroyed by the Deep State and their Progressive masters. Because beyond the Rule of Law lies Chaos.

  1. The Deep State has been trained like a champion Marathoner, in that you can’t win any race if you don’t run the last 300 yards. Running the first 26 miles means nothing if the pain and agony over take you as marathoners say “you hit the investable wall and give up 300 yards or so short of victory.”

So are we rock hard supporters of the Republic going to give up? Are we going to allow an old, bitter Billionaire to beat us with his bottomless check book?

To paraphrase Churchill …From Seattle in the Northwest to Miami in the Southeast, a Socialist movement has appeared and ready to lose again.”

    1. “Socialists” or “Progressives” really have nothing new to present. Nothing at all. Problem is: the US “collective” memory is that of maybe a goldfish. They don;t remember a damn thing about “Yesterday,” other than it was a song by the…uh…the WHO?

  2. In Anglo-American history, the idea was expressed in Magna Carta in 1215. In its famous thirty-ninth clause, King John of England promised to his barons that “No free man shall be taken, imprisoned, disseized, outlawed, or banished, or in any way destroyed, nor will he proceed against or prosecute him, except by the lawful judgment of his peers and the Law of the Land.” The idea that the law is superior to human rulers is the cornerstone of English constitutional thought as it developed over the centuries. It can be found elaborated in the great seventeenth-century authorities on British law, Henry de Brocton, Edward Coke, and William Blackstone. The ultimate outcome of the Glorious Revolution of 1688 in England was permanently to establish that the king was subject to the law.

“The idea was transferred to the American colonies through numerous writers and jurists, and can be seen expressed throughout colonial pamphlets and political writings. Thomas Paine reflected this dramatically in Common Sense.” …Thomas Paine
“ But where says some is the king of America? I’ll tell you Friend, he reigns above, and doth not make havoc of mankind like the Royal of Britain. Yet that we may not appear to be defective even in earthly honors, let a day be solemnly set apart for proclaiming the charter; let it be brought forth placed on the divine law, the word of God; let a crown be placed thereon, by which the world may know, that so far as we approve of monarchy, that in America THE LAW IS KING. For as in absolute governments the King is law, so in free countries the law ought to be king; and there ought to be no other. But lest any ill use should afterwards arise, let the crown at the conclusion of the ceremony be demolished, and scattered among the people whose right it is.” …Thomas Paine

The classic American expression of the idea comes from the pen of John Adams when he wrote the Massachusetts Constitution in 1780, in which the powers of the commonwealth are divided in the document “to the end it may be a government of laws, not of men.” It is hard to come up with a simpler definition.

  3. This level of malfeasance on the part of a political party to bring down another party is criminality not seen before in our nation’s history and those involved should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. It is what the American people want and what they deserve. If the American people cannot have the confidence that the law enforcement arms of the government will fulfill the rule of law then what will our government be based on and how can they expect the American people to respect the laws that they themselves have broken?

We need a special prosecutor and a grand jury far removed from DC influence. On a related matter touched on in the story, how do we weigh Freedom of the press against prohibitions on commercial fraud? If a network sells itself to advertisers and cable customers as cable news, but is in fact the fake news network, they are committing fraud. Is the first Amendment free press a license to commit crimes?

  4. In the past few weeks the story of Russian collusion with the Trump campaign has taken a turn that the progressive socialist wing of the Democrat party did not expect. While proving in its length and far reaching investigation, the Special Council has all but proven that the collusion charges started by Hillary Clinton and her sycophants in the mainstream media is nothing more than the wishful thinking based on a baseless lie.

As the media breathlessly proclaim that they are getting closer to the facts they need to impeach Trump for working with the Russians more and more facts are coming out the it was Hillary, and various members of her crime syndicate that were actually working with Russian entities to do all they could to assure that Princess Pantsuit would continue to destroy our country and culture. Infested with a entitlement mentality the members of the Deep State Swamp can’t understand how the citizens they were put in place to control did not follow the agenda that they had set out for themselves.

  5. A friend of mine that writes another blog when the urge strikes him or the subject matter is of such importance that he lends us some of his insight said to me the other evening that there are several classes of victims in the current clash that Constitutional freedoms are being tested in.

Some governments and therefore many individuals have had their beliefs in structured governments, faith in people to do the right thing by other people, and truthfulness strained to the point where they have flung in the towel and question nothing any longer , nor believe that continuation of the fight against evil is winnable or worth the effort to even try to win.

Take for instance the plight of the Catholic Church that’s coming to live TV as we speak. Maybe the most important conservative institution in the World with its soul busting habits by some who took vows to be God’s voice, instead they only took the innocence of the most innocent. And now we learn that evilness goes directly to the highest order of the Church.

So it is also with the organizations of government, disbelief and absolute wonderment if the struggle is winnable or even worth the effort to try to win.

History is long and travels a path that is continually winding.
