Hillary Calls Us Deplorables and Biden Calls Us the Dregs of Society, but We Conservatives Know a Feinstein Smear against Judge Kavanaugh When We See It

TODAY, THE NEWS IS STILL ALL ABOUT JUDGE KAVANAUGH. We know that Kavanaugh is simply the detail, the bait, the shiny object. Feinstein and the ProgDems do not care one iota about whether Judge Kavanaugh did what his accuser says he did 36 years ago. They do not care one iota about whether President Trump will simply nominate another constitutionalist to replace Kavanaugh if he is rejected by the Senate. They will go after the next nominee with whatever bit of distortion they can use as their hatchet. THE GOAL IS TRUMP. Kavanaugh could be God and they would still accuse him of something, maybe creating too many white people. This is WAR -- it is not American politics in any traditional sense. One way or another, the ProgDems are determined to shut down and drive out of office the elected President of the United States. Every Republican and every conservative needs to get hold of that. We are at WAR and the future of the American Republic is at stake. • • • WHO IS CHRISTINE BLASEY FORD? Breitbart tells us that she signed a letter attacking the Trump administration's border policy. Breitbart states : "The woman accusing President Trump’s United States Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of a 'rape attempt' when the two were in high school previously signed a letter fighting Trump’s 'Zero Tolerance' policy at the US-Mexico border. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) -- which advocates an open border -- letter was written and sent to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen and Attorney General Jeff Sessions in June. Christine Blasey Ford, a psychology professor, signed the ACLU letter as 'Christine Blasey Ph.D. Psychologist,' signing off on statements that accused Trump of using southern border enforcement to 'traumatize children' and claimed the Zero Tolerance policy was 'violating fundamental human rights.' ” • Breitbart said that the policy to prosecute all illegal border crossers, carried by the Trump administration, including illegal alien adults who cross the border with children, results in border-crossing parents having their children taken into federal custody because of a loophole known as the Flores Settlement Agreement : "Detaining child border crossers was a policy during the Obama administration when Breitbart Texas exclusively reported on the conditions in which unaccompanied minors were being packed into crowded cells and holding facilities. As Breitbart News reported, the federal government has separated adult border crossers from the children they have brought with them into the US as far back as 2001, court records reveal." • The ACLU letter, which is presented as a set of professionally prepared medical and mental health researchers' arguments against separating children from their families, was signed by Blasey and demanded that the Trump administration stop the border enforcement policy, claiming the enforcement measure was an “intentional infliction of pain on children,” calling it “inhumane.” You can read the full letter at < https://media.breitbart.com/media/2018/09/Screen-Shot-2018-09-16-at-4.24.16-PM.png >. • Breitbart also noted that Mark Judge, the man named by Blasey Ford as having allegedly watched as Kavanaugh allegedly sexually assaulted her in high school, has strongly denied the allegations. The allegation was first published by the Washington Post. Judge reacted before Blasey Ford was revelaed as the accuser, saying : “It’s just absolutely nuts. I never saw Brett act that way.” He also told the New York Times that Kavanaugh was a “brilliant student” who loved sports and was not “into anything crazy or illegal.” After Christine Blasey Ford was named as the accuser, Judge said : “Now that the anonymous person has been identified and has spoken to the press, I repeat my earlier statement that I have no recollection of any of the events described in today’s Post article or attributed to her letter." Likewise, Kavanaugh denied the accusations made against him, saying in a statement : “I categorically and unequivocally deny this allegation. I did not do this back in high school or at any time.” • Blasey Ford told the Washington Post that she's a registered Democrat and has made small campaign contributions to Democratic organizations. Small indeed. FEC records show that she contributed $10 to the Democratic National Committee, $5 the ActBlue PAC and $27 to Senator Bernie Sanders’ presidential campaign via ActBlue in 2017. She also contributed $35 to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and $3.50 to ActBlue in 2014. • In her letter to Feinstein, Blasey Ford wrote that the incident occurred at a home in suburban Maryland at a “gathering” that included her and four others. She said both Kavanaugh and his friend were a year or two older than her. If that is true, then she was the only female at the "gathering" because during couples therapy in 2012, the therapist’s notes, portions of which were provided by Blasey Ford and reviewed by the Washington Post, say four boys were involved, a discrepancy Blasey Ford says was an error on the therapist’s part. Ford said there were four boys at the party but only two in the room. Four boys and Christine Blasey. Although not certain about the year of the incident, Christine Blasey Ford claimed to the Washington Post that Kavanaugh and another high school friend, both “stumbling drunk,” corralled her into a bedroom during a gathering of teens at a house in Montgomery County, Maryland. The Washington Post either didn't notice or dismissed the possibility that there seemed, based on therapist notes and Blasey Ford's own recollection, to have been just four boys and Christine Blasey at the "gathering of teens." • Blasey Ford has hired Debra Katz, a Washington lawyer known for her work on sexual harassment cases. On the advice of Katz, who believed Ford would be attacked as a liar if she came forward, Blasey Ford took a polygraph test administered by a former FBI agent in early August. The results, which Katz provided to the Washington Post, concluded that Ford was being truthful when she said a statement summarizing her allegations was accurate. • The Washington Post said : "After so many years, Ford said she does not remember some key details of the incident. She said she believes it occurred in the summer of 1982, when she was 15, around the end of her sophomore year at the all-girls Holton-Arms School in Bethesda. Kavanaugh would have been 17 at the end of his junior year at Georgetown Prep. At the time, Ford said, she knew Kavanaugh and Judge as 'friendly acquaintances' in the private-school social circles of suburban Maryland. Her Holton-Arms friends mostly hung out with boys from the Landon School, she said, but for a period of several months socialized regularly with students from Georgetown Prep. Ford said she does not remember how the gathering came together the night of the incident. She said she often spent time in the summer at the Columbia Country Club pool in Chevy Chase, where in those pre-cellphone days, teenagers learned about gatherings via word of mouth. She also doesn’t recall who owned the house or how she got there." • And we learned from the Daily Caller on Monday that Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s mother, a state court judge in Maryland, briefly presided over the foreclosure of a property owned by the parents of Christine Blasey Ford. A Daily Caller News Foundation investigation shows Judge Martha Kavanaugh was connected to a foreclosure action implicating the Blaseys, but her involvement was minimal and never resulted in seizure of the property at issue. The case was adjudicated in the Montgomery County Circuit Court. According the the Daily Caller, public records show that Martha Kavanaugh did not rule on decisions related to possible seizure of the property. Rather, it appears the Blaseys reached a settlement with their bank before their property was lost. Martha Kavanaugh granted uncontested motions brought by the bank to dismiss the case after the settlement was reached. This appears to be the extent of her involvement in the matter. Other judges handled the case in its earlier phases • • • A FREAK SHOW. That's how Senator John Kennedy, a Louisiana Republican, described the Kavanaugh confirmation process -- "an intergalactic freak show." Senator Kennedy told Chris Wallace on “Fox News Sunday” that : "Most Americans are looking at this -- most mainstream Americans -- and they’re thinking that Congress has hit rock bottom and started to dig. I have been embarrassed by the whole process and, frankly, I’m -- no disrespect to Senator Feinstein or to Stanford Law School -- but I’m a little bit offended. I sit on the Judiciary Committee. They’ve had this stuff for three months. If they were serious about it, they should’ve told us about it.” • This current freak show reminds many of us of the 1991 freak show -- when similar accusations were leveled against Associate Justice Clarence Thomas during his own confirmation hearings. Anita Hill accused Thomas, who was her supervisor at the Department of Education and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, of sexually harassing her. Thomas denied those allegations and was confirmed. We can only hope and send a text message or email to Republican Senators to remind them of Justice Thomas and our expectation that they will treat the Kavanaugh accusations in the same way. • Feinstein is not only getting heated criticism from her Republican colleagues in the Senate -- in her home state of California, the San Francisco Chronicle called the allegations : “unfair all around. Feinstein’s treatment of a more than three-decades-old sexual assault allegation against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh was unfair all around,” the newspaper’s editorial board noted on Sunday. “It was unfair to Kavanaugh, unfair to his accuser and unfair to Feinstein’s colleagues -- Democrats and Republicans alike -- on the Senate Judiciary Committee. Feinstein...took the worst possible course by waiting until almost a week after Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing was completed to ominously announce that she had turned over ‘information from an individual’ about Kavanaugh to the FBI, and adding that she would be honoring the person’s 'strongly requested' confidentiality.' " • Feinstein wrote an opinion piece for the Los Angeles Times last weekend, explaining that she strongly opposes Kavanaugh's nomination because of his stance on issues ranging from reproductive rights to judicial deference. WHAT??? No mention of his teenage 'attempted rape'??? • But, the icing on the Feinstein cake was her LA Times declaration that : “Supreme Court justices should not be an extension of the Republican Party. They must also have unquestionable character and integrity, and serious questions remain about Judge Kavanaugh in this regard, as indicated in information I referred to the FBI. For these and other reasons detailed below, I strongly oppose Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court.” The answer to that garbage is Ginsburg, Kagan, Sotomayor. Leftist Democrats all. • Even Bill Maher rounded on Feinstein. American Thinker's Thomas Lifson wrote on Sunday : "Senator Dianne Feinstein’s last ditch attempt to derail the Supreme Court nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh is laughable on multiple levels. An anonymous accuser making a vague accusation of a sex-related crime on an uncertain date more than 3 decades ago when the judge was in high school. Maybe, just maybe, if the judge had a reputation as an abuser of women, the way Harvey Weinstein did, then it is possible such a nebulous story might gain a bit of purchase. But given the fact that choirboys and boy scouts look with envy on the track record of Judge Kavanaugh mentoring and helping female colleagues, it requires a panic-fevered mind to take this tall tale seriously." Then, Lifson noted that Bill Maher "may be a leftist, but he enjoys calling out some of the delusions his own side rushes to embrace. Last night on his HBO show, he made it clear that even though he intensely dislikes Judge Kavanaugh, there is no reason to believe the accusation, and embracing it makes Kavanaugh’s opponents look bad." You can watch the short Maher segment at . As Lifson pointed out about Maher : "This is a man who has written million dollar checks for progressive causes, as recently as a month ago. The big question is whether he will be heeded by the impassioned foes of the nomination. I have no doubt that Maher speaks for at least some portion of the Democrats’ base. So, will they turn on Feinstein and those who embrace this fabulation? Could we see a minor civil war break out on the left? Could this backlash toward this incident seal Feinstein’s fate in her re-election contest with even leftier Kevin DeLeon in November? Bill Maher has called out her new clothes, and the naked 8 decade-old figure visible to all who will see is not attractive in any respect." • • • THE REAL PROGDEM WORRY. It is that after Judge Kavanaugh's nomination to the Supreme Court is approved taking the Court to the constitutionalist right by a 5-4 margin, another opening on the Court may soon occur. When Ruth Bader Ginsburg goes -- and she's likely to go sooner rather than later because she is 85 years old and in poor health -- her leftist votes on the Court will be replaced by a Republican President with another constitutionalist of the right. That will incense the Democrats, the media, and the entire left. The Swamp Creatures that crawled out of the muck to oppose Kavanaugh will seem cuddly and tame compare to what Ginsburg's replacement will face. It would not be surprising to see the left resort to systematic violence. Will Republicans have the backbone to appoint an originalist to replace Ginsburg or not? Trump would have no hesitation, but will the GOP Senate cave to the ProgDem assault? Will they lobby President Trump to nominate a compromise moderate candidate to placate the Democrats. Would they ask the President to listen to input from Chuck Schumer. The best insurance against such Senate pandering is for the GOP to increase its Senate majority in November. • • • DEAR READERS, although no one has mentioned it yet, there is hte high likelihood that Christine Blasey Ford will receive financial help from the ProgDem apparatus that is using her to eliminate Judge Kavanaugh and thereby make President Trump look bad -- never mind that it is the ProgDems who are the villians in the piece. Blasey Ford will certainly receive help for her legal bills and other expenses. She may have been promised a fat check when Kavanaugh's insurers pay up for her psychological "pain and suffering." She will certainly receive fees for TV appearances and written commentaries and a sure-bet-book about her revelation. • President Trump on Monday stood by Judge Kavanaugh, calling him one of the “finest people that I have ever known” while acknowledging a "little delay" may be necessary before the nomination is voted on in the Senate. Fox News noted that in his first public comments on the controversy, the President also criticized Democrats over the timing of the allegation. President Trump told reporters at the White House : "I wish the Democrats could have done this a lot sooner because they had this information for many months. And they shouldn't have waited until literally the last days. They should have done it a lot sooner.” The President indicated he’s open to delaying the confirmation proceedings in Congress while the allegations are investigated : "If it takes a little delay it'll take a little delay. It shouldn't certainly be very much." The Senate Judiciary Committee has been scheduled to vote on Kavanaugh’s confirmation Thursday, but Democrats have called for the vote to be postponed. Trump called it a “ridiculous question" when asked if Kavanaugh has offered to withdraw his nomination; saying : "You’re talking about an individual who is as high a quality individual as you will ever see." Earlier on Monday, Kavanaugh forcefully denied the sexual assault allegations against him in a statement : “This is a completely false allegation. I have never done anything like what the accuser describes -- to her or to anyone. Because this never happened, I had no idea who was making the accusation until she identified herself yesterday.” Fox News said that Republicans and Democrats spent Monday sparring over the time and venue for accuser Christine Ford to discuss her allegations with Senators. Kavanaugh, who was seen at the White House on Monday, said in his statement he’s willing to talk to the committee “in any way the committee deems appropriate to refute this false allegation, from 36 years ago, and defend my integrity.” Ford, through her attorney, said she would be willing to appear before the Judiciary Committee. Chairman Chuck Grassley said Monday he is working to schedule “follow-up calls with relevant parties” to discuss the allegations, but Grassley said California Democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein, the ranking Democrat on the Committee, has “refused.” Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said he’s pleased Grassley is “following standard practice and regular order” and will pursue this matter “by the book” with bipartisan interviews of Kavanaugh and Ford. • Joe Biden recently called Trump supporters the "dregs of society" -- and we thought "Deplorables" was bad !! Biden was speaking to a Human Rights Campaign audience when he said : “Forces of intolerance and the dregs of society remain determined to undermine and roll back the progress you have all made. This time, they, not you, have an ally in the White House.” • That's right, Uncle Joe. And, we Deplorables and Dregs intend to keep it like that come the November mid-terms. President Trump has got America up off her knees and running again. And we do not intend to let her fall back into your anti-American socialist ProgDem hands.
