Omar, Tlaib, Sanders and the Democrat Party -- Birds of a Socialist Feather Who Flock Together to Support Anti-Semitism

BERNIE SANDERS SIDES WITH ILHAN OMAR. Once more, birds of the Socialist feather flock together. • • • OMAR TRIES TO UNDO A NEGATIVE OBAMA COMMENT AND FAILS. BizPac Review reported on Saturday that : "Representative Ilhan Omar, the not ready for prime time Democrat from Minnesota just can’t seem to get out of her own way these days. Already mired in controversy over an anti-Semitic remark about dual loyalty that resulted in a (watered down) rebuke from the Democrat-run House, the freshman lawmaker finds herself knee-deep in another spat over her criticism of still widely popular former President Barack Obama. In an interview with Politico, Omar, one of the first two Moslem women to be elected to Congress in November, said Obama was a 'pretty face' who was able to 'get away with murder.' When faced with the expected backlash over her remarks, Omar took to Twitter to say she’s an Obama fan and claim the reporter distorted her words. The problem is that reporters push back when attacked -- even against a Democrat. Omar included a caption of what Politico reported and said she taped the interview, as if that would back up her claim, including a link to the recording : 'Exhibit A of how reporters distort words. I’m an Obama fan! I was saying how Trump is different from Obama, and why we should focus on policy not politics. This is why I always tape my interviews.' In the interview, Omar said that while it’s right to criticize President Trump and his policies, she said the “ways that our Democratic leaders have conducted themselves within the system is not one that we are all proud of. You know I will talk about the family separation or caging of kids and people will point out that this was Trump -- I mean this was Obama,' Omar said, according to the audio she provided. 'I mean I’ll say something about the droning of countries around the world and people will say that was Obama. And all of that is very true. We can’t be only upset with Trump because he’s not a politician who sells us his policies in the most perfect way,' she continued. His policies are bad, but many of the people who came before him also had really bad policies. They just were more polished than he was, and that’s not what we should be looking for anymore. We don’t want anybody to get away with murder because they are polished, we want to recognize the actual policies that are behind the pretty face and the smile so that we can understand the kind of negative impact, or positive impact they will have on us for generations to come.' " • Tim Alberta, the reporter who conducted the interview, didn’t appreciate the “Twitter ambush.” Taking to Twitter, Alberta said Omar was trying to use him as a “straw man” to avoid the backlash over her criticism, and that the audio she provided supported what he wrote : “Exhibit A of how politicians use the media as a straw man to avoid owning what they said,” he tweeted. “Your tape...supports what I wrote 100%. So does my longer tape. It’s beyond dispute. Next time, a phone call from your office before the Twitter ambush would be appreciated.” • The day before that Ilhan Omar attack so dumb that even Progressive reporters had to agree with Tom Alberta, Senator Bernie Sanders, the Socialist who's running for President -- again -- on the Democrat Party ticket, offered Omar his general support in an interview with Politico. Here's the Politico comment on the Sanders interview : "Politico : 'When the latest controversy erupted over Representative Omar’s comments about Israel, only one 2020 presidential candidate rushed to her defense. The Vermont Senator, the only Jewish candidate in the Democratic primary, embraced the African-American, Moslem congresswoman...No other presidential contender came out as quickly -- or as forcefully -- as Sanders, who laid down a clear line in the crowded Democratic field between those running as true Progressives on foreign policy and those who support an existing US policy that tends to favor Israel over Palestine. Sanders’ reaction to Omar’s comments -- in which she said Israel’s allies ‘push for allegiance to a foreign country’ -- served other purposes as well : it helped solidify his hold on the party’s left wing and dovetailed with his intensified outreach to older African-American voters, a critical constituency that failed to warm to him in 2016.” • Fox News reported on Omar's Obama comments : “Rookie Democratic Representative Ilhan Omar, fresh off igniting an intra-party uproar with comments widely viewed as anti-Semitic, took a swipe at former President Obama, saying in an explosive interview the 44th President's message of ‘hope and change’ was a ‘mirage’ and blasting his administration's drone and border detention policies. Omar, D-Minn., took aim at the President's famed slogan, while further criticizing the Democratic Party for ‘perpetuating the status quo,’ in the interview with Politico. ‘Recalling the ‘caging of kids’ at the US-Mexico border and the ‘droning of countries around the world’ on Obama’s watch,’ Omar charged that Obama ‘operated within the same fundamentally broken framework as his Republican successor.” • Democrat presidential wannabes have all sorts of Socialist proposals in their campaign folders. Here are a few of them. • The New York Times wrote : "Senator Sanders, the Massachusetts Democrat who is bidding to be the policy pacesetter in the Democratic presidential primary, announced another expansive idea on Friday : a regulatory plan aimed at breaking up some of America’s largest tech companies, including Amazon, Google and Facebook. The proposal -- which comes on the same day [Senator Elizabeth] Warren will hold a rally in Long Island City, the Queens neighborhood that was to be home to a major new Amazon campus -- calls for the appointment of regulators who would ‘unwind tech mergers that illegally undermine competition,’ as well as legislation that would prohibit platforms from both offering a marketplace for commerce and participating in that marketplace. Ms. Warren’s plan would also force the rollback of some acquisitions by technological giants, the campaign said, including Facebook’s deals for WhatsApp and Instagram, Amazon’s addition of Whole Foods, and Google’s purchase of Waze.” The San Francisco Chronicle reported : “Even at this early stage in the presidential race, California Democratic Senator Kamala Harris has hit upon a crowd-pleasing proposal : Give a $500 monthly tax credit to families earning less than $100,000. But while it has become Harris’ surest applause line at campaign appearances, some economists caution that it will never pencil out -- that it will pile onto a national deficit that is already projected to top $1 trillion a year in the early 2020s and cost the economy more than 800,000 jobs.” • Another Democrat wannabe, the mayor of South Bend, Indiana, according to the NYT, wants to dd justices to the Supreme Court and scrap the Electoral College in presidential elections, as he campaigned in the state that holds the first primary in the race for the White House. • And, of course, every Democrat presidential wannabe hops on the national security bandwagon by condemning Russia for hacking the 2016 election, while calling for the election of a Democrat in 2020 to restore America’s standing in the world. • • • THE DEMOCRATS HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM CHILD -- HER NAME IS RASHIDA TLAIB. BlabberBuzz wrote : "Michigan Representative Rashida Tlaib delivered a stark statement as she delivered the keynote address at the Council on American-Islamic Relations’ 15th annual banquet. The event was held in February but the video of her comments to CAIR has recently surfaced and they have many concerned. ‘We always said ‘the Moslems are coming’...I think we’re here!' she said as the crowd cheered in approval....We’re not only everywhere in all kinds of different governments but, mashallah, we’re in the United States Congress." • Representative Tlaib's speech began with Executive Director of CAIR-FL, Hassan Shibly introducing her : “Allahu Akbar! The first Palestinian-American Congresswoman, our dear sister Rashida Tlaib!” Tlaib then began to attack President Donald Trump saying : “Thank you so much for inviting me to support a civil rights organization that is around the unified fight against hate and racism in our country....When I was a state legislator, I came in to serve on a panel with him on immigration rights, and Congressman Dingell was sitting there and he had his cane, if you knew him, he always had this cane and he held it in front of him...And I was so tired, I had driven an hour and a half to the panel discussion at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor campus. And I sit down, my hair is all messed up, and I said, ‘Oh, my God, I’m so tired of this. I don’t know how you’ve been doing it so long Congressman. They all lie. And he looks at me and he goes. (She nods yes.) I said, ‘You know who I’m talking about, these lobbyists, these special interest [groups], they’re all lying to me.’...And he looks at me, and he goes, ‘Young lady, there’s a saying in India that if you stand still enough on a riverbank, you will watch your enemies float by dead.’ • InfoWars reports that : "After the Democrat run House passed a weak anti-hate resolution on Thursday the two most famous Moslem representatives, Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar, issued a statement that ignored that fact that the resolution began as a reprimand to Omar, instead stating that the resolution was about anti-Moslem bigotry. These two were joined in their statement by fellow Moslem congress member Representative André Carson of Indiana in saying : “Our nation is having a difficult conversation, but we believe this is great progress. We are tremendously proud to be part of a body that has put forth a condemnation of all forms of bigotry including anti-Semitism, racism and white supremacy. Today is historic on many fronts. It’s the FIRST TIME we have voted on a resolution condemning anti-Moslem bigotry.” • Actually, Congress has condemned anti-Moslem bigotry before -- notably, in the immediate aftermath of the terror attacks on September 11, 2001, in which nearly 3,000 Americans were murdered in the name of radical Islam. H. Con. Res. 227 was introduced on September 14, 2001 -- with the rubble of the World Trade Center and Pentagon still smoldering. Titled “Condemning bigotry and violence against Arab-Americans, American Moslems, and Americans from South Asia in the wake of terrorist attacks in New York City, New York, and Washington, DC, on September 11, 2001,” it was passed by the House on September 15 and by the Senate on September 26. The resolution was passed amidst fears that public anger over the terrorist attacks might lead to reprisals against Moslem Americans -- or people who simply looked like Moslems. BUT, while FBI statistics showed a jump in such attacks, blacks, Jews, gays, and whites (in that order) were still the most frequent reported targets in 2001. • So, H. Res. 183, passed last Thursday, that condemns anti-Semitism and “anti-Moslem discrimination and bigotry against minorities as hateful expressions of intolerance that are contrary to the values and aspirations of the United States” is NOT the FIRST such anti-Moslem congressional resolution, although the final version of the resolution that was supposed to focus on anti-Semitism after Omar’s own repeated antisemitic remarks, condemned hatred against “African Americans, Latinos, Native Americans, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and other people of color, Jews, Moslems, Hindus, Sikhs, the LGBTQ community, immigrants, and others.” • • • DEMOCRAT IDENTITY POLITICS LEADS TO ORWELLIAN NEWSPEAK. American Thinker's Christopher Paslay wrote on Sunday : "If Democrats have one advantage over Republicans, it's their innate ability to tailor language to fit their politics. They use qualifying adjectives to pander to specific identity groups when it suits them -- such as 'white privilege' and 'black lives matter' -- and then chose more universal terms when they find themselves boxed-in by their own ideology. A prime example of this is the response to the anti-Semitic comments made by Democratic freshman Representative Ilhan Omar. In January Omar tweeted that Israel had 'hypnotized the world,' and recently stated that American support for Israel was 'all about the Benjamins' and involved 'allegiance' to a foreign country. As David French wrote in the National Review, 'Each of these statements represents a classic anti-Semitic trope, and the latter statements were made after she came under fire for her previous comments. She knew she was under scrutiny and yet doubled down.' When pushed to specifically address Omar's derogatory attitude toward Jews, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi decided to issue a more bland, universal rebuke -- offering a resolution condemning 'hateful expressions of intolerance' without mentioning Omar by name....Incredibly, it doesn't appear Omar will be removed from the House Foreign Affairs Committee or be made to apologize. Because Omar is a Moslem female and refugee from Somalia, she's dealt a different standard of discipline. She is a member of the Democrat's protected victim class, and reprimanding her directly would be a major conflict of interest. So instead of demanding a personal apology, Pelosi whitewashed Omar's anti-Semitism by ultimately hiding behind a resolution condemning 'hateful expressions of intolerance.' It's so good of the Democrats to rise above the fray and offer a universal resolution that doesn't single out any one race or religion. God forbid they lower themselves into the muck of identity politics when disciplining a freshman Representative who just happens to believe Jews are hypnotizing the world, and that Jew loyalty can be purchased with cold hard cash." • Paslay says the Democrats' objectivity "seems to begin and end with Omar's anti-Semitism," however. When it comes to other social issues not related to female Moslem refugees from Somalia, they aren't quite so levelheaded. Paslay gives his example : "Take "black lives matter"....Don't all lives matter? Wouldn't it be better for race relations if we just agreed to come together and promote universal standards of human behavior, much like the general resolution to condemn all 'hateful expressions of intolerance'? No. All lives don't matter. And saying so is racist and misses the point of the mantra to begin with, which is that if you want to exploit America's racial unrest for political gain, you have to qualify your social cause with a word that will demonize your enemies while creating a 'victimized' class of loyal supporters. Hence the phrase 'black lives matter,' which is conveniently trumpeted in mostly lily-white liberal enclaves and on Ivy League campuses, and not in Chicago where 561 people -- mostly African American -- were murdered in 2018. The same goes for 'white privilege.' Shouldn't the entire upper tier of society -- no matter their color or creed -- be aware of their advantages in order to develop tolerance and compassion for their fellow man? Shouldn't 'privilege' be called out in general, so that wealthy Hollywood celebrities, professional athletes, tenured professors, Silicon Valley billionaires, and establishment media elites keep their massive egos in check and remember those who aren't as fortunate? Not really. You need the term white privilege to successfully polarize Americans along racial lines, and to achieve the two-pronged goal of demonizing your political enemies while simultaneously developing the loyalty of an angry, resentful victim class....Which is why liberals rail against 'toxic masculinity' and not 'toxic human behavior.' Women can just as easily dominate relationships, be overly aggressive and competitive, and act like pompous jerks. Yet somehow this behavior is attributed primarily to men, and stereotyped as 'masculine.' Why? To exploit sexism and create a culture of bitterness in certain Democrat constituency groups. Interestingly, the most 'toxic' form of masculinity in America is father absence, but good luck getting liberals to admit as much; Democrats aren't big on the whole cohesive family unit thing. Still, children from fatherless families are more likely to have behavioral problems, become pregnant as a teen, drop out of high school, abuse drugs and alcohol, suffer from obesity, and commit a crime and go to prison....Which leads to the issues of crime and justice. Now, it used to be that a crime was a crime (like failing to pay child support), and justice was justice. Not anymore. Liberals have now managed to stamp crime with the qualifying adjective 'hate' and justice with the modifier 'social,' so as to make certain crimes by certain constituency groups more or less heinous, and the punishments they receive more or less deserving. And how does one know whether the crime is heinous and the justice is proper? That's for Democrats to decide. Like with the anti-Semite freshman Representative from Minnesota, Ilhan Omar. Because she's a Moslem woman and refugee from Somalia, she can tweet disparaging comments about Jews and not have to apologize for it. And because Nancy Pelosi is a liberal, and liberals have the innate ability to tailor language to fit their politics, the House just passed a generic resolution condemning 'hateful expressions of intolerance,' rather than calling out Ilhan Omar's hate speech specifically and mentioning her by name." • AND, now these radical Democrats have made their decision about the 2020 nominating convention -- Milwaukee. Democratic National Committee chairman Tome Perez had the gall to say "We are the party of the working class" to explain why the DNC chose Milwaukee. If that doesn't make you gag, nothing ever will. • • • DEAR READERS, it is hard not to agree with Canada Free Press's statement that "the Democrat Party is looking more and more grotesque, with their chicanery and deception becoming increasingly obvious, their noticeable anti-Semitism, their infatuation with socialism, their disdain for freedom of religion and all things Christian....What is slowly coming to light, a sort of gradual clearing of the mist and fog, is a conspiracy and scandal so immense and fantastic that it dwarfs even the minds of writers of political fiction. It is a story of deceit, power and the clenching of it, with a resistance to let go not seen in American history going back at least 150 years. This defiance was intensified by a brash, albeit politically naive outsider, an individual who, in spite of his affluence, was not and could never be a member of the political elite if they could help it. During the last presidential election, the Democrat Party convinced themselves, with help from the media, that they were going to hold on to power and finish the job Obama had started...turn our nation into a secular socialist country...ripe for the picking apart by the globalists. To insure that success, the Obama administration conspired with the Clinton campaign to create a false narrative that Trump’s campaign was conspiring with the Russians to hack into our election process...hence the Russian ‘meddling.’ This would promote a subsequent narrative, as a sort of insurance policy, that if Trump were elected he would be accused of being an agent of the Russian Federation. Once that was accomplished, Trump would be ripe for impeachment. This strategy is still active today. Russian meddling in elections, of course, is nothing new. But, a presidential candidate taking part in that process would be monumental. Knowing that, the Democrats chose this narrative because of Trump’s desire for good relations with Putin and Russia. They simply saw an opportunity and acted on it. That narrative generated an active intelligence operation designed to unravel Trump’s election and if the government was unsuccessful at preventing Trump from moving into the White House, create at least the suspicion of ongoing treason against the United States, giving birth to endless investigations and character assassination. In essence, the narrative had nothing to do with national security, but to prevent Donald Trump from being elected and destroy him if he did. It was both an attack on his campaign and a planned coup, depending on what prevailed....With Democrat President Obama and the executive Deep State organized by him, the Democrats were able to transform non-political institutions like the FBI, the Justice Department, CIA, and the U.S. Intelligence Community into tools of the political machine they controlled. Some of the characters in this sordid play, Comey, McCabe, Lynch, Rosenstein, Clapper, Brennan, Strzok, and Page lied with gusto every time they opened their collective mouths. They saw a mission greater than their oath to the Constitution...taking it upon themselves to save our nation from Donald Trump. They lied to the press, Congress, a FISA court, the President and anyone else they could speak to. In their zeal to remove President Trump, these Democrat actors engaged in both treason and sedition. It makes Whitewater look amateurish. With the Democrat Party’s ship sinking, they are still refusing to lower the life boats. Michael Cohen admitted to being briefed by Democrat Representative Adam Schiff for 10 hours before he gave testimony to Congress just last week." • The Democrat Party is sinking deeper into the Swamp with every vile attempt to find a reason to impeach President Trump. They continue to come up empty but they still insist President Trump is impeachable for collusion with Russia and obstruction of justice -- all Fake lines of attack because they are lies -- there is No Evidence. At this point they are deceiving themselves. And, as their strident catcalls grow louder and more grotesque, America is dialing out. Witness the phony line of Speaker Nancy Pelosi that Ilhan Omar is just a babe-in-the-congressional-woods who wouldn't use wretched anti-Semitic remarks "if" she only realized that the words are anti-Semitic. • It is a bunch of Insane Democrat Swamp/sewer gas. AND, if Ilhan Omar is really that stupid and uninformed, why is she in Congress? Why didn't the Democrat Party get rid of her and find another candidate for her district? BECAUSE the Democrat Party is just as anti-Semitic and anti-American as Ilhan Omar. Birds of a Socialist feather do flock together.
