HAPPY SAINT PATRICK'S DAY 2019

HAPPY SAINT PATRICK'S DAY. To everyone. • The Irish Blessing has existed for centuries. The prayer was originally written in Gaelic, the native language of the Irish. And, it is always a part of Saint Patrick's Day because, although the author of the prayer isn’t known, many scholars who study the writing of the Saint say that it's similar to his writing style. So, as we celebrate the feast of Saint Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, I offer you this special Irish blessing. • “May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind be ever at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face and the rain fall softly on your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the hollow of his hand.”
