Democrat Leaders Facilitated Hillary's Corrupt Rise and the Current Crisis -- Remember That on November 8

ELECTION DAY MINUS 6. What you need to know now about the new Red-Alert level of the Hillary federal investigation. • • • FIRST, THE LATEST POLLS. Donald Trump has overtaken Hillary Clinton for the first time since May in the ABC News/Washington Post tracking poll. Trump has a 1% lead over Clinton, 46% to 45%, as of Tuesday morning. And, 53% of likely voters have "strong enthusiasm" for Trump, according to the poll, while 45% feel the same about Clinton. Clinton led Trump, 46% to 45%, in the same poll over the weekend. She held a 12-point lead, 50% to 38%, in the poll just more than one week ago. Voters voiced slightly more enthusiasm for Clinton's campaign, with 52% saying they had "strong enthusiasm" for her and 49% stating the same of Trump. The Washington Post/ABC News conducted its latest poll of 1,128 likely voters via cell and landline telephone interviews from Oct. 27-30. It has a 3% margin of error. • Clinton leads Trump by 2% nationwide, according to the latest RealClearPolitics average of surveys, some of which were taken before the Comey letter to Congress. Recent polling shows a tightening race between Clinton and Trump at both the national and state levels just one week from Election Day. • • • REPUBLICANS ARE COMING HOME. Starting with Speaker Paul Rayn, who revealed Tuesday morning that he voted for Donald Trump. Ryan told “Fox & Friends” : "I stand where I stood all fall and all summer. In fact, I already voted here in Janesville (Wis.) for our nominee last week in early voting. I'm supporting our entire Republican ticket. I have been all along. My focus personally right now is saving our House majority." Sadly, Ryan was foolish enough to refuse to call Trump by name during the Fox interview; but, he did attack Hillary Clinton : "The point I keep trying to make for younger voters who did not live through the 1990s -- this is what life with the Clintons looks like. It's always a scandal, one after the other." Asked whether he would change his mind about campaigning for or with Trump, Ryan said, "I haven't changed anything. I'm just focusing on my primary responsibility, which is saving our House majority....That's what the Speaker of the House does. My job is to make sure Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) does not return as Speaker of the House." • • • Former Education Secretary and conservative analyst Bill Bennett and F.H. Buckley, law professor at George Mason University, are calling for GOP unity and #NeverHillary. Bennett and Buckley say it’s time for all sides of the GOP to unite to defeat the Democrats, at the top, middle and bottom of the ballot : "It’s time to put aside our differences, elect Trump, and defeat a candidate under an FBI investigation. In America’s government of strong presidentialism, it’s the candidate at the top who matters, and a vote for Trump is the only feasible method of defending the principles of freedom, justice and prosperity Republicans hold in common against the most serious threat we have ever faced, a threat that begins to look like the final defeat of republican government, and permanent decline for the country we love." • That’s why, say Bennett and Buckley, 130 respected Republican thought-leaders have signed a second letter explaining why we support Donald Trump and urging Party unity -- at scholarsandwritersforamerica.org. • Bennett and Buckley see this election as "the most consequential electoral choice we’ll have in our lifetime. Under Obama we have departed from the Founders’ Constitution of separation of powers towards one-man rule by the President. With Mrs. Clinton, we’d see an even greater slide towards an all-powerful presidency, by an imperious person who holds subordinates in contempt and who labels Republicans as enemies and 'deplorables.' She doesn’t have a legislative agenda. She has a regulatory and Supreme Court agenda, and the justices she would appoint could be expected to bless one-person rule by the President....By contrast, Donald Trump has a legislative agenda. The person who wrote “The Art of the Deal” can be expected to reach across to Congress to enact the sound legislation he proposed in his speech in Gettysburg. He has pledged to appoint judges in the mold of Justice Scalia, judges who would strike down the diktats of a President who ignores Congress as Obama did in his Deferred Action for Parents of Americans program. That program would have legalized 5 million undocumented aliens, and the Supreme Court split 4-4 on it. We know how a future Court would rule, with a new member appointed by Mrs. Clinton. And she’s already told us of her plans to regularize millions of undocumented aliens by executive fiat." • Bennett and Buckley describe a Clinton presidency : the “Clinton Cash” machine in the White House, a government with the morals of a banana republic, crony capitalism, wasteful regulations that benefit the clients of K Street lobbyists, all the powers of the state unleashed against political enemies -- tax audits, EPA investigations, and charges brought under one of the numberless and technical federal public welfare offences." • • • THE LETHAL NEW GRAND JURY TURN IN THE HILLARY EMAIL PROBE. American Thinker's James G. Wiles writes in "Don't Be Fooled: Hillarygate Probe Is Now a Formal Federal Criminal Investigation" that the NY Times and the Wall Street Journal both reported on Monday morning that an FBI warrant application to a federal judge over the weekend for permission to search Huma Abedin's emails and laptop has been granted. The application was made on the basis of the Clinton email investigation. Necessarily, that application (as required by the Constitution's Fourth Amendment) would need to be supported by FBI affidavits. Wiles explains that this new fact is a development of immense significance -- both for Mrs. Clinton personally and for American citizens. It is also unprecedented in American history : "It enables us to pierce the thick cloud of black ink and disinformation released over the weekend by Team Hillary and which is being widely misreported in the current news cycle." The FBI agents had to make a warrant application because their existing Fourth Amendment search authority was on the basis of Anthony Weiner's (unrelated) suspected misconduct with an underage girl. That investigation was already a grand jury matter. However, that grand jury's authority -- which is supervised by a federal judge -- had not authorized the FBI to pursue information which might be pertinent to the inquiry into Mrs. Clinton's use of a personal email server while she was Secretary of State. Making that warrant application, under standard DOJ protocol, required approval from the Department of Justice. In this case, the assistant attorney in charge of the Criminal Division, or perhaps the Attorney General. Since the application for a warrant was made, we can conclude that the Criminal Division at DOJ authorized it. Thus, at a minimum, the senior leadership of the Justice Department is not as unanimously critical of FBI director Comey's letter to Congress on Friday as media reports tell us. • Here is how Wiles explains the importance of the granting of the warrant application : "(1) A federal judge supervising a grand jury has now made a finding, based on FBI affidavits which present evidence gathered during the preliminary Hillary inquiry (the one which the FBI director stated had been closed back in July), that there's probable cause to believe that a federal crime was committed in connection with Mrs. Clinton's use of a private email server. [Why and by whom is not yet known.] (2) The FBI can use this new grant of grand jury authority to investigate Mrs. Clinton's use of a private email server for the first time to issue subpoenaes to obtain testimony from witnesses and compel the production of documents and things. The FBI and DOJ can, furthermore, use the judge's probable cause finding to support further warrant applications. This means that, if DOJ authorizes it, a United States attorney now has the ability for the first time to put subpoenaed witnesses before a grand jury. There, without their lawyer in the room, they may be questioned under oath by a federal prosecutor. If the witnesses take the Fifth -- and the witness's lawyer is allowed to sit outside the grand jury room and be consulted by the witness before answering a question -- they can be immunized and, if they still refuse to testify, a judge can jail them indefinitely until they change their mind. Huma Abedin, according to prior reporting, received a grant of immunity during the FBI's preliminary investigation. (3) The liberal media's reporting that the Hillarygate email server investigation has not, in fact, been "reopened" is totally false....not only is the probe reopened, it has been upgraded and expanded...from a preliminary inquiry to a formal criminal investigation with grand jury power. That also means that, at least at the level of the federal grand jury itself, assistant US attorneys assigned to that grand jury are now for the first time formally involved. In other words: the Beast is now fully awake. (4) This weekend's development potentially escalates the threat to Mrs. Clinton. While several other procedural steps and processes are necessary, it is a federal grand jury, not the FBI, which issues indictments. The FBI -- using the the grand jury to obtain testimony, conduct searches and compel the production of documents and things -- investigates crimes. The US Attorneys, acting though the grand jury, charge and prosecute those persons whom the grand jury finds probable cause to believe have committed those crimes. (5) This weekend's development also means that, for the first time in American history, a candidate for President of the United States is likely now a subject/target of a federal grand jury investigation." • • • A GRAND JURY PROBE GIVES HILLARY MEDIA COVER. For instance, Hillary Clinton's demand that the FBI be "transparent" is fake -- it is media 'spin' that she knows cannot now be answered by the FBI, the DOJ or Director Comey BECAUSE of grand jury secrecy : Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(e) prohibits the FBI and prosecutors from saying anything about "matters occurring before the grand jury." Hillary Clinton and Sidney Blumenthal used the same tactic during the Whitewater, Travelgate, and Monica Lewinsky investigations in the 1990s. And it worked. So, says Wiles : "Mrs. Clinton and her spokesmen -- unlike the federal law enforcement officials they've been targeting all weekend -- are free to tell us everything they know. Let's see if they do. A reporter should ask them....If Hillary really wants 'transparency,' let her release the FBI's warrant application for permission to search Huma Abedin and Mr. Weiner's emails for evidence relating to whether Hillary's use of a private server violated federal law. Huma's lawyers likely have it. If not, they can certainly get it. Huma, of course, is also free to release the emails too. That's why Hillary's demand for 'transparency' by the FBI is spin. She damn well knows the feds can't do it. She also now knows that the threat level against her has just been upgraded to ORANGE." • • • WHERE IS HUMA ABEDIN? Fox News reported that "scrutiny of top Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin intensified Monday amid speculation that claims she made in her FBI interview and a separate sworn deposition could come back to haunt her" as the FBI gains access to emails on her estranged husband’s laptop. Abedin did not appear on the campaign trail Monday. She also did not travel with Clinton over the weekend to the battleground state of Florida. While Abedin has effectively stepped off the campaign trail since the FBI's stunning announcement on Friday, her emails are now at the center of attention. Fox says their mere existence could "call into question testimony Abedin gave months ago about the email system." FBI records reflect that she told investigators "that she lost most of her old emails as a result of the transition." During a June 28, 2016 deposition with Judicial Watch, Abedin also swore she looked for and turned over all devices she thought contained government work to the State Department : "I looked for all the devices that may have any of my State Department work on it and returned -- returned -- gave them to my attorneys for them to review for all relevant documents. And gave them devices and paper.” Abedin claimed she handed over two laptops, a BlackBerry, and other files she found in her apartment. She also said she wasn’t involved in the process of what specific files would be handed over to the State Department. • The Republican National Committee sent out an email Saturday saying reports about Abedin’s past statements now raise questions on whether she had “perjured herself.” Karl Rove, Fox News analyst and former George W. Bush advisor, told Fox News on Friday that the issue may be “a question of her veracity” and whether the emails contradict what Abedin told investigators. Abedin has not spoken publicly about the newly found emails. • • • HILLARY HITS BACK AT ALL WHO OPPOSE HER. She has launched a public relations counter-attack to destroy FBI Director Comey, knowing he cannot now defend himself. Clinton campaign senior staff is advising surrogates to hit back hard at the FBI. According to campaign talking points obtained by TheHill, supporters are being told to question Comey’s competency by arguing that he “hadn’t even reviewed the material before he started this whole confounding situation.” They’ll allege an “abuse of protocol,” noting that Comey moved forward against the wishes of the Justice Department and that anonymous sources within the FBI leaked embarrassing details about the investigation to the press. They will raise the spurious question about why the FBI hasn’t released any details about its investigation into cyber-attacks, believed to be carried out by the Russians, against Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta and the Democratic National Committee. And, the near-crazed Senator Harry Reid's letter to Comey will be repeated by every Democrat and media Hillary Hack. • Fox says some Democrats are questioning whether it's prudent for the Clinton campaign to prosecute a public relations war against the FBI in the final days before the election. Democratic strategist Mark Alderman said : “It’s of course better the campaign be about Clinton versus Trump rather than Clinton versus Comey. The way this election has gone, whoever is in the news is losing. You have to get out of the news, and fighting with Comey keeps her in the news.” • • • Dear readers, here's what Harry Reid wrote to FBI Director James Comey, as quoted in USA Today : "Your [Director Comey’s] actions in recent months have demonstrated a disturbing double standard for the treatment of sensitive information, with what appears to be a clear intent to aid one political party over another. I am writing to inform you that my office has determined that these actions may violate the Hatch Act, which bars FBI officials from using their official authority to influence an election. Through your partisan actions, you may have broken the law." ALL WRONG. But, remember that Reid accused candidate Mitt Romney of not paying taxes, then later said, "of course it was a lie, but it worked." • The Democratic Party should pay an enormous price for its determined support of Hillary Clinton, including Barack Obama, who breached national security by being on Hillary’s private servers and lying about it. Obama's decision to let Comey proceed unhampered with his grand jury investigation was not out of an impartial sense of justice being served. He had no choice because the FBI had circled the wagons around him -- one for James Comey. The Democrats have engaged in more than "just politics.” The Democrats are colluding. They are knowingly aiding and abetting Hillary’s criminal conduct -- multiple criminal actions that are grave and obvious violations of the law -- and that very likely seriously compromised national security. The Clintons have been immersed in scandal involving legitimate charges of corruption since their 1980s days in Arkansas. In the 1990s, when the Clintons were in the White House, there were more scandals -- Bill’s tawdry sex life, and Travelgate among others that led to impeachment, perjury, and Bill's disbarment. Since they left the White House in January 2001, the Clintons have operated the Clinton Foundation in what has the appearance of a scam whose goal is to put millions of dollars in their private bank accounts. When Hillary became Secretary of State, the Clinton Foundation became a pay-to-play influence-peddling enterprise -- Secretary Hillary apparently traded access to her office for Clinton Foundation “donations” '-- a crime if proven. If Democrats cared about moral character and integrity, they would have booted out Hillary years ago. Newt Gingrich told Fox News' Sean Hannity : "[The Clintons’ activities are] a giant criminal enterprise disguised as a foundation and disguised as a campaign." The truth, dear readers, is that Democrats and their party seek their share of the huge profits of a Clinton presidency in which the entire US becomes one big 'Foundation' to enrich Bill and Hillary and their cronies. Everyone helping return the Clintons to the White House will get a piece of the action. This is about pure Democrat ambition and greed. A Hillary Clinton presidency would begin crippled and descend from there. Impeachment??? There is the FBI / DOJ grand jury investigation, but there also could be a US House impeachment if Speaker Paul Ryan would attempt impeachment if the Democrats win control of the Senate, where President Hillary would be tried. BUT, NEVER FORGET THIS -- Hillary Clinton could never have become the Democrat presidential nomination without the Democrat Party agreeing. Democrats are as guilty as sin for pushing America into its current crisis. Make Democrats pay big-time at the ballot boxes now and on November 8.
