Where Is the Congressional Republican Support for President Trump and America ?

THE REAL NEWS TODAY IS THAT THERE IS A COUP UNDERWAY AGAINST THE LEGITIMATE US PRESIDENT. It is taking many forms as the Progressive Democrat Socialist Globalist Leftists try to undo the 2016 presidential election and strip Americans of President Trump and their constitutional voice in choosing a President. • • • THE RUSSIAN COLLUSION CARD. The Russian collusion fake news was seen by the ProgDems as their best shot at toppling President Trump. A clue that the Russian Card is fake is that many in the media, Special Counsel Robert Mueller, and the investigating committees in the House and Senate don't seem to be interested in asking key questions despite a year of investigations. • If the Obama Administration, the FBI, and the intelligence community were / are really worried about Russian collusion, wouldn't they have spied on Hillary along with Trump, since they knew that the Clintons and the Clinton Foundation had accepted huge amounts of money in the pay-for-play that gave Putin 20% of US uranium deposits. And, why would Putin, a seasoned KGB spy, not have played both sides of the election, especially since everyone, including his US Embassy staff, expected Hillary to win. So why was, and is, there no interest in the possibility that Hillary was colluding with hte Russian government to defeat Trump?? If US Intel accidentally picked up conversations with Trump associates because of listening in on Russian officials, wouldn't conversations be accidentally picked up with Obama officials, people surrounding Hillary, and other members of Congress -- why was Sessions the only person whose conversations were intercepted by US Intel? • Isn't it frankly amazing that the only unmasking is of Trump people??? Well, no, actually it isn't, because Trump and his team were from the beginning the specific targets. Nothing was accidentally "intercepted." Trump was the target of a coup by Obama and his ProgDems long before he beat Hillary last November. • If you still have doubts, consider this. Fox News reported last week that Susan Rice is still expected to face questions on "unmasking" in House hearings. Fox says : "The number of people thought to be involved in the alleged 'unmasking' of American citizens under the Obama administration could be expanding, according to a source close to the House Intelligence Committee’s review." The source with knowledge of the review told Fox News that the records suggest the unmasking “goes beyond” key officials like former National Security Adviser Susan Rice, former CIA Director John Brennan and former US Ambassador to the UN Samantha Power. The source, according to Fox, said more than a half-dozen former senior Obama administration officials are now of interest to House committee investigators. Then-Committee Chairman Devin Nunes issued subpoenas in May to the CIA, FBI and NSA for records about the identification of American citizens in intelligence reports, also known as “unmasking.” The subpoenas covered 2016 and were issued after allegations that Rice and others unmasked associates of now-President Trump. Fox News was told the agencies have now “fully complied.” • Separately, the House Intelligence Committee has been preparing to hear from Rice in a closed-door session as early as this week, although indications are that her testimony may be postponed. The “unmasking” issue is likely to be a central focus of her eventual testimony. The source said some of the unmasking in question could be routine -- though other requests appeared “unwarranted” and will require “more explanation.” The source said House investigators are at the beginning of their investigation and described the paper trail as containing “a significant number of records.” Rice spokeswoman Erin Pelton previously told the AP that Rice is cooperating with House and Senate intelligence committees. Rice in March had told PBS she “knew nothing” about Trump associate unmasking. But, in early April, she admitted she asked for the identities of US citizens in intelligence reports, while defending those requests as routine and denying leaking any Trump-related information. Rice told MSNBC : "I leaked nothing to nobody, and never have." • And, why isn't the mainstream media covering all this news about unmasking? Because they are firmly entrenched with the ProgDems, trying to advance the coup against the legitimate US President, Donald Trump. It should be embarrassing to reporters that they are trashing and trying to destroy Trump instead of doing their job -- but they have an agenda, and they do not allow facts to get in their way. • • • THE MUELLER SPECIAL COUNSEL INVESTIGATION IS LEAKING. Breitbart reported last Thursday that the team charged with investigating whether there was any collusion between President Donald Trump’s campaign and Russia now appears to be leaking details of the probe to damage Trump. Breitbart was reporting on a Bloomberg story that stated “a person familiar with the probe” told Bloomberg that the Special Counsel is examining a broad range of transactions involving Trump and his associates’ businesses -- that is what is known as a "leak," and it came the day after Trump told the New York Times in an interview that delving into his business matters would be outside the bounds of the Russia investigation. A spokesman for the Office of the Special Counsel told Breitbart : “The Special Counsel’s Office has undertaken stringent controls to prohibit unauthorized disclosures that deal severely with any member who engages in this conduct.” • We can guess that the Deep State is not shaking in its Swamp Boots. • In the team led by former FBI Director Robert Mueller, four of the six attorneys donated to the Democratic National Committee or Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, according to Axios. James Quarles donated almost $33,000 to Democrats, including Clinton and former President Barack Obama. Jeannie Rhee donated more than $16,000 since 2008 to Democrats, including the maximum donation possible to Clinton in both 2015 and 2016. She has also donated to Obama. Andrew Weissmann donated more than $4,000 to Obama in 2008 and $2,000 to the DNC in 2006, and Elizabeth Prelogar donated $250 each to Clinton in 2016 and Obama in 2012. • These donations to Hillary and the DNC are one of the reasons Trump and Republican lawmakers have questioned the objectivity of Mueller and his team, which was created after former FBI Director James Comey leaked a memo to the media for the purpose of prompting a special counsel. • John Dowd, one of President Trump’s lawyers, told Bloomberg : “Those transactions are in my view well beyond the mandate of the Special Counsel, are unrelated to the election of 2016 or any alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, and most importantly, are well beyond any Statute of Limitation imposed by the United States Code.” • On Friday, Newsmax reported on a Newt Gingrich interview on Fox News' Hannity TV program. Newt Gingrich told Hannity : "I don't understand why the House and Senate Judiciary Committees aren't investigating a lot of this [Mueller] stuff....So who's leaking? Why is nothing being done about it? Why are people not being fired? I think it's very reasonable to say that this is a very dangerous witch hunt that Mueller keeps expanding because he can't find anything in the original charge." • But, Gingrich says the Mueller team will prosecute someone in its investigation into alleged collusion with Russia : "There are too many lawyers being paid too much money for them to go home having accomplished nothing." Gingrich also discussed the ties between members of Mueller's team and Hillary Clinton's campaign : "The Mueller investigation has so many conflicts of interest, it's almost an absurdity." Gingrich said the law firm Mueller came from gave 99.81% of its donations to Hillary Clinton's campaign. Gingrich added that several of the lawyers on Mueller's team have "questionable records." Gingrich added : "It's hard to understand why he would assemble such a team unless it was a deliberate effort to go after the President and the President's team." • • • POLICE STATE TACTICS?? American Thinker's Shari Goodman wrote on Sunday : "Never in American history has a sitting president (and his family) been hounded with unfounded criminal investigations as has President Trump. While still a candidate, the Democrats and their propaganda arm in the mainstream media brought forth the scurrilous charge of Russian collusion with not a shred of evidence to support their charge. It's a fishing expedition in search of a crime." Goodman wrote that every week a new revelation of an alleged meeting between members of President Trump's cabinet or family members with perceived Russian agents crops up -- General Michael Flynn, Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Jared Kushner, Donald Trump Jr., and now Ivanka Trump, whose security clearance is now being challenged, have all been accused of collusion. Goodman says : "That and the recent announcement by appointed Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller of his intent to broaden the investigation into Trump's businesses is symptomatic of tactics used by police states to threaten their opposition into compliance, surrender or removal. It is un-American and a danger to our Republic." • Goodman cites the fake dossier created by Fusion GPS, a Washington firm that specializes in opposition research for the Democratic Party. Fusion GPS hired Christopher Steele, a former MI-6 British spy, to create a fake file to hurt Trump's candidacy and his Presidency. The plot was paid for by a reported Hillary Clinton backer. Although the dossier was unverified, John McCain, a vocal critic of President Trump, brought the unverified dossier to the United States and gave it to the FBI. Fusion then released the unverified dossier to the press and they along with Democratic operatives have been using it ever since to continue to harm the Trump administration. • Then came the plot to ensnarl Donald Trump, Jr. in a Trump-Russia narrative through an arranged meeting between him and Russian lawyer, Natalia Veselnitskaya, who was a paid Russian lobbyist, photographed at anti-Trump rallies and while sitting in the front row, behind US ambassador to Russia, Michael McFaul,at a House Foreign Affairs Committee just five days after her meeting with Donald Trump, Jr. last June. It should be noted that McFaul was a frequent guest on NBC and MSNBC during the 2016 campaign and after the election discussing the Russian conspiracy narrative. The meeting between Donald Trump, Jr. and Veselnitskaya was arranged by Rob Goldstone who, too, is associated with Fusion GPS. • Goodman also reminds us that we know that General Flynn's conversation with the Russian ambassador was illegally recorded by the Obama administration that routinely spied on the new incoming administration and the new President. The unmasking of that conversation was then illegally leaked to the press. The leaker has yet to be identified, but it is widely believed that Deep State holdovers from the Obama administration are leaking classified information within a highly politicized Justice Department and Intelligence Community created during Obama's eight year reign. • As I have written many times, there is No Evidence. Goodman agrees, saying : "The entire Russian collusion affair stinks to high heaven. There is no smoking gun to justify an independent counsel. Nada! Yet, Robert Mueller, best buddies with fired FBI director James Comey, who admittedly leaked classified information to ensure a special prosecutor would be appointed is now extending his investigation to include the Trump Organization. Mueller as a former FBI director purged all anti-terrorism training material at the request of the Council on American Islamic Relations, an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terrorist financing trial here in the United States. In 2007 Mueller met with CAIR and ISNA (Islamic Society of North America), both Moslem Brotherhood front groups here in America and he caved in to their demands to purge material they deemed offensive to Moslems." Goodman says that today Mueller is "stacking his staff with former Clinton donors who are in search for a smoking gun which will lead to the removal of President Trump from office. This witch hunt could not take place without a complicit Republican Establishment in control of the House and Senate." • • • ARE REPUBLICANS IN CONGRESS REALLY SWAMP CREATURES? American Thinker published on Sunday an article by Don Bendell, a best-selling author, a 100% disabled Green Beret Vietnam veteran, and a 1995 inductee into the International Karate and Kickboxing Hall of Fame. Bendell says the RINOs are like the Viet Cong : "RINOs, (Republicans in Name Only) however are more akin to the Viet Cong guerillas I also had to fight against in South Vietnam. They could be more dangerous, because most of the time the VC, or Viet Cong, worked alongside us during the day as interpreters, members of our allied South Vietnamese Army, local farmers, merchants, and rice growers, or laborers. Friends we trusted, foreign nationals we employed. At night, they would, like serpentine predators, slither into their damp dark holes and hidden tunnels under their villages, secure their weapons, and come out to ambush the very men they had worked for and befriended during the day." Bendell says : "Similarly, RINOs in our government aren’t even on the same plane as Democrats, because they betray their own cause, their own party, in order to further personal agendas or dance to the dictates of the lobbyist special interests who put and keep them in power. They are, even more so than Democrats, the tap-dancing fools of puppet-masters like free enterprise-hating multi-billionaire George Soros, who has proudly bragged in interviews that he can and has changed the economy of entire nations. He uses the prostitution of power of our own Democrat and Republican politicians who sell themselves for votes, self-aggrandizement, money, and power. Bendell says the Republican Party needs a "program now to rid ourselves by outing, expulsion, and confrontation, those in our party who have become like our own unarmed Viet Cong, serpent-like guerillas in our midst who glad-hand us during the day and fight against us behind our backs at night. So doing to further their own agendas while siding with our enemy, the Democrats, who at least have the courage to declare their intent. Shari Goodman asks key questions about the Republican-controlled Congress : "Instead of Democrats standing together in front of news cameras with continuous new charges against President Trump, why are we not instead witnessing McConnell and Ryan center stage asking for an investigation into Obama's collusion with the Iranians or for spying on the Trump transition team? Why are Republicans not calling for an investigation into John Podesta's ties to Russia or into Comey's leaks while head of the FBI, or into Clinton's sale of 20% of our uranium to Russia which led to substantial kickbacks to the Clinton Foundation? Why are Republicans silent about former Attorney General Loretta Lynch's secret meeting with Bill Clinton while Hillary was being investigated by the FBI or why Lynch asked Comey not to call it an "investigation", but instead to call it a "matter"? Why is there no call for an investigation between the Clinton campaign and Ukraine? Why is there no call for an investigation into the corrupt Clinton Foundation? The silence of the Republican House and Senate in the face of evidence of real corruption speaks volumes about a spineless failing GOP. Police State tactics are commonplace in authoritarian Third World dictatorships, but not in the United States, a country once governed by laws and not men. Unfortunately, the left and their cohorts in the Democratic Party have become a criminal enterprise which poses an existential threat to our liberty and to our Republic. They must be stopped!" • • • WHY IS THE GOP CONGRESS NOT GOING AFTER OBAMA? Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich told Fox News last Tuesday that Congress should make Obama testify on Russia under oath -- about about when he knew Russia was meddling in the 2016 presidential race. Gingrich said Congress should be interested in the following : "Was it really last August, as the news stories say?...Who told him? It's going to turn out, yes, there's a big Russian story. It's [about] Barack Obama. Not Donald Trump. And you cannot make this stuff up." Congress has "an obligation" to call in Obama, Gingrich continued : "How can you be told the President of the United States knew last August that the Republicans were, in fact, involved in this and not ask him under oath? I mean, how can you be so irresponsible? The House and Senate are going to have to call Obama in and say 'who advised you? Why did you not decide to do anything? And then why did you keep quiet for six months while everybody looked at the Russians and Trump when you, in fact, had this information?' " • If there is a leader for the ProgDem coup to destroy President Trump and his family and oust him from the White House, that leader is Barack Obama. As President, Obama lied to America about Benhgazi, Obamacare, the IRS Tea Party harassment scandal, the Iran nuclear deal, the Fast & Furious debacle, Hillary's illegal mishandling of classified materials -- the list is endless -- why would he not lie about illegally spying on and unmasking Donald Trump for the purpose of defeating him? Why would Obama permit the continuing use of illegal unmasking of the Trump team unless he was determined to destroy Trump through innuendo and character assassination? • But, another question today is WHY the GOP Congress is doing nothing to uncover the Obama years of lies, illegal political spying, and protection of Hillary Clinton's illegal acts as Secretary of State and of the corrupt Clinton Foundation? WHY?? • • • DEAR READERS, the Wall Street Journal wrote in an editorial on July 18 : "President Trump cannot rely on Republicans in Congress to rally behind him...and most of the media want him run out of office." • Working to drive President Trump out of office has become the single goal of the Progressive Democrats, the media, the Democrat Party, AND their #NeverTrump allies in GOP circles, plus the Deep State permanent federal bureaucracy, including key intelligence agencies. • American citizens need to find out if congressional Republicans have joined the ProgDems in seeking to hijack the 2016 presidential election by a coup against the duly-elected President of the United States. Does this "collusion" explain the GOP's inability to end Obamacare or balance the budget or enact tax reform or address the ticking bomb of the national debt? • Socialist-totalitarian Progressives demand that the American people generally should 'have no choice," not just in healthcare, but in the election of their President -- that is the goal of Schumer, Pelosi and their allies. • If congressional Republicans care about honoring their oath to the Constitution -- and about serving the cause of American liberty -- they must rally round America's duly-elected President. If the #NeverTrump faction of the GOP really represents the Republican Congress and its leaders, then we know that the coup against President Trump is not just a banana republic mob-style coup. It is a concerted effort by the Washington elites to destroy the constitutional American Republic by proving that American voters are not the final deciders -- the elites are. • Scott Powell, a senior fellow at the Discovery Institute in Seattle, wrote for American Thinker : "We are in the midst of a wave of insanity and destructiveness that has tens of millions shaking their heads in disbelief. Mob behavior today is almost exclusively a phenomenon of the left. While there are so-called right-wing fringe extremist groups, they are small and have neither a base in the Republican Party nor favor from the media. There are simply no conservative or Republican mass movement analogs to Black Lives Matter, Animal Liberation Front (ALF), Women’s March, Peoples Climate Movement, Million Hoodies Movement for Justice...and countless others." Powell continues : "The coup against President Trump will not succeed in removing him from office. But if the opposition and obstructionism continue to delay nominee confirmations and confound the legislative agenda and Trump initiatives the people voted for, the coup efforts will have effectively accomplished their objective." • Outside the Beltway Swamp, there is little acceptance of the current stance of congressional Republicans. It’s time for Republicans serving in Washington to get over obsession with re-election and power and becoming rich; it's time for them to stop believing that business as usual is still acceptable; it's time for them to recognize that we are engaged in spiritual and political warfare to save the country. Because the enemy takes no prisoners, a GOP legislative failure is not an option." • It’s time for Republicans to unite, defend, and support President Trump -- and for those who refuse to be eliminated in 2018 and following elections, so that a real Republican Party can get on with Making America Great Again.
