When Will the Department of Justice Begin a Serious New Investigation of Hillary Clinton -- Emails, Pay-for-Play, Campaign Financing, Clinton Foundation

THE REAL NEWS TODAY IS NOT GOOD FOR HILLARY. All indications point to wrongdoing. • • • PODESTA EMAILS SHOW HILLARY MONEY LAUNDERING SCHEME. InfoWars reported on Monday that Hillary campaign chief John Podesta emails spell out Hillary Clinton's money-laundering scheme as a candidate. InfoWars asks : "Why isn’t the Trump administration under Attorney General Sessions investigating clear proof of Hillary Clinton’s violations of campaign finance laws and regulations? The WikiLeaks Podesta emails document a money-laundering scheme that gained Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign hundreds of millions of dollars in direct violation of FEC campaign financing laws and regulations. During the campaign, the Clinton campaign violation was suspected by Politico and charged by Bernie Sanders, yet the FBI under Trump continues to turn a blind eye." • Here's how it worked. The Clinton campaign realized that top-dollar millionaire and billionaire Democratic Party donors wanted to contribute several hundred thousand dollars to Hillary’s campaign, but were constrained by limits to individual and spousal contributions set by FEC campaign funding laws and regulations. So, Hillary's campaign set up a 3Hillary Victory Fund" to rake in excess donations that did not show up as "contributions" subject to limits. For instance, InfoWars says : "in an email exchange in November 2015, Podesta expressed irritation that the Clinton campaign wanted him to 'hit up his clients' to contribute $33,400 per person, or between $66,000 to $100,000 per couple, to attend a Hillary Victory Fund event in New York City, joining Hillary and Bill Clinton for dinner, in an 'intimate evening' designed to feature 'a memorable performance' by Sting. Other celebrity events involved the Democrats charging $353,000 for an April 16, 2016 dinner for two seats at the head table with Hillary Clinton, actor George Clooney, and Clooney’s wife, attorney Amil Clinton. Eleven sponsors each gave more than $100,000 to attend a Hillary Victory Fund Elton John concert at Radio City Music Hall on March 3, 2016, with Hillary and her family, former President Bill Clinton and daughter Chelsea Clinton." This allowed the Clinton campaign to raise money in excess of federal contribution limits. • In an email exchange in April 2016, Graham Wilson, a Perkins Coe attorney, advised officials at the DNC to be circumspect in responding to questions being asked by Politico reporter Kenneth Vogel, who suspected the DNC was using the Victory Fund to circumvent campaign finance contribution limits. Specifically, says OnfoWars : "Vogel was investigating whether the Clinton campaign had developed a strategy to use the Hillary Victory Fund to raise money for state DNC operations as a means of dramatically increasing legally campaign contribution limits, even though the DNC never intended to pass the money back to the states. In particular, Vogel was asking the following: “Of the $3.8 million that HVF has transferred to the state parties through 3/31/16, $3.3 million has been transferred almost immediately to the DNC. That means that through 3/31 the state parties have kept $500k -- or less than 1% -- of the $61 million raised by the HVF. Why so little?” • Vogel was on to the Clinton campaign scheme : “Based on these numbers, are Hillary Clinton and her allies overstating their support for state parties?” Wilson’s advice was for the DNC to tell Vogel the DNC at the national level “for critical investments in infrastructure, maintaining the DNC’s national voter file, and bolstering our research, communications and digital capabilities, all of which will help elect Democrats up and down the ballot in November and help strengthen state parties across the country.” • In the email exchange with outside counsel Wilson, the DNC also made clear the DNC was running the money through Amalgamated Bank, one of the largest union-owned banks in the United States, owned by the SEIU – a union strongly supporting the Democratic Party and Hillary’s candidacy. An email from the DNC included in the WikiLeaks Podesta email file makes clear Amalgamated Bank was the bank where funds were wired to the DNC General Fund. • In an article published by Kenneth Vogel and Isaac Arnsdorf in Politico on May 2, 2016, the suspected money-laundering scheme was revealed -- to be clear, Vogel had passed this article to the DNC for clearance before publication, breaking Politico rules, and was reprimanded, although the article content was not changed. But, the thrust of the Vogel article was : "By including the 32 states with state committees, the DNC could solicit checks of $350,000 from super-rich Hillary supporters into the Hillary Victory Fund that allowed the DNC to host extravagant fundraisers featuring the ability to interact personal with Hillary. Had the scheme to include the state parties not been concocted, the limit on an individual contribution to the Hillary Victory Fund would have been in the range of $30,000 -- not large enough to be of serious interest to Hillary or her well-healed wealthy supporters in Hollywood and New York City. So what the DNC did was to wire Hillary Victory Fund money to the states one day, with the agreement the states would wire the money back to the Hillary Victory Fund the next day in an apparently obvious scheme designed to circumvent the caps placed by FEC campaign laws and regulations on individual contributions." The Vogel Politico article concluded the following : “Between the creation of the victory fund in September and the end of last month, the fund had brought in $142 million, the lion’s share of which -- 44% -- has wound up in the coffers of the DNC ($24.4 million) and Hillary for America ($37.6 million), according to a Politico analysis of FEC reports filed this month. By comparison, the analysis found that the state parties have kept less than $800,000 of all the cash brought in by the committee -- or only 0.56%.” Politico noted that the Hillary Victory Fund through April 2016 had transferred $3.8 million to the state parties, but most of that cash ($3.3 million, or 88%) was transferred back to the DNC, usually within a day or two." • On May 2, 2016, Bernie Sanders’ campaign manager Jeff Weaver charged Hillary’s campaign was engaged in a “money-laundering” conduit that required state party leaders to keep less than 1% of the millions raised by the Hillary Victory Fund, even though Clinton’s campaign was relying upon the states to shut up and go along : "Secretary Clinton is looting funds meant for state parties to skirt fundraising limits on her presidential campaign. We think the Clinton campaign should let the state parties keep their fair share of the cash.” According to InfoWars, an article published in Wisconsin during the campaign makes clear many prominent contributors to Hillary’s campaign used the Hillary Victory Party state-funding scam to contribute over $300,000. The list includes the following : Haim Saban, $343,400 and Cheryl Saban, $353,400 -- Israeli-American media magnate who is currently head of Univision. Alice Walton, $353,400 -- #`6 on the Forbes List of World Billionaires and heiress to the Walton empire. George Soros, $343,400 -- Creator of Open Society Foundation, also donated $8 million to the leading Super PAC supporting Hillary’s presidential campaign. Jeffrey Katzenberg, $353,400 -- Former chair of Disney Corp and CEO of DreamWorks Animation. J.B. Pritzker, $330,000 and Mary Pritzker, $330,000 -- Hyatt Hotel heir. Brother to Penny Pritzker, former Secretary of Commerce. • Is the FBI now investigating these allegations that would show possible criminal intent to avoid campaign limits and reporting reauirements??? I hope so. • • • HILLARY WILL NOT STOP. She is now raising funds for a PAC to help Democrat candidates and reportedly is sorting out which Democrat House candidates she can campaign for in 2018. Liberty Planet wrote online on Sunday that "anyone in the Democratic Party who isn’t completely blind to the current public opinion of Clinton should be very concerned about allowing the failed candidate to continue representing their party. Even to her supporters, Clinton is now seen as a failure and a disappointment, incapable of winning an election she was supposed to have won by a landslide. To those who supported Bernie Sanders, Clinton is seen as a lying cheater who cost their candidate a shot at the general election. To a large percentage of others, Clinton is seen as a traitor and a crook who would be more at home behind bars than she would be behind the desk in the Oval Office. In short, there’s basically no one in the United States who still views Clinton in a positive light, and Democratic Party leaders who allow her to continue maintaining an active role in the party do so at their own peril." • • • ANOTHER DEAD BODY FOUND. WND FRONT PAGE reported last Saturday that a Clinton Foundation adverse witness has been found dead. Klaus Eberwein, a former Haitian government official who was expected to testify against alleged Clinton Foundation corruption and malpractice next week, has been found dead in Miami via gunshot wound to the head. The death was ruled a suicide. Eberwein was 50 and reportedly told acquaintances he feared for his life for his fierce criticism of the Clinton Foundation. • Liberty Planet asks an excellent question : "How many people do YOU know who have died mysteriously? Not as many as the Clintons! Check out WND’s explosive report, 'Clinton death list: 33 spine-tingling cases.' ” • Eberwein was due to appear Tuesday before the Haitian Senate Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission where he was widely expected to testify that the Clinton Foundation misappropriated Haiti earthquake donations from international donors. He had served as director general of the Haitian government’s economic development agency, Fonds d’assistance économique et social, for three years. According to Eberwein, a paltry 0.6% of donations granted by international donors to the Clinton Foundation with the express purpose of directly assisting Haitians actually ended up in the hands of Haitian organizations. A further 9.6% ended up with the Haitian government. The remaining 89.8% -- or $5.4 billion -- was funneled to non-Haitian organizations. Eberwein said at a protest outside the Clinton Foundation headquarters in Manhattan last year : “The Clinton Foundation, they are criminals, they are thieves, they are liars, they are a disgrace.” • According to the Haiti Libre newspaper, Eberwein was said to be in “good spirits,” with plans for the future. His close friends and business partners are shocked by the idea he may have committed suicide.Friend Gilbert Bailly said : “It’s really shocking. We grew up together; he was like family.” • The Haitian government issued an official notice thanking Eberwein for his service and mourning his untimely death. • A commenter to the WND article, calling himself "Tiger," wrote this comment : "He is now the second person from Haiti who is killed with a bullet to the head, called a suicide. All together there have been, now 8 people who were going to testify against Hillary shot. This just since the campaign. How is it that this can happen without investigations? There are mathematical equations showing the likely hood of incidences that are affiliated with some subject and it appears that the mathematical equation that would put someone in the dirt nap for investigating anything Clinton, is now clearly screaming out : 'Foul Play.' It doesn't compute people." • • • HILLARY AND ABEDIN. Judicial Watch released 448 pages of documents Friday showing further incidences of Huma Abedin, 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s former deputy chief of staff in the State Department, allocating special treatment to Clinton Foundation donors while Clinton served as Secretary of State. Clinton’s use of a private email server to conduct government business dogged her presidential campaign. The latest batch of documents released Friday arrived long after conservative Judicial Watch filed its lawsuit in May 2015 requesting “all emails of official State Department business received or sent by former Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin from January 1, 2009 through February 1, 2013 using a non-‘state.gov” email address.” JW states that the 448 pages Judicial Watch released Friday included six email exchanges that Clinton had failed to turn over to the State Department and brought the total number of known emails that Clinton didn’t turn over to 439. Although Clinton submitted roughly 55,000 pages of emails during the course of the probe into her private email server, these additional emails appear to contradict her statement that “as far as she knew” she had turned over all of her government email exchanges. • The newly released documents reveal multiple instances of Clinton Foundation donors receiving favors from the State Department. In addition, Clinton Global Initiative executive Doug Band featured prominently throughout the pages as he appeared to wield his influence in Clinton’s State Department. Clinton’s brother, Tony Rodham, also acted as a sort of go-between for Abedin and Clinton Foundation donor Richard Park. As Judicial Watch’s press release read, “A number of emails show the free flow of information and requests for favors between Clinton’s State Department and the Clinton Foundation.” Band ordered Abedin in one exchange to “show love to” Clinton Foundation donor Andrew Liveris, asking that Abedin “mention both me and wjc,” a reference to former President Bill Clinton. Liveris is the CEO of Dow Chemical, a company that donated at least $1 million to the Clinton Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative. Band also requested that Clinton consider granting Clinton Foundation contributor Karlheinz Koegel’s request that she speak at an event. Tony Rodham also lobbied for his friend, Clinton donor Richard Park, to receive access to Clinton. Park asked Rodham to forward a speaking request for Bill Clinton “to your sister” for her to pass along. Clinton donor Ben Ringel emailed Abedin and requested that she help an Iranian woman obtain a US visa, writing, “We need to get her clearance even only temporary to be with her granddaughter.” Band also used Abedin to help Canadian Clinton donor Michael Cohl obtain a visa. In both cases, Abedin complied and forwarded on the email requests. • “Other emails found in Abedin’s unsecure email account appear to show additional instances of the Clinton State Department’s lax approach to protecting national security,” accroding to the Judicial Watch press release. In some cases, Abedin forwarded emails to her unsecured account with information pertaining to “foreign governments” and “national defense or foreign policy.” One email included portions of Obama’s schedule for June 4, 2009. Clinton’s own daily schedules were sent to Clinton Foundation associates on a few occasions. Information regarding “federal preparedness and response for an international terrorist threat to the United States,” “The Secretary’s Phone Call with Chinese Foreign Minister Yang,” and “The Secretary’s Phone Call with Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov” were also sent to the unsecured email server. • Former FBI Director James Comey announced in July 2016 that Clinton would face no charges for her decision to utilize a private email server, but he added that “there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.” • • • DEAR READERS, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton asks the most important question of the year : “I’m not sure how much more evidence of pay-for-play, classified information mishandling, and influence peddling from Clinton’s email server one would need to show a serious criminal investigation is required." When, oh when, will Attorney General Jeff Sessions order the FBI to begin to seriously put together the investigation, fact basis, grand jury and indictment recommendations for Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation, Huma Abedin, and other wrong-doers???

  1. I would whole heartily agree with Tom Fitton. But instead if asking When? Should the question be "Why not already" or possibly 'Will it ever happen?"

  2. the problem that Donald Trump has is not with the voters but with the GOP House and Senate leadership.

They support their power base and nothing more.

  3. Donald Trump's administration has obviously dropped the ball on doing anything with ObamaCare.

The problem arises when we count all 52 GOP senators as Republicans.

There are 6 to 7 strong willed Libertarians in the group of 52 that simply should not be counted upon.

Without using a lot of space friends the basic difference between republicans and libertarians when the subject is welfare or entitlement programs is the Grand Canyon.

The United States is a very strong 3rd party political system right now.?Given that the 3rd party can only take hard stands against issues with any passage consequences- as in the defeat of killings ObamaCare, a program that Libertarians despite, but the GOO alternative was not to their liking either.

The Democratic Party is a fractured party except when lock arms in unison against conservative issues.
