Progressive Democrats Are Totally Crazy, and Hillary Is Back to Lead Them
As usual, Nancy Pelosi, Progressive Clown-in-Chief, has got it all wrong again. • • • IT'S THE RUSSIAN DEAD HORSE. At a town hall on CNN on Monday, House Minority Leader Representative Nancy Pelosi asked, “what do the Russians have on Donald Trump, financially, politically, or personally that he’s always catering to them?” Pelosi rushed to answer her own question, saying the timing Trump’s meeting with Russia’s foreign minister and the firing of FBI Director James Comey were “too much of a coincidence to be a coincidence. There’s just something wrong with this picture. All at the same time as people are saying, -- and you know, this you have to be careful, because this is its own incident, but it’s about Russia. And every day, I ask the question, what do the Russians have on Donald Trump, financially, politically, or personally that he’s always catering to them?" • Of course, once" we sort through the Pelosi-isms, we see that she was talking about the latest Fake News coming from her Progressive Democrat mainstream media, CNN foremost among them. But, this time Pelosi and her minions created provably wrong Fake News. • It seems that current and former US officials -- unnamed to be sure -- are now supposedly concerned that President Trump shared some “highly classified information” with the Russian foreign minister and ambassador to the US last week. So, what did the MSM do? They followed the Deep State Operations Manual and leaked that information to the Washington Post in an article published Monday. But, even the WP report admits that it is “unlikely” Trump broke any laws : “As President, Trump has broad authority to declassify government secrets, making it unlikely that his disclosures broke the law.” If it seems that may have been 'damning with faint praise,' consider this. Trump National Security Advisor Lieutenant General H. R. McMaster attended the meeting and he was clear about what did not happen : “At no time were any intelligence sources or methods discussed and no military operations were disclosed that were not already known publicly.” In a later statement to the media, General McMaster was even more clear about the Washington Post story : “The story that came out tonight, as reported is false. The President and the foreign minister reviewed a range of common threats to our two countries, including threats to civil aviation. At no time, at no time, were intelligence sources or methods discussed, and the President did not disclose any military operations that were not already publicly known. Two other senior officials who were present, including the Secretary of State, remember the meeting the same way and have said so. Their on-the-record accounts should outweigh those of anonymous sources. And I was in the room, it didn’t happen.” At a briefing Tuesday, McMaster told the media that he gave Trump his pre-meeting briefing and did not include the names of the sources, so that Trump could not have revealed them, adding : “I think the real issue and what I would like to see debated more is that our national security has been put at risk by those violating confidentiality. I think national security is put at risk by this leak and leaks like this." McMaster hinted that the administration would conduct a broader investigation into the leaks that led to the reports, saying : "It’s incumbent on all of us to bring in the people with the right mandate and the right authorities to take a look at how this leak occurred and how other breaches may have occurred as well." • Dina Powell, Deputy National Security Advisor for Strategy, who also attended the meeting, corroborated McMaster's statement : “This story is false. The President only discussed the common threats that both countries faced.” • The UNNAMED officials bashed President Trump, as did Nancy Pelosi on CNN, calling him “reckless.” The WP quoted a “former [UNNAMED] senior US official close to current administration officials,” who said Trump “seems to be very reckless....And it’s all clouded because of this problem he has with Russia.” Secretary of State Rex Tillerson then said the WP story was false : “During President Trump’s meeting with Foreign Minister Lavrov a broad range of subjects were discussed among which were common efforts and threats regarding counter-terrorism. During that exchange the nature of specific threats were discussed, but they did not discuss sources, methods or military operations." • But, it was President Trump who put a full stop to the Fake News coming from the Washington Post : “I have been asking Director Comey & others, from the beginning of my administration, to find the LEAKERS in the intelligence community....As President, I wanted to share with Russia (at an openly scheduled W.H. meeting) which I have the absolute right to do, facts pertaining to terrorism and airline flight safety....Humanitarian reasons, plus I want Russia to greatly step up their fight against ISIS & terrorism.” • • • GQ ASKS RUSSIA INTEL TO TAKE DOWN TRUMP. Despite the Pelosi and MSM drumbeat,Trump is not in bed with the Russians, on the contrary, it seems many ProgDems are. On Twitter, GQ magazine’s Keith Olbermann posted his “passionate appeal” to foreign spies to help him overthrow America's duly elected President. Keith Olbermann tweeted : “I appeal to the intelligence agencies and the governments of what is left of the free world...To them as entities, entireties as bureaucracies making official decisions, and to the individuals who make decisions of conscience. To GCHQ and MI6 in the UK, to the BND in Germany, the DGSE in France, the ASIS in Australia, and even of the GRU in Russia, where they must already be profoundly aware that they have not merely helped put an amoral cynic in power here, but an uncontrollable one, whose madness is genuine and whose usefulness -- even to them -- is at an end. To all of them, and to the world’s journalists, I make this plea: We the citizens of the United States of America are the victims of a coup. We need your leaks, your information, your intelligence, your recordings, your videos, your conscience. The civilian government and the military of the United States are no longer in the hands of the people, nor in the control of any responsible individuals on whom you can rely….To the intel agencies of the world: We need your help." (pic.twitter.com/w8oVz1JcSi — GQ Magazine (@GQMagazine) May 11, 2017). • It seems that Nancy Pelosi, often accused of being loose-screwed, has a new BFF -- GA's Keith Olbermann. • • • PROGRESSIVE DEMOCRATS OUT OF CONTROL IN COURT. • An
ACLU lawyer told the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals last week that a Hillary Clinton travel ban would have been fine. Got that??? President Trump’s travel ban is being reviewed by Virginia’s Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, in a major test of the executive branch’s authority when it comes to admitting foreigners into the United States. But, if last Monday’s proceedings are any indication, this case will be less about the generic powers of the President and more about the specific powers of President Donald Trump. We could be forgiven for thinking these are one and the same, since Trump is President of the United States. But, apparently that's not so. While the statutes are clear and there is no reasonable legal argument that a US President does not have the power to control immigration, Trump's immigration pause Executive Order has been a political war from the beginning, and now Progressives are beginning to admit it. Omar Jadwat, a lawyer for the American Civil Liberties Union, admitted to the 4th Circuit Court on Monday that if President Hillary Clinton had signed the exact same executive order banning travel from six dangerous Middle Eastern countries, it would have probably been just fine with the ACLU. At the hearing, what must have been a very startled Judge Paul Niemeyer asked : “If a different candidate had won the election and then issued this order, I gather you wouldn’t have any problem with that?” After some hesitating from Jadwat, Niemeyer rephrased the question : “We have a candidate who won the presidency -- some candidate other than President Trump won the presidency and then chose to issue this particular order with whatever counsel he took. Do I understand that just in that circumstance, the executive order should be honored?” Astoundingly, Jadwat said, “Yes, Your Honor. I think in that case, it could be constitutional.” • Do we begin to see the Enemy for what they are??? Okay, everybody knows ProgDems are making a political issue out of everything President Trump says or does -- BUT, when a lawyer (?) comes right out and admits it in open court, we have to ask what these ProgDems are in reality -- Dishonest, Immoral, Seditionists. How can the Fourth Circuit possibly arrive at any ruling other than dismissal of the original stay? • • • A HAWAII PROGDEM LAWYER IN SYNC WITH ACLU. The ACLU claim that Trump's immigration pause is unconstitutional NOT because of the text of the EO but because Trump talked about a Moslem ban on the campaign trail. This, dear readers, is La La Land. And, in a related matter, the lawyer representing the State of Hawaii in the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit last week stated that the collection of data with regards honor killings should be removed from President Trump’s Executive Order in order to “pass constitutional muster.” In his arguments, Neal Katyal stated that the collection of such data as outlined by EO 13780 contravenes the Establishment Clause, in the First Amendment of the US Constitution : “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion…” • Bear with me here because we are dealing with a nut case -- Katyal appears to be making the case that honor killings -- murder committed in the name of restoring a family’s dignity following discouraged behavior within fundamentalist homes -- is in itself part of the Islam religion. It is an argument often made by anti-Islam activists, but when the ProgDems make the argument in a US Court, that is a step too far. • In what sounded eerily like the conversation in the 4th Circuit, Judge Paez of the 9th Circuit, asked the lawyer : “What does [the President] have to do to issue an executive order that, in your view, might pass constitutional muster?” Katyal responded at length, stating : “I think there’s two paths that the President could take in order to pass constitutional muster. One is the way that our founders thought, Article 1 Section 8 which, as Congress in the driver’s seat with respect to immigration, passes a statute. as Justice Alito said, when Congress passes a statute it’s much less likely to discriminate. It is 535 people versus one, which is why his Mandel point is so problematic. That’s number one. Second thing the President could do, or the kinds of things or some of the kinds, removing some of things that the district court found led an objective observer to say that this this discriminates. One example would be, what Judge Hawkins said, disavowing formally all the stuff said before. But that’s not it. He could do a lot of things. For example, I’m going to throw out some examples. I‘m not trying to micro manage the President. He could say, like President Bush did, right after September 11th, the face of terror is not the true faith of Islam. That’s not what Islam is about. Islam is peace. Instead, we get, quote, Islam hates us. I think Islam hates us. I think he could point to changed circumstances from December 2015, when Congress debated the exact same evidence that the President relies on in his executive order and say[s], you know, we actually need more than just denying people entry without a visa, which is what Congress required. You need to do more than that. It could eliminate the text, which refers to honor killings. There’s a bunch of different things that could be done. And our fundamental point to you is that Presidents don’t run into Establishment Clause problems and the reason for that is this is a very limited, you know, in a really unusual case in which you have these public statements by the President. If you affirm the district court there’s not a thing that any President has done in our lifetime that would be unconstitutional.” • I leave it to Judge Paez to make sense of that rambling ProgDem gibberish. • • • HOLD YOUR CARDS -- HILLARY IS BACK. Hillary Clinton on Monday unveiled her new political action organization, Onward Together, which will fundraise for five prominent progressive groups, promising to contribute to the "remarkable" spirit of political activism in the early months of the Trump administration. In the most unwittingly funny political remark of the day, Hillary wrote : "I believe more fiercely than ever that citizen engagement at every level is central to a strong and vibrant democracy." • Hillary, never one to be stopped by facts, went on to give us another La La Land statement : "To support this wave of grassroots organizing, we're launching Onward Together, an organization dedicated to advancing the progressive vision that earned nearly 66 million votes in the last election. Onward Together will work to build a brighter future for generations to come by supporting groups that encourage people to organize and run for office." • By registering as a 501(c)(4), Clinton’s new organization can accept unlimited amounts of money from donors whose names are not required to be disclosed -- 501(c)(4)s differ from Super PACs in that Super PACs must disclose donors. The Washington Post wrote : “If you are a donor looking to influence election but do not want to reveal your identity, the 501(c)(4) is an attractive option through which to send your cash." Contributions to Onward Together “are not tax deductible as charitable contributions or as business deductions” as a result of the 501(c)(4) status. We will all recall that during the 2016 presidential campaign, Hillary Clinton campaigned against “dark money” influencing politics. • Here are the five specific Progressive groups Hillary intends to support. • SWING LEFT, which targets vulnerable House Republican incumbents. The people behind the website are Ramin Hedayati and Josh Krafchin, who recently left his marketing website, Clever Zebo, with his Russian partner, Igor Belogolovsky, to start up @swingleftorg, which has collected over 100,000 email addresses and information of Progressive activists. This website is not affiliated with any traditional Democratic groups or organizations and does not list their founders, team or staff. The goal of Swingleft, and “new websites” that pop up for Progressives could be to continue the ongoing party polarization by running unverified “Progressive” candidates against registered Democratic candidates in primary races. Such intra-party battles are often to the benefit of conservative candidates and to the Republican Party. Great first choice, Hillary. • EMERGE AMERICA, which will train Democratic women to run for office. Emerge AMerica's financial manager has deep ties to ex-Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, who is a longtime Clinton friend and whose team raised money for FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe's candidate wife while he was investigating Hillary's email server scandal. • COLOR OF CHANGE, which fights for criminal justice reform and racial justice. It was formed in 2005 by James Rucker and Van Jones after Hurricane Katrina in order to use online resources to strengthen the political voice of African Americans. Color of Change, like Hillary's Onward Together, is a "dark money" 501(c)(4) advocacy organizing with an affiliated political action committee. Rashad Robinson serves as executive director. Rucker and Van Jones want to replicate the George Soros MoveOn.org email list model among African American Internet users. Rucker previously worked for MoveOn.org Political Action and MoveOn.org Civic Action, while Jones was the founder of the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights. Color of Change has financially supported the Jena Six and Travvon Martin, and advocates for the repeal of Stand Your Ground laws nationwide. Sounds just right for Hillary. • INDIVISIBLE is a group that's mobilizing "resistance" against Trump, initially through disrupting townhall meetings of GOP Congress members. The movement started with the online publication of a 23-page handbook, Indivisible: A Practical Guide for Resisting the Trump Agenda, modeled on Saul Alinsky's Handbook for Radicals. The purpose of the Guide was to encourage resistance to Trump's presidency, most notably by targeting Republican elected members of Congress by attending town halls, calling congressional officials, visiting their offices, and showing up at public events. The Guide went viral, with, among others, Robert Reich, Jonathan Chait, George Takei and Miranda July circulating it online. Indivisible worked with organizers of the Women's March. Republican representatives accused Indivisible members of being "paid protesters" working for George Soros. Democracy Alliance, the Soros-aligned group of Democratic donors, is considering funding Indivisible to take on President Donald Trump, USA Today reported in March. Soros is well-known for bankrolling various left-wing efforts, including Black Lives Matter, and put millions of dollars into supporting Hillary Clinton’s unsuccessful presidential campaign. Soros is always a safe bet for Hillary -- he once said he wished he had supported her instead of Obama in 2008. • RUN FOR SOMETHING, which recruits and helps potential under 35-year-old Progressive candidates find tools to guide their bids. • • • HILLARY AND SOROS TIES RUN DEEP. One of Hillary Clinton’s biggest donors, Soros was exposed in 2016 in a massive hack for manipulating elections in Europe via his non-government organizations. DC
Leaks revealed more than 2,500 files from Soros’ groups, notably the Open Society Foundations. Soros donated well over $25 million to
Clinton and other Democratic Party members in the 2016 campaign cycle. Soros also funded Media Matters, founded by David Brock, who operated on behalf of Clinton in several dubious capacities -- like running the Correct the Record SuperPAC, which hires Internet trolls to spread pro-Clinton ideologies on the Internet. Soros is a major donor to the think tank Center for American Progress, founded by Clinton’s campaign manager, John Podesta. CAP also runs the pro-Clinton media outlet ThinkProgress.com. The troubling ties between Soros and Clinton extend back to her tenure as Secretary of State. An email released by WikiLeaks revealed that, in 2011, Soros instructed Clinton to intervene in Albanian politics -- she did it. Soros directly benefited from Clinton pushing for the 2011 Panama Free Trade Agreement, as several of Soros’ holdings were implicated in the recent scandal there. That deal opened up the country for billionaires and millionaires to exploit as a tax haven, which was exposed in the Panama Papers leak in 2016. Clinton’s 2016 running mate, Senator Tim Kaine, reportedly had a private dinner during the campaign with Soros’ son Alexander, also known to have unfettered access to high-profile Democrats. In their coronation of Hillary Clinton, the Democratic Party maintained that the massive amounts of money being pumped into their candidate’s campaign wouldn’t affect her at all. The connection between Clinton, who embraced SuperPACs and large donations from wealthy and corporate donors, and the influence these donations provided them in the Hillary Pay-for-Play State Department are well documented. • Hillary said in announcing her new Onward Together PAC that support will take the form of direct funding, as well as efforts to "amplify their work." Hillary adopted a new slogan in March -- "resist, insist, persist, enlist." • • • HILLARY CLINTON'S DARK UNDERBELLY. Fox News' Malia Zimmerman -- an award-winning investigative reporter focusing on crime, homeland security, illegal immigration crime, terrorism and political corruption -- reported on Tuesday that the Democratic National Committee staffer who was gunned down on July 10, 2016, on a Washington, DC, street just steps from his home had leaked thousands of internal emails to WikiLeaks, according to law enforcement sources who talked to Zimmerman. A federal investigator who reviewed an FBI forensic report detailing the contents of DNC staffer Seth Rich’s computer generated within 96 hours after his murder, said Rich made contact with WikiLeaks through Gavin MacFadyen, an American investigative reporter, documentary filmmaker, and director of WikiLeaks who was living in London at the time, and recently died of lung cancer at the age of 76. The federal investigator told Fox : "I have seen and read the emails between Seth Rich and WikiLeaks,” confirming the MacFadyen connection. He said the emails are in possession of the FBI, while the stalled case is in the hands of the Washington Police Department. • This NEW REVELATION is consistent with the findings of Rod Wheeler, a former DC homicide detective and Fox News contributor, whose private investigation firm was hired by Rich’s family to probe the case. Rich was shot from behind, but was not robbed. Wheeler said : “My investigation up to this point shows there was some degree of email exchange between Seth Rich and WikiLeaks. I do believe that the answers to who murdered Seth Rich sits on his computer on a shelf at the DC police or FBI headquarters.” • The federal investigator, who requested anonymity, said 44,053 emails and 17,761 attachments between Democratic National Committee leaders, spanning from January 2015 through late May 2016, were transferred from Rich to MacFadyen before May 21, 2016. On July 22, just 12 days after Rich was killed, WikiLeaks published internal DNC emails showing top party officials conspiring to stop Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont from becoming the party’s presidential nominee. That controversy resulted in Debbie Wasserman Schultz resigning as DNC chairperson. A number of Sanders supporters refused to back party nominee Hillary Clinton, and some subsequently formed groups to work against Clinton and the party. • WikiLeaks leader Julian Assange has stopped short of identifying Rich as the source of the emails, but has taken a keen interest in the case, and has not denied working with Rich. WikiLeaks has decided to issue "a US$20k reward for information leading to conviction for the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich." • Washington’s Metropolitan Police Department has no suspects and no substantial leads as to who the killer or killers may be, sources close to the investigation said. Metropolitan Police, including the police chief, have refused to discuss the case, despite requests from Fox News dating back 10 months. The FBI’s national office declined to comment, but sources said the FBI provided cyber expertise to examine Rich’s computer. • Wheeler believes powerful forces are preventing the case from a thorough investigation : “My investigation shows someone within the DC government, Democratic National Committee or Clinton team is blocking the murder investigation from going forward.” • The botched robbery theory, which police have pursued for nearly a year, is leading nowhere, Wheeler said. Two assailants caught on a grainy video tape from a camera posted outside a grocery mart, shot Rich twice in his back, but did not take his wallet, cell phone, keys, watch or necklace worth about $2,000. Police should consider all angles, Wheeler said, especially in light of Assange’s statements to a Dutch television reporter who asked about Rich. Assange told the Dutch reporter : “I am suggesting that our sources take risks, and they, they become concerned to see things occurring like that.” • DC police have offered a $25,000 reward for information leading to the conviction of Rich’s killer. Republican lobbyist Jack Burkman has offered a separate $130,000 reward. • Fox News' Zimmerman gives a timeline for Rich's murder. Rich had been at Lou’s City Bar a couple of miles from his home until about 1:15 a.m. He walked home, calling several people along the way. He called his father, Joel Rich, who he missed because he had gone to sleep. He talked with a fraternity brother and his girlfriend, Kelsey Mulka. Around 4:17 a.m., Rich was about a block from his home when Mulka, still on the phone with him, heard voices in the background. Rich reassured her that he was steps away from being at his front door and hung up. Two minutes later, Rich was shot twice. Police were on the scene within three minutes. Rich sustained bruising on his hands and face. He remained conscious, but died at a nearby hospital less than two hours later. • Police detectives will not say whether Rich provided them with any clues about the identity of his attackers or their motivation, however, Wheeler believes Rich could have provided information prior to his death of who was responsible for carrying out his murder. Police also have refused to release security footage from a market on the corner of the crosswalk where Rich was killed. The footage, sources told Fox News, shows two people following Rich across the tiny crosswalk just moments before he was attacked. The camera captured grainy footage of the assailants’ legs and Rich as he fell backwards into the street after being shot. Wheeler says normally police would release the footage to the media. The family also should be privy to the entire case jacket, with all the details of the case, unless they are considered suspects, Wheeler said. However, to date, the family has not received a copy of the tape or most of the details related to their son’s murder case. The homicide case remains open, according to a spokesperson for DC police. • • • DEAR READERS, there have been suggestions since Rich's death that he was murdered for political reasons. This new information about his emails with WikiLeaks could make that allegation stick. If Rich was the leak sending Clinton campaign emails to WikiLeaks for release, where does that leave the Democrat Party, the Democrat National Committee, the Progressive Democrats in Congress and Hillary Clinton as they try to destroy President Trump by creating the story of his fake "collusion" with Russia to win the election. It leaves the whole ProgDem FAKE NEWS gambit in a shambles. It may well be that there is in the Seth Rich WikiLeaks leaks and murder proof that it was not Russia but a Democrat insider who decided to squeal and bring down Hillary Clinton and her whole squalid ProgDem plot to steal the election from American citizens who detested her mafia crime family past and her far-left plans for an unconstitutional future for the United States. Think about it.

Our country is best when it is engaging in vigorous debate. The Framers of the Constitution envisioned a multiplicity of interests that would argue their way to a common good. We succeed with more voices, not fewer, and we should have enough confidence in our arguments to hear out our opponents.
