Hillary Clinton's Collapsing Public Image
The Justice Department has been exploring whether classified material was improperly shared or stored on Hillary Clinton's private email account during and after she was Secretary of State. Now, the FBI has begun investigating the security of Hillary Clinton's private e-mail server and the investigators are trying to locate and preserve evidence. David Kendall, an attorney for Clinton, has confirmed to the Washington Post that the FBI contacted him about the security of a thumb drive he possesses that contain copies of work emails sent by Clinton during her time at State. The WP also reported that the FBI has contacted a Denver-based technology firm that helped manage the server about the security of any email backups it possesses. The server was set up at Mrs. Clinton’s home in Chappaqua, NY, with backup apparently provided in Denver at Platte River Networks. To the surprise of many State Department colleagues, she never had a standard State.gov account. ~~~~~ And, this weekend we learned from the Observer's breaking news that Cheryl Mills, Hillary Clinton's chief of staff at the State Department, is going to destroy emails relating to her boss. The Observer's Sidney Powell writes that in a letter sent to the US State Department and filed with US federal Judge Emmet G. Sullivan, the counsel for Cheryl Mills wrote : “Ms. Mills does not believe that she has paper copies of potential records in her possession. Following our production on August 10, 2015 [of the defense counsel’s version of the electronic records], we have instructed her to delete any and all electronic records in her possession.” ~~~~~ That is a highly unusual declaration from a lawyer to a federal judge -- saying directly that Mills and her lawyers are planning to delete the emails Judge Sullivan ordered to be produced because the lawyers have already produced the defense version of the emails under the judge's order. It is reminiscent of Hillary's explanation that her lawyer, David Kendall, and her staff had reviewed all her emails and chosen those to be turned over to the State Department, while Hillary destroyed those not turned over. ~~~~~ The letter from Mills' lawyer was included in a State Department status report filed Friday in response to Judge Sullivan’s order to produce the records. The State Department has finally turned over some correspondence between it and Hillary’s key staff members -- Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills. But, it has not produced its direct correspondence with Mrs. Clinton, and it now seems that, like Clinton, Mills is going to ignore the Judge and the State Department, with the help of her lawyer. They are no longer cooperating to turn over emails, despite their continuing assertions that they are. ~~~~~ And, the correspondence that has been produced verifies that the State Department itself has not been completely cooperative with Judge Sullivan, or with Congress. It permitted Secretary Clinton to use a non-government system during her entire time at the Department. It kept that fact secret as long as possible without informing Congress, the court, and plaintiff Judicial Watch that Mrs. Clinton operated solely on a private email server and that the State Department did not have access to her records. That reticence to tell the truth about Hillary's email server makes it clear that State knew it had made a serious mistake in allowing the Clinton private email server to exist. And consider the false statement in the letter from Mills to the State Department, in which she claimed that “Like Secretaries of State before her, Secretary Clinton at times used her personal email account when engaging with other officials. On matters pertaining to the conduct of government business, it was her practice to use the officials’ government email accounts.” We already know that Clinton used her personal server exclusively and that classified and sensitive information was improperly transmitted through it. In addition, Hillary Clinton has refused to return the server, which could be another possible offense. ~~~~~ How long will it be before Judge Sullivan issues a show cause order to hold Secretary John Kerry, Cheryl Mills and others in contempt. How long before he issues an order to prevent the destruction of Mills' or anyone’s electronic records. How long before Congress demands that the Attorney General appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the entire corrupt mess. How long before Trey Gowdy's Special Committee on Benghazi gets geared up to force Mrs. Clinton and President Obama to stop stonewalling and tell America what really happened on that terrible night. ~~~~~ Dear readers, In a USA TODAY Saturday opinion piece, Windsor Mann got Hillary Clinton just about right, saying she is "going out of her way to share details about her life, for the simple reason that everything else she has attempted -- listening tours, policy speeches, other kinds of speeches, hiding from the press, going to Chipotle, being a woman -- has failed to galvanize prospective voters. As in 2008, Clinton entered the 2016 presidential race hoping to win on account of her name or, failing that, her gender. Having failed to excite voters by simply existing, she now hopes to woo them with her personality....Even if Clinton were well liked, that would not solve her most fundamental problem, which is that she is well known. People get tired of even things they like. That is why popular TV shows get cancelled, why bands that used to fill auditoriums no longer do, and why more people would rather listen to Bernie Sanders and Vanilla Ice than to Hillary Clinton." Add to that the undeniable truth that many Americans find Hillary Clinton neither likable nor truthful nor a real politician. Her polls are catching up to these truths. Cheryl Mills' determination to protect Clinton's candidacy by destroying potential evidence, while Hillary and her lawyer mouth pious soundbites about cooperation, suggests the depth of the Clinton team's loyalty to her and to Mrs. Clinton's strenuous effort to keep a lid on email evidence relating to possible incriminating episodes from her past. But Cheryl Mills' action may also suggest the magnitude of their joint complicity in potentially illegal activities that could bring down all of them. There is a "long and winding road" ahead for Hillary and her team. Stonewalling just increases public suspicion.

Even as a young inexperienced lawyer Hillary Clinton had a front row seat to watch all the mistakes that President Richard Nixon made in the beginning of the Watergate scandal (and how those mistakes fostered the sweeping lies and criminality of later attempts to cover up) - Deny, Lie, and Deny about the lies.

Bill Clinton has always rushed in to protect her from her misadventures - but he seems unwilling to enter this criminal mess. Does he stay clear up or until the fire is at his feet?
Hillary Clinton said that she is for equal pay for women for years and yet she gave her women staff less salary than their counterpart and done nothing to rectify this problem in her department while she was Secretary of State and as a Senator Hilary Clinton didn't succeed in passing a single bill that benefit the American people or women while she was a senator for years in Congress. Hilary Clinton said she stand for equal opportunity for women everywhere and yet she took millions of dollars donations from foreign governments like Saudi Arabia that treat women like second class citizens. Hilary Clinton said that wealthy people must pay their fair taxes in the system and yet she and her husband that worth over 200 million dollars done every effort to cover their wealth from taxes like inheritance tax by keeping their money in a trust fund.
ReplyDeleteThe Clintons made 26 million dollars from giving speeches in one year (2014) and yet Hilary Clinton required fee to give a speech in state colleges that are financed by tax payer money reached over $300,000 dollars for less than an hour. Hilary Clinton gave public speech against trade agreement with Colombia and one year later after she visited Colombia and met their president while she was Secretary of State she changed her position and supported the trade agreement and the businesses that benefit from this agreement gave millions of dollars to her foundation.
Bill Clinton in his last day of his second term gave amnesty to a billionaire that was serving jail time for tax evasion (defrauded IRS for millions of dollars) after his wife that donated millions of dollars to President Bill Clinton interfered on his behalf at that time.
Hilary Clinton attacked Bush administration for lack of transparency and their confidential email system while she was a Senator in Congress, yet she has been doing the same thing while she was Secretary of State when she ran government emails on her private server from home in violation of federal laws and hiding this fact from Congress and the public for years then deleting over 30,000 emails claiming they are private emails after congress begin investigating Benghazi attack. The funny thing no one knows if her computer system was hacked or not till this time.
Hilary Clinton served the special interest of foreign governments ,foreign millionaires and billionaires , big corporations and wall street firms while she was Secretary of State in return these groups gave millions of dollars donations for her foundation and her presidential campaign and gave her and her husband big fees for their speeches ,if this this not corruption I don't know what corruption is.
But Hilary Clinton long history in politics show a pattern of deception ,scandals and corruption ,Hilary Clinton is the most phony corrupt politician in recent US history that will say and do anything to deceive uninformed people to get elected as a president ,the question is when are the American people are going to wake up and not elect this phony corrupt politician before it is too late for our country.
Some of our media pundits would have us believe that “it doesn’t matter” about how Hillary handles e-mails and a sundry of other important documents. They say what is the difference is if “Hillary” (not anyone else, just Hillary) uses her own server, her own unsecured server to transmit e-mails and classified documents or simply her views on classified documents content.

But Hillary has a long history with lost and mishandled gdocuments:
1. Hillary’s First Emailgate. According to Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch, Hillary’s top woman, Cheryl Mills – you remember her from Benghazi – “helped orchestrate the cover-up of a major scandal, often referred to as ‘Email-gate.’” Over the course of years, the Clinton Administration allegedly withheld some 1.8 million email communications from Judicial Watch’s attorneys, as well as federal investigators and Congress.
2. Hillary’s Missing Whitewater Documents. In 1996, a special Senate Whitewater committee released a report from the FBI demonstrating that documents sought in the Whitewater investigation had been found in the personal Clinton quarters of the White House. The First Lady’s fingerprints were on them. The documents had gone mysteriously missing for two years.
3. Hillary’s Missing Travelgate Documents. In 1996, just before the Whitewater documents emerged – literally the day before – a two-year-old memo emerged, according to The New York Times, showing that Hillary “had played a far greater role in the dismissal of employees of the White House travel office than the Administration has acknowledged.” Oops.
4. Hillary’s “Unethical Practices” During Watergate. According to Democrat Jerry Zeifman, Hillary “engaged in a variety of self-serving unethical practices in violation of House rules” designed to keep Nixon in office long enough to guarantee a Democratic presidential victory in 1976. Zeifman said that Clinton – then Hillary Rodham — had worked with Teddy Kennedy’s political strategist. More specifically, Zeifman accused Rodham of writing a fraudulent legal brief and grabbing public documents. Zeifman fired her, and later claimed that he wished he had reported her to the Bar.
Hillary has a long history of missing and stolen documents that attest to her and Bills unethical dealings in Arkansas, Washington DC, and New York. But don’t expect the media to stop their march forward on her behalf.
The media is much more interested in picking the next president (and making sure their pick is a hard core, corrupt leftist) than they are in exposing the lack of government transparency.
Dear we American “Ask The Question” ? – is this what finally gets through that seemingly impenetrable wall around Hillary Clinton, her involvement in the Clinton Foundation, her part in Benghazi, the death of (boyfriend) Vince Foster on July 20,1993, Cattle Future’s investments, all husbands Bill assaults against other women, Rose law Firm billing records, White House travel office kickbacks and firings, and on and on.
ReplyDeleteIf Hillary was a street criminal her “rap sheet” would fill a book. But for old Hillary to get this far in her life of crime and Hillary personal supervised coordination of lying & perjury campaign to cover up the fact that that would have unseated them both from their lofty position(s) in government and the practice of Law these many long years.
Maybe we should try divorcing our selfs from all that Hillary Clinton does. Stop reading or buying her books of lies. Stop going to her campaign stops in a town near you. Stop being part of her support base. Stop idolizing her under any circumstance. Stop commiserating her poor life - she is the one who built it and it's most likely a whole lot more comfortable than ours is.
