Comey / FBI Say No Email Charges against Hillary...???

FBI Director James Comey, despite his timidity, shed light Tuesday on Hillary Clinton’s private email setup, while saying the FBI would not recommend charges against her. Here are the new details : (1). 113 emails in over 50 chains were classified at the time they were sent or received by her private home server. Eight of the chains contained top secret information, the highest classification. Three of the classified emails were discovered among the thousands Hillary claimed were purely personal and deleted before she gave her servers to the FBI. A “very small number” of emails “bore markings indicating the presence of classified information,” Comey said. *This is proof that both Clinton’s campaign team and the State Department lied when they insisted none of the 2,000 emails now considered classified was deemed sensitive at the time. (2). Thousands of work emails were deleted, disproving Clinton's statement that the decision to delete half her server’s 60,000 emails was to keep her private life from becoming public : “I chose not to keep my private personal emails -- emails about planning Chelsea's wedding or my mother's funeral arrangements, condolence notes to friends as well as yoga routines, family vacations,” she said in a March 2015 press conference. *Another lie. FBI investigators uncovered “several thousand work-related emails that were not [among] the 30,000 that were returned by Secretary Clinton” to the State Department, Comey said. The FBI found “traces” of those emails on machines connected to the private clintonemail.com domain, as well as “fragments” from decommissioned servers and email accounts of people who communicated with her. (3). None of the work-related emails was intentionally deleted from Clinton’s server to evade federal laws, Comey said : “We found no evidence that any of the additional work-related e-mails were intentionally deleted in an effort to conceal them. Our assessment is that, like many e-mail users, Secretary Clinton periodically deleted e-mails or e-mails were purged from the system when devices were changed.” Government systems and commercial services such as Yahoo or Gmail routinely archive old emails, but Clinton’s private setup did not archive, Comey said, adding : “It is also likely that there are other work-related emails that they did not produce to State and that we did not find elsewhere." Those emails are “now gone because they deleted all e-mails they did not return to State, and the lawyers cleaned their devices in such a way as to preclude complete forensic recovery." *Her lawyers did this after Hillary agreed with the FBI to "produce" all her emails. How can the destruction of evidence by a possible target or her lawyers in an FBI investigation be swept aside? There is no reasonable answer. **And why did Clinton’s lawyers use a search tool, not going through the emails one by one, as FBI officials did. Comey said Hillary's lawyers may have accidentally overlooked some emails that should have been sent to the government -- were they setting up Hillary's cover position that nothing was intentionally deleted, that it was merely a search took error? (4). Clinton used more than one server and multiple mobile devices. Comey stated : “Secretary Clinton used several different servers and administrators of those servers during her four years at the State Department, and used numerous mobile devices to view and send e-mail on that personal domain.” *Hillary's public explanations are that she used a single server throughout her tenure at the State Department, and it was given to the FBI last year. In fact, Clinton changed servers, leaving a trail of out-of-order servers behind her. (5). “It is possible that hostile actors gained access to Secretary Clinton’s personal email account,” Comey said. The FBI did not find evidence of hacking, but Comey said that doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. Hackers targeted people she communicated with, such as longtime confidant Sidney Blumenthal, and her arrangement was well-known and “readily apparent." ~~~~~ Dear readers, no charges? Tomorrow.

  1. One more glaring example of politics gone wrong. Another example of power being used to protect friends, cohorts in crime, and 'fat cats' that are in serious trouble.

Hillary Clinton is nothing better than a big donor of money to the cause that is hinted at having insider trader information, or dirty land deals, or even drug implications. She's a street criminal who relies not on the Rule of Law, but rather the Rule of her Little Black Book with all the secrets of misdeeds of fellow politicians.

She is a Street Thug - no better, and a lot worse. With Hillary people die, and government/state secrets are compromised.

But when the President puts out the word, even the Director of the F.B.I. toes the line and does just what the president wants. Even if its allowing a presidential candidates and an x-Secretary of State walk from committing treason.

  2. FBI Director James Comey was right to assert that “no reasonable prosecutor” would press criminal charges against Hillary Clinton. No reasonable prosecutor, former federal prosecutor William Otis, now a Georgetown University law professor, said yesterday, wants to try a criminal case with the potential to tilt a national election.

Isn’t that a shame that NO federal prosecutor has the ‘backbone’ to do what is right vs. what is expedient and career extending.

I once knew an Orthopedic hand Surgeon that told a group of young residence when question as to how long he had been practicing …”Practicing, he said, son I mastered this many long years ago. Now I do procedures my way.”

Seems it different in medicine vs. the Law.

  3. The Rules just don't seem to apply to any of the Clintons. From insider trading information, to provable rape, to sex with Congressional Aides, to stolen items when they left the White House, to emails on illegal platforms, monatary kickbacks for their 'Foundation' from foreign governments and
individuals, Travelvate, to list FBI &IRS files on political enemies, to Benghazi, and the death of Vince Foster

NEVER are the Clintons held to any legal standard.
