The world is suffering with Paris and France as the Cathedral of Notre Dame de Paris burns. It is a heavy loss not only for France but also for the entire Christian world. Our prayers are with those fighting the fire and with those who will begin the rebuilding of the Cathedral. All Americans have now filed their tax returns for 2018 and, despite President Trump' superb tax cuts, paid their much more than a fair share for supporting an overgrown, bloated federal government. • • • THE TEA PARTY. The original Boston Tea Party was about paying taxes that were unfair. Americans have always been sticklers for "fair" taxation. And, as things came unraveled in 2008, a new Tea Party was formed to try to get citizen input back into its rightful place in government. It worked and created the landslide election of 2010 that swept an overwhelming conservative Republican majority into the House. • Lloyd Marcus wrote about it last week in an article titled "The Tea Party is back!" Marcus noted that : "President Trump has our economy booming. Unemployment claims are at an unprecedented 50-year-low. There are more jobs available than there are workers to fill them. Yet every Democrat presidential candidate is on a mad dash to socialism. If a Democrat is elected president in 2020, we will be thrust back to the depressing days of Obama's failed economy: record-high numbers of Americans on food stamps, unemployment, and disability. Democrats are like drug-dealers seeking to insidiously addict Americans to government dependency solely to control their lives, behavior, and voting loyalty." • Lloyd Marcus also reminded us that he he was there at the beginning of the Tea Party movement : "I traveled the country on numerous national Tea Party bus tours, speaking and performing my song, 'American Tea Party Anthem,' at over 500 Tea Party rallies nationwide. Reflecting back to Obama's horrible economy, I fondly remember the five dollar lady. After my performance on stage at a rally in Texas, I was approached by a humble woman. She thanked me for what our team of patriots was doing for our country. She explained that Obama's anti-business policies cost her husband, a trucker, his job. I became chairman of the Conservative Campaign Committee, traveling the country, helping to elect conservatives in House and Senate races. With their every attempt to remove Trump from office failing, the evil coalition of Democrats, fake news, and the Deep State have become totally deranged. They seek to create a race war and violence on Trump-supporters while arrogantly breaking laws. No sacrifice is too large or scheme too low if it will remove Trump from the White House. Democrats' extreme lawless resistance requires the Tea Party to become highly visible again. The Tea Party is the righteous legal resistance to Democrats' deranged, violent, and illegal resistance. I am excited to announce that 34% of those who attended Trump's latest rally in Michigan were registered Democrats. Trump is also winning blacks, Hispanics, and Millennials. This means that despite fake news media's 24/7 lies, deceptions, and distortions about Trump, more Americans are beginning to discern that Trump is good for America. Is this some new form of demon possession we should be aware of? The only thing missing from Sandy O’s speech was her head spinning around at the end....Elizabeth Warren’s an Indian who had a ‘great paw paw.’ Robert O’Rourke is a Hispanic, a Beto, whatever that is. Joe Biden is a lunchbox carrying, blue-collar Scranton man who likes to bowl. These people channel more spirits than BevMo. I still remember when John Kerry asked the local hunters ‘Whar’s yer ammo at?’ as he draped an open barrel 12-gauge over his wrist. Meanwhile, the other John running, when he wasn’t knocking up roadies, wore a brown bomber jacket and the two of them would pretend to sop up a big boy’s drink while it took them an hour and a half just to sip the foam head off trying to hide their ‘aw, this is gross," face. I don’t remember Trump ever using another voice. He just has this one voice, a man from Queens, District 8. He likes to brag, but I’ve never heard his voice actually transform into another culture before. He doesn’t do the dinner theater circuit. He just uses lots of the phrase ‘a lot’ and does it often. Oh, and ‘big’. He likes that one too. And ‘the best’ and ‘great’. Simple, straightforward fare, and yet the message resonates. Maybe straightforward is all we ever wanted. No need to reinvent one’s persona. He was already a fully grown adult, unlike the Democrats, the party of half-formed changelings. The question then is, why do Democratic voters like to be lied to so much? Do they not perceive it as a lie? Are they poor at discerning lies? Do they not care about lying in general? Or do they see nothing wrong in a candidate who happens to be a Sybil who can go in and out of trances and characters as their eyeballs roll up in their heads?
