Zinke, Arpaio, Nunes and Sessions vs Crooked Hillary, Boss Barack and the Rest of the ProgDem "Crime Family"

THE REAL NEWS TODAY IS THAT SWINGING FROM THE HIP CAN GET YOU IN TROUBLE. For example, speaking on airport tarmacs can be almost as dangerous as boarding somebody else's plane à la Bill and Loretta. • • • FLORIDA GOVERNOR SWEET TALKS INTERIOR SECRETARY ZINKE. TheHill reported on Wednesday that : "Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke may have put the Trump administration on shaky legal ground by agreeing to remove Florida’s waters from consideration for offshore drilling. Zinke announced his decision Tuesday, minutes after meeting with Florida's Republican Governor Rick Scott at Tallahassee’s airport. Florida would be removed from consideration for drilling, Zinke said, due to the importance of tourism to the state." Zinke later issued a statement : “I support the governor’s position that Florida is unique and its coasts are heavily reliant on tourism as an economic driver." • As we can imagine, Zinke’s announcement led to a flurry of demands to be treated similarly by the leaders from other coastal states, who said they’re entitled to the same treatment. New York Governor Cuomo tweeted : "New York doesn't want drilling off our coast either. Where do we sign up for a waiver @SecretaryZinke?” Virginia Governor Northam said : “We'd like a word in Virginia.” • These governors are Democrats, but GOP Representative Mark Sanford of South Carolina, another costal state with a big tourism industry, criticized the decision, saying it was likely self-serving on President Trump's part due to the costal location of his private Mar-a-Lago club : “I mean, you can't say 'I don’t want to see an oil rig from Mar-a-Lago as I look out from the waters of Palm Beach, but it’s OK to look at an oil rig out from Hilton Head of Charleston, S.C.,' " Sanford, an opponent of offshore drilling, told CNN Newsroom. • TheHill thinks that "from both a political and a legal perspective, Zinke may have painted himself into a corner. If the Trump administration extends the logic applied to Florida to the rest of the country, its 'Energy Dominance' agenda could be in peril." Just last week, Zinke proposed considering offshore oil and natural gas drilling nearly everywhere, including along the Pacific, Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico coasts and in nearly every spot around Alaska, save for Bristol Bay. The only coastal state governors who have not asked to be excluded from the drilling are in Maine, Georgia and Alaska. • It doesn't help Zinke that Florida Governor Scott is close with Trump and may run for the Senate. Governor Scott had been working to bolster his environmental credentials ahead of the potential challenge against sitting Democrat Senator Bill Nelson, who has fought to prevent offshore drilling near Florida for decades. Taking Florida off the list could prove helpful to Scott, but the way the decision was made could prove to be a problem because other states and legal experts say Zinke -- perhaps inadvertantly -- created a new standard that should apply to any state that wants it, and it could give opponents legal ammunition in suing the Trump administration over its drilling plan by labeling it "arbitrary." • And, Democrat coastal state governors are not alone in seeking to be exempted from offshore drilling -- Republican allies of Trump, including outgoing New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster, have made the same request. • Interior spokeswoman Heather Swift said Zinke is listening to governors, adding that Scott isn’t getting any special favors : “The Secretary has said since day one that he is interested in hearing the local voice. Governor Scott requested a meeting the day the plan was released. If other governors would like to request meetings with the Secretary, they are absolutely welcome to do so.” Only McMaster and North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper (D) had requested such a meeting by Wednesday morning, Swift said. • But, the drilling plan is far from being a done deal, even for Florida. After taking comments from stakeholders, Interior must release a new proposed drilling plan, take comments on it and then make it final. Those subsequent steps are usually where various areas would be taken out of the plan. And, the drilling plan, like other major policy decisions by agencies, can be challenged in court once they’re made final. The department’s moves would be judged by their adherence to the Administrative Procedure Act, including a standard that government actions cannot be “arbitrary and capricious.” • Secretary Zinke has another problem -- the oil industry is also angry with him. The eastern third of the Gulf of Mexico has long been off-limits for drilling, but the industry says it as the best expansion prospect offshore. Randall Luthi, president of the National Ocean Industries Association, called Zinke’s action “disappointing and premature. Removing areas offshore Florida this early in the planning process prematurely curtails dialogue and thorough study of the possibilities for future development of offshore resources that could provide additional energy and jobs for working Floridians,” he said in a statement." • Offshore drilling is a sensitive issue and Zinke would have been well-advised to keep his opiniopn to himself until the entire plan is reviewed and the public, industry, President Trump and congressional GOP leaders have the opportunity to weigh in on it. • • • ARPAIO ANNOUNCES SENATE RUN, AND RAISES THE BIRTHER ISSUE AGAIN. Former Maricopa County, Arizona, Sheriff Joe Arpaio announced Tuesday that he is running forthe US Senate seat being vacated by GOP Senator Jeff Flake. The 85-year-old Arpaio could shake up the late August Republican primary in a critical open-seat race to replace retiring Senator Flake. Trump pardoned Arpaio last summer, sparing the former sheriff jail time after he was convicted of ignoring a very controversial federal court order in a racial-profiling case. Sheriff Arpaio said : "I am running for the US Senate from the Great State of Arizona, for one unwavering reason: to support the agenda and policies of President Donald Trump in his mission to Make America Great Again." The polarizing iconic former Maricopa County sheriff presents an alternative to Kelli Ward and a potential obstacle to Representative Martha McSally, the first female Air Force pilot to fly in combat, who reportedly will launch her campaign Friday by flying a World War II-era plane around the state. Politico says McSally raised $1 million in the fourth quarter, leaving her with $1.8 million in cash on hand. In a telephone interview with the Washington Examiner, Arpaio shrugged off concerns about his age, dismissed Republican insiders’ anxiety that his poor reputation with nonwhite voters would put the seat in play for the Democrats in the midterm, and discussed plans to work with Trump on behalf of Arizona : “I have a lot to offer. I’m a big supporter of President Trump. I’m going to have to work hard; you don’t take anything for granted. But I would not being doing this if I thought that I could not win. I’m not here to get my name in the paper, I get that everyday, anyway.” • The very next day after announcing his candidacy, Arpaio hit the airwaves with what TheHill called his "false claims" that former President Barack Obama's birth certificate is a "forgery" and said Congress should pass a law requiring such documents to be examined. Arpaio told WABC's Rita Cosby : "I'm going to tell you again that that document is a forgery document. And nobody will touch it. I wanted to get it to Congress so they can pass some type of law -- regulation -- that when somebody runs for President you ought to check their background, so this won't happen again. But I can't get anybody -- anybody -- to even look at it." He told Cosby that he would raise the issue of Obama's birth certificate in Congress. • Secretary Zinke may have spoken too soon, but perhaps the crafty Arpaio spoke at the right moment, realizing that the questions surrounding the document Barack Obama was forced to release because of Donald Trump's continual raising of the birthplace issue still festers in the minds of Americans who seek a definitive answer. • • • NUNES THREATENED BY DEMOCRATS WITH PRISON. Why? Because he has been doing his job. In a WND Ecxlusive last week, WND's Alicia Powe wrote that : "Leftists are demanding Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee Devin Nunes, R-Calif., be put in prison for probing how federal law enforcement conspired to stop Donald Trump from becoming President. The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence expanded its investigation into Russian interference into the 2016 presidential election to include the so-called Steele Dossier, a memo produced by a former British intelligence agent that was paid for by Trump opponents and contains many fraudulent allegations. Republicans insist the report reveals malfeasance by the Clinton campaign, and they say it should be the primary focus on any investigation into the 2016 election." • So, the logical ProgDem move is to threaten Nunes with jail time for his audacity in challenging the ProgDem version of 2106. • In a December 28 letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, Nunes blasted the Department of Justice for ignoring the Committee’s August request to turn over Dossier-related FBI interview summaries, known as 302s, claiming the documents “did not exist.” Nunes revealed that the DOJ suddenly backtracked and located the summaries pertaining to the Dossier after being subpoenaed, essentially accusing Justice and the bureau of a cover-up : “Shortly before my meeting with you in early December, DOJ subsequently located and produced numerous FD-302s pertaining to the Steele Dossier, thereby rendering the initial response disingenuous at best. Given the content and impact of these supposedly newly-discovered FD-302s, the committee is no longer able to accept your purported basis for DOJ’s blanket refusal to provide responsive FBI Form FD-1023s -- documenting meetings between FBI officials and FBI confidential human sources-or anything less than full and complete compliance with its subpoenas.” • Nunes is asking Rosenstein to produce summaries of all interviews conducted with witnesses and confidential human sources as part of the investigation into the Dossier. But, says Powe : "Leftists are seething over the prospects of the Russia probe backfiring and demanding Nunes be put behind bars." Laurence Tribe, Harvard Law Professor and renowned legal expert, predicted “Nunes is headed to federal prison.” Democrat strategist and MSNBC contributor Scott Dworkin contends Nunes should “spend the rest of his life in prison” and House Speaker Paul Ryan should be investigated for allowing Nunes to remain chair of the House Intelligence Committee. • There we have it -- Devin Nunes is doing his job, and because it is likely to tramp on the toes of ProgDem sweetheart Hillary and some Deep Staters, the ProgDems and their cohort of apologists in the legal and consulting 'professions,' pronounce -- without so much as the hint of a reason why -- that Representative Nunes ought to go to jail. But, they got it wrong -- it's the people Nunes is investigating who ought to go to jail. • • • WHAT ABOUT THE REAL CRIMES OF THE CLINTONS AND PROGRESSIVE LEFT? On Monday, American Thinker published an article by David Prentice titled "Cosa Sinistra : The Left as Crime Family." You can read the entire article at < http://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2018/01/cosa_sinistra_the_left_and_its_many_crimes.html#ixzz53dcVOtXg >. • Prentice"s point is that he Left has become a family ; "Unfortunately, it often resembles the Gotti crime family. Let's face it: Republicans have their share of corruption, but what the Left has become is not tinged with the normal shortcomings of humanity. It's become criminal. Literally. Fully. And seriously." Prentice notes the Left's penchant for labeling centrist and conservative acts as criminal -- basically, anything done by the center-right is "criminal" -- tax cuts, being pro-life, being against illegal immigration, voting for Trump. • Actually, says Prentice, the Left "often accuse others of doing what they do. Not only does it help them feel better about themselves, but it's a strategy to gain and hold power over others." Prentice traces the LEft's path to total criminality from the early Clinton escapades of using political influence to do a land deal in Arkansas, or to gain $100,000 in the commodity market for being the governor's wife, to Bill's early sexual predations and Hillary's early persecution of the women he used, to the "thuggishness" of Barack in his land deal, wherein he enriched himself with Tony Rezko in Chicago, his political wins by nefariously taking out his political opponents rather than beating them fairly in the arena of ideas. "Everyone should have known," says Prentice. He recounts the Clinton years in the White House : "The next big step up the ladder for the Clintons was becoming president. Posing as the married version of Jimmy Stewart playing Mr. Smith, they simply dug into the seediest side of politics. Having succeeded in the small pay-to-play of Arkansas, they let it all loose on Washington, DC. The Clintons were the ones to begin the full politicization of the DOJ. Remember when they fired every single attorney at the DOJ, replacing them with their own loyalists? That was 1993. Our cheerleading leftist media said nothing. After all, they were kindred souls staying silent in the face of shared corruption. Then there was the matter of the famous FBI files the Clintons pilfered, the secret files that illegally gave them dirt (and leverage) on their political opponents. Yeah, Bill, 'a bureaucratic snafu.' And no, that's not what it was. It was simply aggrandizement of criminal power. They would go on to trading secrets of rocket technology to the Chinese for political donations -- a deal that would advance Chinese missile capacity twenty years overnight. I remember Tim Russert pleading on Meet the Press for the media to start reporting because 'this was really happening.' Well, they got away with that, too -- along with a host of other illegal and nasty activities." Prentice moves on the Obama : "Barack had his share of shady dealings once he hit DC. but was a bit more circumspect in hiding what he was doing. Nurtured under the Chicago political machine, the master school of pay-to-play politics, everyone should have known the kind of corrupt monster he was. Instead, he convinced boatloads of people, and a gullible, like-minded media, that he was some kind of light-worker who healed the Earth. Under that guise, he was scorching the earth. He began his funneling of money to leftist causes right away with his 'stimulus package,' stimulating and filling the coffers of his pay-to-playmates. Many of his bundlers simply took money, as they did in the Solyndra solar deal, absconding with millions of dollars and producing nothing. His union leaders scored tons of money. As the rest of the US floundered, his already well heeled donors were paid handsomely from this illicit mess. To this day, we don't know where most of that money went. Uncle Joe Biden just turned a blind eye. And no one suffered for his ugly, illegal collusion to steal from the public trough." • Contrary to media and Democratic Parry claims, Prentice says "St. Barack didn't have a scandal-free presidency. Far from it -- most of it was nothing but scandal, unreported by the fawning press. It was a time period where the media refused to call out the obvious and many scandals for what they were. Let's just say they were kindred souls, fellow travelers, the media and St. Barack. Friends and bundlers receiving money for nothing." Prentice's Obama list is daunting -- Fast and Furious, IRS targeting, weaponizing of the bureaucracies, the Obamacare lie, the Clinton Foundation pay-to-play schemes when Hillary's was Secretary of State, Uranium One, the Mother of All Scandals -- one hundred fifty million dollars, mysteriously donated by Russian interests, who benefited after all the parties in the US government signed off, the Trump Dossier -- paid for by the Hillary campaign and used by Obama as a pretense to spy on the Trump campaign and for the so-called collusion case. • Prentice states :"All of this is deeply criminal – nor gray, lacking even the slightest hint of another explanation. And we now know that all these cases are being investigated and have been for months. We now know there are four separate criminal cases being investigated with Clinton involvement. St. Barack? He's been having a great time partying with the Hollywood moguls, all the while thinking his breee-illiant 'insurance' plan to get rid of Trump was on. A funny thing happened on the way to the forum : all his fellow travelers are being outed. The cadre of FBI agents and DOJ political partisans : Strzok, McCabe, Ohr, Comey, Brennan, and so many others are being outed for their own forms of, yes, criminality. Helping with the phony Steele Trump Dossier while you are high up at the FBI or DOJ is criminal. Going to the FISA courts to unmask Trump campaign associates based on the Dossier is criminal. Turning over that information to other higher-ups in the Obama administration -- that's criminal. This is the kind of thing that happens in totalitarian regimes." • And, Prentice makes an excellent point about Attorney General Jeff Sessions -- we all know that our fears were that Sessions was too weak to act in the face of the Deep State. Prentice says what we all now are hoping will prove true : "For all those who have been asking where Jeff Sessions has been, let me say he's been thankfully quiet. He's gotten a lot of ill deserved negativity. But he's a busy man. As you can see, so many investigations, so little time. Likewise, the Republican investigating committees are now doing their part. And Judicial Watch. God bless them all. Sean Hannity calls this the year of the boomerang. I'm calling it the year of the sting. The chickens are coming home to roost. Most of these people are going to jail. They committed criminal acts." • • • DEAR READERS, Prentice's excoriating list of Progressive crimes INSIDE THE US GOVERNMENT is almost hard to believe, even in the rear view mirror of factual proof. But, the wheels of the DOJ and FBI seem now to have been turned to real investigations by AG Sessions. The ProgDems are running from the Trump Dossier, spinning fake news, trying to excuse or ignore the criminality of their heroes. But, the evidence is mounting -- why else would the likes of Schumler and Pelosi and Feinstein be whining about a Republican "political investigation." It is because they feel the heat -- and the FBI and DOJ coming after them and their icons -- those ProgDems they eased into office and then permitted to rape and plunder America and its citizens. They are now aimed at destroying the last tower of American outrage at their acts -- Donald Trump is their target and he must go to save their necks. • Just the tip of the iceberg is now appearing -- for example, congressional investigators have turned up new information indicating that high-level FBI officials including ousted director James Comey decided ahead of time to exonerate Hillary Clinton of doing anything illegal in her use of an unsecured, unauthorized, private e-mail server to send and receive classified e-mails during her tenure as Secretary of State, and they have found evidence indicating that the FBI buried facts showing Clinton wrongdoing. These revelations contradict ousted FBI Director James Comey’s statement when he publicly declined to recommend indicting Clinton because “our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case” since the FBI did not find evidence of “intentional misconduct or indications of disloyalty to the United States or efforts to obstruct justice.” But, it seems Comey knew that Hillary had sent and received at least 2,079 classified e-mails, initially refused to turn over her server, and then only turned the server over to investigators after having it wiped, and claiming that she had turned over “all work-related” emails while actually deleting half as many as she turned over -- all of that, apparently, in Comey’s mind, were the actions of someone who did not intend to break the law. • Congressional investigators don’t buy Comey's conclusions -- and Comey himself may have to answer for his role in protecting Clinton. Did Clinton intended to break the law? -- there are two important points : her intent was irrelevant. But, in any case, Hillary is a lawyer and she obviously knew she was breaking the law and did so with intent. How do we know this? In February 2016, records disclosed by State as part of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit reveal that Hillary Clinton and senior officials within the State Department acted to set up a hidden computer network to allow her to access her private e-mail server without going through the secured and archived government network. The emails are clear. Their language is unambiguous. They eliminate any doubt that Hillary and her staff did not realize they were going 'off grid,' in a fashion that they must have thought clever and surrepticious. • What we now ask of AG Sessions is that he continue to be vigilant -- so that the anti-Trump pro-Clinton/Obama Deep State within the FBI and DOJ do not turn these investigations into another whitewash of the Clintons and Obama. • So, give a thought for the beleaguered Devin Nunes, the House Intelligence Committee chairman who is beign hounded by these Progressive "Crime Family" operatives simply because he is doing his job. We have understood that about Nunes and have supported him through some hard times. BUT, give a thought and a prayer for Jeff Sessions, another beleaguered Trump stalwart who has been hounded not only by the ProgDem "Crime Family" but by us who should have known better. • And, finally today, a word of thanks and praise for a Republican from that least Republican of states, California. Representative Darrell Issa, 64 and one of the wealthiest members of Congress who left his hugely successful business to serve in the House, has announced that he will not seek re-election. The California Republican who was first elected in 2000 says he will 'continue advocating on behalf of the causes that are most important to me.' Darrell Issa was the brave Republican who investigated some of the biggest scandals of the Obama presidency when Issa served as chairman of the House Oversight Committee from 2011 to 2015. He led hearings into the IRS scandal, the attack in Benghazi and the Fast and Furious operation. In that role, he famously tangled with ProgDem Representative Elijah Cummings, the top Democrat on the committee, and former IRS official Lois Lerner. Issa was often a lonely conservative presence on TV as he explained the wrongdoing he had found and was rounded upon viciously by the Progressive lapdog mainstream media for telling the turth. But, undaunted, Issa continued his foundation-laying work to reveal Obama administration crimes. Darrell Issa was, like Sessions, an often-rebuked "conservative" whose passion for rule of law interfered with the Swamp's passion for self-interested aggrandisement. • Darrell Issa, we recognize and honor your work. If you choose to run again for public office, we will support you. But for now -- Good Luck and Godspeed.

  1. Donald Trump will sorrily miss Darrell Issa steadfast leadership in the House. He fought the good fight everyday of his tenure in Congress. He never backed away from his drive to find the truth. Rep. Issa bad luck that he served many Presidents that had a different interpretation of what was the truth.

  2. Isn't it really time that the Justice Department starts to use some of the incriminating evidence and start charging these ProgDem operatives, run if the mill Clinton political henchmen, and lower level opportunist Democrats?

How much evidence does DOJ & FBI needs before they realize that if it slivers like a ProgDem, if it sounds like a ProgDem, if it worked in the Obama Administration, and if it campaigned for Hillary, it is guilty of some crime.

The ProgDems, Barrack Obama dealings, and the political life of Bill and Hillary Clinton has been investigated for years and still not one charge has been leveled at any of them. Everything from Acts of Treason to Acts of Murder and not a single charge. Not a single testimony under oath has surfaced.

Benghazi was murder. Ambushed solider's killed in some 3rd world country because of leaked or traded intelligence is murder. Desperation from being blackmailed ending in suicide is murder on someone's shoulders.

For hundreds of millions dollars of tax payer monies and files are sealed.

Wonder why? Because 95% of elected officials in any country are part of a good old boys club whose motto is " do no harm to your fellow elected thieves." Politicians fall from Grace every day at some level in some country.

Elected Official status was never meant to be a full time profession by the Founding Fathers because they feared influence peddling, corruption, and loss of contact with the electorate.

  3. What these radicals ProgDem blandly call multiculturalism is as much a “war against the West” as Nazism and Stalinism ever were. Under the guise of multiculturalism, their ideas—whose radical substance often goes beyond the bounds of the political into sheer fantasy as we are seeing now daily.

In Jean de Crèvecoeur’s 1782 Letters from an American Farmer “he is an American, who leaving behind him all his ancient prejudices and manners, receives new ones from the new mode of life he has embraced, the new government he obeys, and the new rank he holds. . . . Here individuals of all nations are melted into a new race of men.” That is how he described the new citizen on the block.

In 2004, a Harvard political scientist named Samuel Huntington published Who Are We? Huntington examined the stunning immigration, both legal and illegal, from Mexico and argued that it was undermining longstanding notions of American national identity. America, Huntington said, has both a creed and a culture. The creed is formulated in the founding documents of our nation and in the speeches of Abraham Lincoln. The culture derives from the Anglo-Protestant settlers who first settled North America. Huntington worried about a “hispanicization” of American culture.

The American people are united by our creed of freedom and equality, and also by our habits, our manners, our national language, our territorial integrity, our national symbols—such as the National Anthem, the Flag, and the Pledge of Allegiance—our civic traditions, and our national story. We should tell that story forthrightly and proudly; we should continue our traditions of local government and patriotic displays; we should guard the symbols of our heritage against attack; and we should recognize that the needs of our citizens take priority.

We do these things to preserve our unique America, or we lose her forever. An acceptable replacement is NO WHERE to be found.

  4. The American news media is putting the final nail in its own coffin. The death of the mainstream media has been coming for a long time. In the media’s desperation to find fault with everything the Trump administration does, they have quickened their own demise. This is a situation that was entirely avoidable…if only there were reporters and news chiefs willing to avoid it. Sadly, those journalists are few and far between. Those left have put the liberal agenda above all else and they’ve made it their singular mission to destroy the presidency of Donald Trump.
