It is always a story of Hillary's attempts at self-aggrandizement covered up by lies. • • • A UNITED STATES WEAPONS STOCKPILE FOUND IN SYRIA. Blabber Buzz and InfoWars reported on Wednesday that "a major stockpile of US weapons used by ISIS was reportedly found in Syria, a discovery which indicates the Obama administration and the Deep State were arming jihadis to topple the Syrian government. The Syrian Army says it discovered warehouses filled with US military equipment left behind by ISIS militants who are retreating back to northern Iraq." • InfoWars says : "The weapons found include US-made TOW missiles, American artillery and M16s, all of which would be difficult to procure in mass quantities unless the US was directly sending munitions to the Middle East." • Sputnik reported separately that : “The Syrian Army has repeatedly found boxes containing weapons that read ‘US Property,’ hence statements suggesting these were Chinese copies are probably incorrect. In addition, Daesh terrorists have also used Heckler & Koch’s MP5 submachine gun, popular with US and European law enforcement agencies.” • InfoWars says other equipment used by ISIS "included gear manufactured to Israeli and NATO specifications as well as a cache of Glock 19s originally sent to Iraqi security forces starting in 2003. The discovery of US-manufactured TOW missiles is not surprising; in late 2015, ISIS released a video showing its militants use a US TOW missile to shoot down a Russian helicopter : 'Earlier that year, the Obama administration worked with Turkey to train and arm so-called 'Syrian rebels,' yet by then there were very few -- if any -- rebel groups independent of ISIS left in Syria. Since 2013, ISIS has grown into the dominant power fighting the Syrian government after continuously absorbing smaller sects of rebels who couldn’t compete in munitions and manpower, according to Middle Eastern media." • Free Syrian Army officers were telling western news outlets that they had no choice but to fight alongside ISIS : “We have reached a point where we have to collaborate with anyone against unfairness and injustice,” said Free Syrian Army commander Abu Khaled, when asked why his unit was fighting alongside ISIS. Another commander said : "We are collaborating with the Islamic State and the Nusra Front by attacking the Syrian Army’s gatherings in...Qalamoun [in Syria].” The commander of a Free Syrian Army rebel brigade told the Lebanese Daily Star in 2014 : “ISIS wanted to enhance its presence in the Western Qalamoun area. After the fall of Yabroud and the FSA’s retreat into the hills, many units pledged allegiance to ISIS.” • Even the left-leaning Huffington Post reported that ISIS had “taken advantage of a power vacuum in rebel-held areas to assert its authority over more moderate elements of the armed opposition.” • • • AND, HILLARY HELPED. In 2012, Hillary Clinton’s State Department started backing al-Qaida in Iraq, which morphed into ISIS, and other Islamic extremist groups as a proxy army to topple Syrian President Bashir al-Assad. • A leaked memo between Hillary's State Department and the Pentagon said : “The Salafist [sic], the Moslem Brotherhood and AQI [al-Qaida in Iraq] are the major forces driving the insurgency in Syria. The West, Gulf countries, and Turkey support [this] opposition, while Russia, China and Iran ‘support the [Assad] regime.” • ISIS also released a video showing American-made weapons airdropped into territory it controlled in 2014, which collaborates with the leaked memo that mainstream media smoothed over by saying it probably stemmed from a discussion during the 2012 Bilderberg conference in which participants envisioned a Syrian puppet government taking orders from Hillary's US State Department, the European Union and NATO. Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states wanted Assad out of power because of the centuries-old conflict between sunni and Alawite Moslems and the trillions of dollars in potential oil and gas revenue in Syria that the Gulf states could tap into if they replaced Assad with a puppet. Syria is also a rival of Turkey as a very strategic location for natural gas pipelines to flow into Europe from Asia. WND reported : “Syria is the site of the proposed construction of a massive underground gas pipeline that, if completed, could drastically undercut the strategic energy power of US ally Qatar and also would cut Turkey out of the pipeline flow. Dubbed the ‘Islamic pipeline,’ the project may ultimately favor Russia and Iran against Western energy interests.” • • • THE SYRIA WEAPONS CACHE AND SYRIA. Fox News reported on October 5, 2016 : "An arms dealer who had threatened to reveal potantially damaging information about Hillary Clinton's alleged role in arming Islamist militants until federal prosecutors abruptly dropped their case against him Tuesday, told Fox News the case has cost him everything. Federal prosecutors faced a Wednesday deadline to turn over discovery documents to the legal team of American Marc Turi, who had been charged with selling weapons to Libyan rebels. Late Tuesday, an announcement came that the government was dropping the case, which was set to go to trial on November 8 -- the day American voters choose between Clinton and GOP nominee Donald Trump. The move may avert a release of potentially explosive documents." Turi told Fox News in October 2016 : “I am glad this horrific five-year ordeal is over and I am pleased to be able to move on with my life. The American public has the right to know that an injustice was committed against an innocent American." Turi said his legal team advised him to accept the deal and avoid a trial, but insisted that his actions were in furtherance of his ongoing support of US foreign policy. He said defending himself in a case that has now been dropped has cost him everything : "The government took away my life, my savings, and my company that I worked so hard to build to serve our nation, and for what? I still don’t really know who the unjust actors were who launched this attack against me from the shadows. I just hope that someday there will be someone that will be held accountable." • Turi, the head of a weapons dealer company that worked with the State Department, had provided Fox News with documents and email exchanges he had with high-level members of Congress as well as military, and State Department employees to back up his claim that the Obama administration authorized in 2011, at the height of the Arab Spring, a covert weapons program that spun out of control. Turi helped out Obama and Clinton : "That's where I came up with this 'zero footprint' Arab supply chain, whereby, our foreign ally supplies another, Arab country. In this case, the US would supply conventional weapons to a US ally-Qatar, who would inturn supply them to Libya, as a kind of workaround. If you want to limit the exposure to the US government, what you simply do is outsource it to your allies. The partners -- the Qataris, and the Emiratis did exactly what they were contracted to do." • Turi told Fox he never supplied any weapons to Qatar, and it was in the hands of the US government and the State Department's Bureau of Political and Military Affairs, which was headed by a key Clinton aide, Andrew Shapiro. Shapiro was responsible to oversee the export control process at the State Department and the CIA, who transported the weapons themselves. A Turi associate told Politico : “They don’t want this stuff to come out because it will look really bad for Obama and Clinton just before the election.' • "This stuff" is alleged information held by Turi’s team that would show Clinton’s own role in arming Libyan rebels fighting former strongman Colonel Muammar Qaddafi while she was Secretary of State. • The problem for Hillary was that, as Fox News put it : "Documents showed US officials supported Turi’s effort to channel weapons to Libyan rebels while Clinton was Secretary of state. BUT, many of the arms destined for Libyan rebels ultimately fell into the hands of islamist militants, reportedly including those in Syria." Turi told Fox News : "When this equipment landed in Libya, half went one way, and the half went the other way," Turi emphasized to Fox News that poor oversight allowed individuals hostile to the United States to get arms. "The half that went the other way is the half that ended up in Syria." • • • BENGHAZI INVOLVED. Turi advisor Robert Stryk accused prosecutors of bringing the case against Turi in order to cover up Clinton’s mishandling of Libya. Clinton was Secretary of State on September 11, 2012, when jihadists mounted an attack on two American facilities in Benghazi, killing four Americans including Ambassador Christopher Stevens. The attack came just weeks before President Obama stood for re-election against Mitt Romney, and the administration initially -- and falsely -- claimed it was a spontaneous event triggered by an obscure anti-islam video. It later became evident that it was a coordinated terror attack by extremists linked to al-Qaida and Ansar al-Sharia. • In the spring of 2011, Turi says his high-level contacts both inside and outside of the US government, encouraged him to explore options to arm the Libyan opposition as they tried to overthrow Qaddafi. He says the government worked through private contractors to limit its own exposure. As Fox News first reported, Clinton, in a heavily redacted, April 8, 2011, email released to the Benghazi Committee, expressed interest in arming rebels using contractors : "FYI. The idea of using private security experts to arm the opposition should be considered," Clinton wrote, using her private email address. Significantly, the emails released by the State Department blacked out this line, but the version given to the Benghazi Select Committee was complete. Turi got approval to sell arms to Qatar -- which was apparently cover for sending weapons to Libya -- in May, 2011. But in July 2011, his Arizona home was raided by federal agents : "They came in the full body armor, and weapons and, they take my computers and my cellphones and that was it. That was the last time I saw them. And they've been chasing me all over the world for the past three years, speaking to associates of mine all over the United States and looking into my records and my past." Turi believes he was blamed for a program that went off the rails, just as a video film was blamed by Obama and Hillary for the Benghazi attack itself. • Turi was apparently the missing link that could have revealed the real roles of Hillary and Obama in the Benghazi attack. SO, Turi was indicted in 2014 on charges of arms dealing in violation of the Arms Export Control Act and lying to the State Department in official applications. Prosecutors said he falsely claimed the weapons were destined for Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. His lawyers said the arms shipments were part of a government-authorized effort to arm Libyan rebels. The claims by Turi’s legal team were supported by documents related to the case and obtained by Fox News last year. Career CIA officer David Manners and Turi associate said in a sworn declaration dated May 5, 2015 : "It was then, and remains now, my opinion that the United States did participate, directly or indirectly, in the supply of weapons to the Libyan Transitional National Council." • In the spring of 2011, the Libyan opposition was not formally recognized, and the direct supply of arms was not authorized. At that time, the CIA director was David Petraeus. Manners testified before a grand jury investigating Turi prior to his indictment. Manners was an 18-year CIA officer who had previously been posted in Amman. At the time of his declaration, he said he was “the executive assistant to the deputy director of the National Security Agency." Manners’ declaration supported statements made to Fox News by Turi about what President Obama's team and members of Congress knew about weapons flowing into the region during the chaotic Arab Spring of 2011. • Turi was one of several thousand US arms contractors licensed by the State Department to sell and move weapons around the world. Turi explained to Fox : "I got involved in this business in the 1990s. I've been involved in all type of operations, regarding transportation, logistics, and liaising with those foreign governments." Licensed arms contractors require painstaking compliance in order to obtain the necessary approvals set by strict US government regulations. While Clinton served as Secretary of State, American arms dealers were awarded a record number of export licenses to sell sophisticated weapons, military parts and technology internationally. Celina Realuyo, a professor of national security at the Perry Center at the National Defense University, told Fox News in 2012 : "That's actually been a huge, policy position, of the Obama administration." Realuyo has served two Presidents with expertize in tracking down money and weaponry used in what are called "dark networks" that can channel weapons to criminal and designated foreign terrorist organizations. More than 86,000 licenses with a value of $44.3 billion were granted in 2011...a surge of more than $10 billion from the previous year. • In her only congressional testimony to date on Benghazi in January 2013, Clinton was asked by Senator Rand Paul about the flow of weapons. Then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton answered : "I will see what information is available. I don't have any information on that." • • • THE UK DAILY MAIL SUMMARY OF THE TURI AFFAIR MENTIONS THE BENGHAZI ROLE. On October 12, 2016, the Daily Mail explained the Turi case this way : "Arms dealer says Clinton and Obama accidentally gave guns to ISIS, al-Qaida and Benghazi attackers -- then tried to scapegoat him for their screw-up with failed $10m felony case...Marc Turi 'had plan to get arms to Libyan rebels in 2011 despite UN ban'...But he says Clinton stole the idea and she and CIA did it without him...However the guns 'then went to al-Qaida, ISIS and Benghazi attackers'...They tried to scapegoat him by saying he sold the arms illegally, he says...But he claims that he never sold anything in Libya...The five-year, $10m case was dropped last week by prosecutors...He says they didn't want to press on because it would compromise Clinton...The trial would have started on November 8 -- which is Election Day...Turi also hinted at information on weapons that disappeared in Benghazi....Those weapons then went to just about everyone in Libya and Syria -- friend and foe alike -- after rebels got their hands on them." The Daily Mail states that "Turi says he emailed his idea about arming the rebels via the UAE and Qatar to Chris Stevens, then US envoy to the Libyan opposition on April 7, 2011. The following day, Clinton suggested to her aide in an email: 'fyi. the idea of using private security experts to arm the opposition should be considered.' That's not a coincidence, Turi says. And he believes Clinton's team deleted emails about the plan that 'would have gone to an organization within the Bureau of Political Military affairs within the State Department known as PM/RSAT (Office of Regional Security and Arms Transfers.)' He added that the incident might be linked to the 2012 Benghazi attack, in which Islamist militants killed 11 people -- four of them Americans -- when they attacked the US consulate in the Libyan city. He said that 'there’s a backstory to the actual buy-back program of the surface-to-air missiles that were shipped and mysteriously disappeared out of Benghazi,' but said the details would wait for 'another time.' On October 5, 2016, Fox News legal expert Judge Andrew Napolitano gave an interview to WND, in which he said federal prosecutors dropped the case against Turi "because federal prosecutors are convinced his defense would expose then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s secret arms running to the radical al-Qaida-affiliated militia in Libya in 2011. I have read a great many on-the-record and off-the-record materials on the Marc Turi case, and it is clear that even though the trial would be after Election Day, the Justice Department did not want to be in a position of defending Secretary Clinton.” • Here's how Judge Napolitano explains the facts : "Secretary Clinton decided she had to get rid of Qaddafi because she wanted to take credit when she ran for president for being the government official responsible for liberating Libya. Clinton knew she would never get a declaration of war from Congress or authorization under the war powers resolution enacted over President Nixon’s veto in 1973. So, Secretary Clinton persuaded Obama to use CIA intelligence assets who would be exempted from the war powers resolution...[but] to use intelligence assets under the war powers resolution, Clinton needed the cooperation and informal consent of the 'Congress within the Congress,' the House Committee on Intelligence and the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, which are sworn to secrecy. The result is the President of the United States, the Secretary of State and about two dozen people in the House and Senate, including the leadership of both parties in both houses, can authorize a clandestine war using CIA assets. And this is exactly what President Obama and Secretary Clinton did. Having obtained the authorization of the House and Senate intelligence committees, Clinton began a secret gunrunning operation to Libya, using a provision in the United Nations-imposed arms embargo on Libya that allowed the foreign minister of participating countries to grant an exception to the embargo...Hillary granted exemptions to provide arms, not to Qaddafi, but to the militia in Libya that were fighting Qaddafi on the ground. The problem was the CIA told Clinton that some of the militia just looked like militias, masking the fact the militias in Libya are terrorists that will use these weapons against us....Even though Turi never actually ran any guns into Libya, the Department of Justice indicted Turi for doing what Secretary Clinto had authorized him to do, which was providing material assistance to what turned out to be terrorist organizations in Libya." • Judge Napolitano said he suspects the US Ambassador to Libya who was killed in the Benghazi attack, Christopher Stevens, was aware of the Clinton gunrunning operations through Benghazi. Napolitano says Stevens also knew that weapons shipped by Clinton clandestinely to Libya ended up in the hands of ISIS terrorists fighting Assad in Syria. • Judge Napolitano also says that the House Intelligence Committee chairman Representative Mike Rodgers and House Speaker John Boehner were implicated. Napolitano stated to WND : "Kristi Clemens Rogers, the wife of then-House intel chairman Rep. Mike Rogers, was an intermediary on the ground who received the weapons and transferred them to militias in Libya opposing Qaddafi. As a result, Mike Rogers and his wife made money from the gunrunning. To avoid being exposed and prosecuted, Rogers left a very secure district in Michigan and decided to retire from the Congress. Kristi Clemens Rogers in 2011 was CEO of the American Arm of Aegis Defense Systems, a security-contracting firm with global operations that reportedly held the lucrative private contract to protect the US compound at Benghazi." Napolitano also argued to WND that then-House Speaker John Boehner not only signed off on Clinton’s secret gunrunning plan in Libya in 2011 but also chose members of the Benghazi committee to insure the lid would remain on the cover-up : “Boehner wanted to make sure the wealth achieved by Mike Rogers and his wife, as well as the fact Boehner and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell had signed off on Clinton’s plan were never made public." Napolitano concluded it’s “beyond a reasonable doubt and to a moral certainty” that Hillary had conducted a “secret war” shipping arms to Libya illegally in 2011." • WND EXPANDS ON THE BENGHAZI STORY. WND rejected the Obama explanation in the Turi prosecution, writing in October 2016 that : "As the allied bombing of Libya began in 2011, the Obama administration rejected an offer by Qaddafi to abdicate in a deal to be brokered by Rear Admiral Chuck Kubrick with AFRICOM in Stuttgart, Germany, in March 2011." WND also reported that the Obama White House and the State Department under Hillary Clinton “changed sides in the war on terror” in 2011 by implementing a policy of facilitating the delivery of weapons to the al-Qaida-dominated rebel militias in Libya attempting to oust Qaddafi from power, quoting the Citizens Commission on Benghazi report. • WND published video evidence of Clinton’s State Department secretly provided weapons to Islamic jihadists in Libya to support the US-backed NATO bombing in 2011. In one of the videos, Moussa Ibrahim, Qaddafi’s information minister and official spokesman, displayed to reporters in 2011 a cache of weapons and ammunition seized from a ship from Qatar intercepted by the Libyan Coast Guard off Libya’s coast. The video matched a report of Qatari military equipment seized in mid-April 2011. • WND also quoted Turi defense attorney Jean-Jacques Cabou, who asserted that Qaddafi spokesman Ibrahim suggested publicly that NATO countries were violating the UN resolution in an attempt to arm the Libyan al-Qaida-affiliated militia -- then designated by the US and the UN as “rebels” -- in their attempt to oust Qaddafi. • So, Hillary Clinton and Barak Obama were up to their necks in secretly shipping weapons to rebels in Libya in an effort to get rid of Qaddafi; congressional leaders approved and some made money on the deal; and, separately Ambassador Stevens and the Libyan Qaddafi government knew about the shipments, some of which ended up in Syria, where they may have been found this week as abandoned ISIS strongholds are searched." That sums it up. But, there is more. • • • JUDICIAL WATCH DOCUMENTS OPEN ANOTHER DOOR. On January 5, 2017, TheHill published an article by Matthew Smith-Meck titled "Fast and Furious : Cartel, Middle East and OIG." TheHill said : "The documents released by Judicial Watch and Wikileaks showed that Clinton’s State Department engineered the clandestine transfer of weapons from Libya to Syria that ended up in the hands of terrorist groups aligned with ISIS and al-Qaida...implicating the Obama administration in a cover-up to obscure the role Clinton and the State Department played in the rise of ISIS." • • • NEW REVELATIONS. TheHill article says it is "also of note and reported on December 16 and 19, 2016, are the shocking and suspect deaths of both the Russian Ambassador to Turkey, Andrey Karlov, and the NATO Chief Auditor Yves Chandelon : "Ambassador Karlov was assassinated on the 16th by a Turkish Counter Riot police officer and Chandelon allegedly committed suicide on the 19th. Both men were reported to have specific knowledge of the US arm shipments into Syria and Chandelon is reported to have discovered US involvement in funding what eventually became ISIS. Chief Auditor Chandelon’s family is urging authorities to investigate for murder....They also offer he was left-handed yet the gun in evidence, which was unregistered and not one of the three he owned and registered to him, was found in his right hand." • CHANDELON. The UK Daily Express on December 27, 2016, wrote : "According to reports, Yves Chandelon, the 62-year-old auditor general of NATO was found miles away from both his home and office. His body was found in the Belgian town of Andenne, 62 miles away from his home in Lens on December 16. According to local newspaper reports, Chandelon was the registered keeper of three weapons however the gun found at the scene did not belong to him, it has been claimed. Chandelon was found dead in his car after being shot in the head. And more bizarrely it has been reported locally that the gun which killed him was found in the glovebox of the vehicle....And it has been reported that the former director of The Institute of Internal Auditors, Luxembourg, had complained of getting strange telephone calls before he died and "felt threatened."....Chandelon was responsible for probing terror financing as part of his high ranking job. Chandelon was employed by the NATO support and procurement agency (NSPA) in Capellen in south-western Luxembourg....As Auditor General, Chandelon was responsible for internal accounting at NSPA as well as external investigations into money laundering activities and terrorist financing." The SudInfo, a Belgian newspaper, asked : "Was it a horrible crime covered up as a suicide?" • Global Research [The Centre for Research on Globalization, an independent research and media organization based in Montreal] wrote on December 25, 2016 : "Although information remains scarce, there are troubling details suggesting Chandelon indeed might not have taken his own life. For one thing, the NATO auditor, who was apparently tasked with “counteraction against terrorism financing issues,” was found over 62 miles from Lens, the city where he lived -- and nearly 87 miles from his place of work in Luxembourg. Chandelon also owned three registered firearms, but an unregistered weapon was discovered near his body....Further, Belgian press reports, Chandelon “had mentioned to his entourage, he thought he had been followed and had received ‘strange’ calls.” • KARLOV. The Toronto Star and AP reported on December 19, 2016, that "A Turkish policeman fatally shot Russia’s ambassador to Turkey on Monday in front of a shocked gathering at a photo exhibit and then, pacing near the body of his victim, appeared to condemn Russia’s military role in Syria, shouting: “Don’t forget Aleppo! Don’t forget Syria!” The Toronto Star wrote : "The spectacle of 62-year-old Karlov’s assassination by a member of the Turkish security forces...reinforced the sense of unease over the region’s conflict and complex web of alliances and relationships. It came a day before a key meeting about Syria to be held in Moscow. Those attending include the foreign and defense ministers from Turkey, an opponent of Assad, and Russia and Iran, backers of the Syrian regime. Russian President Vladimir Putin described the killing of Karlov as an attempt to damage Russia-Turkey ties “and to thwart a peace process in Syria which Russia, Turkey and Iran have been actively trying to promote.” • BUT, Rudaw [Rudaw Media Network, a Kurdish media network funded and supported by Rudaw Company] published an article on October 19, 2015, that stated : "Following his recent summoning by Ankara over alleged arming of Syrian Kurds, Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrey Karlov said that his country does not consider the Kurds in Syria or the PKK terrorists. Karlov told Russian news agency Ria Novosti : 'But neither the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) nor the Democratic Union Party (PYD) are considered terrorist organizations by either Russia or the United Nations Security Council.' Karlov’s statement came just days after the Turkish foreign ministry summoned the Russian and American ambassadors over reports that Washington and Moscow had provided weapons to Kurdish Peoples Protection Units (YPG) whom Ankara believes are linked to the PKK. Turkey has expressed concerns that weapons provided to Syrian Kurds might fall into PKK hands. 'No one can guarantee that arms given to the PYD today won’t fall into the hands of the PKK tomorrow and be used against Turkey,' Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said. The US military airdropped 50 tons of weapons and ammunition into Syria last week for vetted rebels fighting ISIS and the YPG claimed to have recovered some of the weapons." • On October 15, 2015, Bloomberg News wrote : "Last weekend, the [Obama] White House announced that the US had dropped 50 tons of ammunition to Syrian Arabs fighting the Islamic State. Some officials now say that the new Arab coalition was a front and that Kurdish groups received most of the weapons -- as the US intended. American and Kurdish officials and Syrian Arab opposition leaders told us this week that ammunition said to have been for the Syrian Arab Coalition, a newly announced group of sunni Arab brigades in northeastern Syria, had largely ended up arming the Kurdish Democratic Union Party and its associated military forces, known as the People's Protection Units or YPG. That will aid the Kurds in fighting the Islamic State and cementing their control of Kurdish territory. One senior administration official who works on the issue told us that the White House knew that the coalition was likely to pass on most if not all of the weapons to the Kurds. The official, who called the Syrian Arab Coalition a 'ploy' to arm the Kurds, said the White House knew they would receive the shipments because they controlled the area where the weapons were dropped. The US did not ask the Arab coalition for any guarantees the weapons would stay in Arab hands, the official said....If the US were seen openly arming the Kurds, that could alienate Turkey and some Syrian Arab groups outside Kurdish territory. It was just last week when the Obama administration began referring to the Syrian Arab Coalition, on background to news outlets.
