The Obama-generated Pestilence of Glad-handing Iran's Nuclear Predation on Israel and the World Is Finished

TODAY'S NEWS IS ALL ABOUT ISRAEL'S EXPOSEE OF IRAN. As we would expect, the sides are once again lining up -- those is Europe and the media who do and always have supported Iran vs. those who understood and understand the dangers in the Obama nuclear deal and its implications in light of Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's revelations on Monday about Iran's nuclear program. If that seems like a very one-sided position bereft of objectivity, let me explain. • • • THE ISRAELI INTEL COUP. Coup is too soft a word. What Israel Intelligence just did is nothing short of a "how-to" lesson in Intel operations for every other Intel service in the world. • Townhall's Katie Pavlich called it "Absolutely Nuts...Earlier today Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu revealed the confiscation of 100,000 Iranian nuclear documents, which were taken out of Teheran by intelligence operatives. The documents show Iran lied about having a secret nuclear program. Netanyahu described the collection and extradition of the information as a 'great intelligence achievement.' It was a major, seemingly impossible intelligence success." • Dr. Jonathan Schanzer, an American author and scholar in Middle Eastern studies, and vice president of research at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, tweeted : "Israel stole the physical files right out of Iran and now exposing them. Boldest damn intell operation I’ve ever seen...Here's a fun question to ponder: How much time transpired between the Iranians discovering that 100k files from their nuclear program were missing and Bibi's speech today?...Spies steal documents all the time. But this was a huge cache. And usually, spy agencies keep quiet after the intelligence is lifted. Not so with the Israelis. They are broadcasting this -- making it as much a psychological operation as a revelation about Iran’s nuclear mendacity." • Adam Kredo, a senior writer reporting on national security and foreign policy matters for the Washington Free Beacon and an award-winning political reporter who has broken news from across the globe featured in the Wall Street Journal, the Weekly Standard, Commentary Magazine, and the Drudge Report tweeted : "WOW : Israeli spies smuggled out Iran's top secret nuke weapons files. Definitive proof Iran still secretly developing nuke weapons. Conclusion : Obama's Iran deal was nonsense theater to empower Iran's regional pursuit of dominance." • Michael Weiss, an American journalist and author who is and ISIS expert, senior editor for The Daily Beast, a columnist for Foreign Policy, an author and a frequent national security analyst and contributor for CNN, tweeted : "So, the only story I'm interested in now is how the Israelis got those files. A staggering intelligence operation...Iranian nuke vault has got to be on the most secure places in the country. Israel must have had dozens of assets, all with top-level clearance. And if this all happened two weeks ago, the Iranians have known they were snookered since then. See developments in Syria in this light." • Noah Pollak, a widely published American political writer specializing in issues concerning foreign policy, Israel, and the Jewish people, tweeted : "The mole hunt inside the Iranian regime and nuclear program is also going to be staggering." • • • THE ISRAELI REACTION. Israel Hayom published an article by Major General (ret.) Yaakov Amidror, who called the Israeli Intel coup : "A fantastic intelligence feat...One can argue whether what Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu revealed from the Iranian nuclear archive constitutes a smoking gun and debate its significance as pertains to Iran's compliance with the 2015 nuclear deal. One cannot, however, dismiss the intelligence agency's accomplishment. The Israeli intelligence community has once again proved it has extraordinary capabilities. Reaching the secret archives, stored in an ordinary building in the heart of Iran so as not to attract the attention of foreign intelligence agencies, entering the facility and transferring the contents of those archives to Israel -- these are all abilities that will remain important in future efforts to identify any Iranian attempt to deviate from the framework of the nuclear accord. What should the Iranians internalize from the successful Israeli operation? They should understand that they have been penetrated, that Israel has the ability to reach the most sensitive places in Teheran and that they should think twice before they act. Even if it does not provide evidence of a current Iranian violation of the 2015 deal, this accomplishment by Israeli intelligence serves to delay to a certain extent any future violation by Iran." General Amidror notes these significant points : "The deal commits two grave sins that must be reckoned with : It allows the Iranians to continue to develop ballistic missiles and more explicitly, allows them to develop a new generation of centrifuges for the enrichment of uranium. As a result, when the accord expires, the Iranians will find themselves much better off: possessing long-range missiles and centrifuges that are 10 or even 20 times faster than those they had before the deal. They could then return to the nuclear archive and easily pick up where they left off. This begs the question : Why did they risk holding on to an archive that could incriminate them and show the world their bold-faced lies? There may not be a smoking gun, but there is pride in the work of Israel's intelligence agency and considerations that must not be ignored." • • • AMERICAN CONSERVATIVE MEDIA REACTION. Fox News reported the Netanyahu presentation by saying : "Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu revealed new 'dramatic' intelligence on Monday which he claimed shows Iran is 'brazenly lying' about its nuclear weapons program and moved materials to a secret location, showing the country is not complying with the vaunted nuclear deal itsigned in 2015. The information was obtained within the past 10 days, Israeli officials told Fox News. Netanyahu said the files were moved to a 'highly secret' location in Teheran after the deal was signed, and contained materials spread over 55,000 pages and 55,000 files on 183 CD's. 'These files conclusively prove that Iran is brazenly lying when it says it never had a nuclear weapons program,' he said. Netanyahu briefed President Trump about the intelligence on Saturday and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Sunday. European counterparts were being made aware Monday prior to the speech. Trump has repeatedly expressed a desire to exit the Iran nuke deal, which was signed during the Obama administration. And though he has yet to end it, a crucial deadline for re-certifying the deal is on the horizon." • Fox News connected the Netanyahu revelations to : "a missile attack in northern Syria that killed nearly 26-pro-government fighters, mostly Iranians, according to a Syria war monitoring group. Israel had no comment on the strike, but there was widespread speculation that Israel was behind it. Teheran has sent thousands of Iran-backed fighters to back Assad's forces in Syria's seven-year civil war. Israel and Iran are arch-enemies, and Israel has said repeatedly it would not allow Iran to establish a permanent military presence in Syria. Iran, which is backing the forces of Syrian President Bashar Assad, has accused Israel of carrying out another airstrike in Syria this month that killed seven Iranian military advisers and vowed revenge." • Whatever was at the Syrian site attacked by missiles, local Syrian reports said the explosion following the missile hits was "earthquake level" and lit up the sky. The Jerusalem Post reported : "On Sunday night, a massive explosion rocked an area between Homs and Hama in northern Syria. It began with a fire and then a huge explosion, with what appeared to be ammunition shot high in the air, like a horrid fireworks display. Viewers from several areas around filmed it and reports claimed it even registered on seismic charts. The explosion could be seen for many kilometers." • The Fox News report on the Netanyahi presentation said : "The 2015 deal gave Iran relief from crippling sanctions in exchange for curbs on its nuclear program. Netanyahu has been a leading critic of the agreement, saying it fails to prevent Iran from gaining nuclear weapons capability and welcoming Trump's pledges to withdraw from the deal if it is not changed. 'The nuclear deal gives Iran a clear path to producing an atomic arsenal,' he said Monday. Both Trump and Netanyahu say the deal should address Iranian support for militants across the region and Iran's development of long-range ballistic missiles, as well as eliminate provisions that expire over the next decade. • In the Townhall report by Katie Pavlich, she noted that : "Netanyahu revealed Israeli intelligence confiscated 100,000 documents from a secret location in Teheran. Those documents...detail Iran's nuclear program through videos, blue prints, spreadsheets and more. The documents have been authenticated by the United States. 'This is just a fraction of the total material we have,' Netanyahu said. 'Iran lied about never having a nuke program. One-hundred thousand secret files prove that they lied....Even after the deal, Iran continued to preserve and expand its nuclear weapons knowhow for future use,' Netanyahu said, adding : 'You don't put thousands of centrifuges under a mountain to develop medical isotopes,' you do that if it's for weapons....Netanyahu listed 4 main conclusions : 1.Iran lied about developing nuclear weapons. 2.They kept the program up after the nuclear deal. 3.They lied in the IAA reports. 4.The entire Iran nuclear deal is based on lies." • President Trump responded to Netanyahu's presentation at the White House shortly after Netanyahu concluded his remarks : "This is not an acceptable situation. In seven years, that deal will have expired and Iran is free to go ahead and create nuclear weapons. That is not acceptable. Seven years is tomorrow, that’s not acceptable. If anything, what Israel has done today in the news conference was right." Trump also noted that the deal gave Iran US$100 billion windfall that it used "as a slush fund for weapons, terror, and oppression" across the Middle East. A US statement said : "These facts are consistent with what the US has long known -- Iran had a robust, clandestine nuclear weapons program that it has tried and failed to hide from the world and from its own people." • • • THE ANTI-TRUMP ANTI-ISRAEL SIDE REACTS. • Tom DiChristopher of CNBC wrote : "Iranian leaders have long said their nuclear program is only for peaceful purposes. But Netanyahu on Monday revealed tens of thousands of pages of documents, which he said were copied from a 'highly secret location' in Iran and detailed an effort to build nuclear arms. He said the evidence provided 'new and conclusive proof of the secret nuclear weapons program that Iran has been hiding for years from the international community in its secret atomic archive.' The existence of Iran's nuclear weapons program is widely accepted fact. Revelations about that program marshaled international support for a tough series of sanctions against Iran, which ultimately led to the 2015 Iran nuclear deal. Netanyahu's remarks come less than two weeks before US President Donald Trump must decide whether to continue suspending sanctions against Iran under that deal, or restore the penalties on one of the world's biggest oil producers. 'We've shared this material with the United States and the United States can vouch for its authenticity,' Netanyahu said. The Obama administration negotiated the Iran nuclear deal in 2015 along with China, France, Germany, Russia and the UK. The accord lifted a series of sanctions against Iran in exchange for Teheran accepting limits on its nuclear program and allowing international investigators access to its facilities. The International Atomic Energy Agency and the signatories to the agreement have repeatedly confirmed that Iran is complying with the deal as it is written. But the Trump administration and foreign policy hawks have long argued that the accord itself is flawed....In January, Trump waived sanctions against Iran, but said he would not suspend them when the next deadline arrived on May 12 unless the United States and Europe had agreed on a path forward." • And, of course, the New York Times weighed in, quoting Reuters : "Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu informed US President Donald Trump about evidence of a past secret Iranian nuclear weapons program at a meeting in Washington on March 5, a senior Israeli official said on Tuesday. Trump agreed that Israel would publish the information before May 12, the date by which he is due to decide whether to pull the United States out of a 2015 international nuclear deal with Iran, the Israeli official said. In a prime-time televised statement on Monday night Netanyahu presented what he said were Iranian documents obtained in a daring Israeli intelligence operation that purportedly prove Iran had been developing nuclear weapons before the 2015 deal that it signed with the US and world powers. The Israelis say their evidence shows Iran lied going into the deal, a landmark 2015 agreement seen by Trump as flawed but by European powers as vital to allaying concerns that Iran could one day develop nuclear bombs. International and Israeli experts said Netanyahu had presented no evidence that Iran was in breach of the agreement. Rather, it appeared the presentation...was composed as an Israeli prelude to Trump quitting the accord. Tzachi Hanegbi, Israeli minister for regional development and a confidant of Netanyahu's, said the presentation was meant to provide Trump with the grounds to bolt the deal. 'In 12 days a huge drama will unfold. The American President will likely pull out of the deal,' Hanegbi said in an interview to Israeli Army Radio. 'What the prime minister did last night, was to give Trump ammunition against the European naivety and unwillingness regarding Iran.'...A senior Israeli official said that Israel knew about the Iranian archive for a year, got hold of it in an intelligence operation in February and informed Trump about it at a meeting in Washington on March 5. It took time for Israel to translate from Farsi, and the United States is still conducting its own review of the material, he said." • The BBC reported that : "US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo says a landmark nuclear deal with Iran was 'built on lies,' after Israel claimed to have proof of a secret Iranian nuclear weapons programme. Mr Pompeo said documents revealed by Israel's prime minister were authentic. Analysts say they show nothing new, highlighting that concerns over Iran's nuclear ambitions led to the 2015 deal....Iran has always denied seeking nuclear weapons, and agreed three years ago to curb its nuclear energy programme in return for the lifting of sanctions. The Israeli prime minister did not provide evidence that Iran had violated the accord since it went into effect in early 2016. But he insisted that Project Amad had continued at the Iranian defence ministry -- citing the head of the programme as saying: 'Special activities will be carried out under the title of scientific know-how developments.' Mr Netanyahu said he had shared the files with the US, and they would be submitted to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), which has been tasked with investigating Iran's nuclear past. The new secretary of state said the documents were proof 'beyond any doubt' that 'the Iranian regime was not telling the truth. Iran hid a vast atomic archive from the world and from the IAEA ' until today,' " The BBC said a former chief inspector at the IAEA told the Guardian newspaper his department had seen some of the documentation presented by the Israeli prime minister as early as 2005. Olli Heinonen told the newspaper his department had come to the conclusion that evidence of Project Amad was credible, but that substantial work on it had ceased in 2003. A spokesman for the UK government, a signatory of the deal, said it would continue to back the deal, adding : "We have never been naive about Iran and its nuclear intentions." Then the BBC quoted Rob Malley, a member of the Iran negotiating team under the Obama administration, who played down the allegations, saying they were "nothing new." Foreign Office minister Alistair Burt told BBC Radio 4's Today program that he understood the "anxiety" of Israel and the US, but the UK government has been very clear about its belief in the deal. He said : "There is a great deal of confrontation, worries and heightened rhetoric [in the region] and I think one of the roles the United Kingdom can play is to seek to de-escalate this. It is extremely tense and we should be doing all we can to back those things that are likely to de-escalate tension -- that is one of the reasons we support JCPOA." • • • EUROPE REFUSES TO BUDGE ON IRAN NUCLEAR DEAL. The European Union foreign policy chief, Federica Mogherini, said the documents have not put into question Iran's compliance with the 2015 deal and said they should be analysed by the IAEA. Mogherini insisted that the deal could not be renegotiated, even by the US. • The Iran deal is meant to work like this, according to the BBC : "The agreement signed between Iran, the US, China, Russia, Germany, France and Britain lifted crippling economic sanctions in return for curbs on Teheran's nuclear programme. Under the deal, officially known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), Iran is committed to slashing the number of its centrifuges, which are machines used to enrich uranium. It is also meant to cut its stockpile of enriched uranium drastically and not enrich remaining uranium to the level needed to produce nuclear weapons. The number of centrifuges installed at Iran's Natanz and Fordo sites was cut drastically soon after the deal while tonnes of low-enriched uranium were shipped to Russia. Furthermore, monitors from the IAEA have been able to carry out snap inspections at Iranian nuclear sites." A UK government spokesman told BBC that inspectors appointed as part of the accord are providing a "vitally important way of independently verifying that Iran is adhering to the deal." The spokesman added: "We have never been naive about Iran and its nuclear intentions." The BBc quoted Iranian state TV's interview with Ali Akbar Salehi, the head of the country's Atomic Energy Organization (AEOI), who said he hoped Mr Trump "comes to his senses and stays in the deal." Teheran has maintained that it has only been pursuing nuclear energy, says the BBC. • • • A HOLE BIGGER THAN A VOLCANO CRATER IN THE JCPOA. The Obama White House said the JCPOA would remove the key elements Iran would need to create a bomb and would increase its break-out time to one year or more. Iran also agreed not to engage in activities, including R&D, which could contribute to the development of a nuclear bomb. And, in December 2015, the IAEA's board of governors voted to end its decade-long investigation into the possible military dimensions of Iran's nuclear program. IAEA director-general, Yukiya Amano, said the report concluded that until 2003 Iran had conducted "a co-ordinated effort" on "a range of activities relevant to the development of a nuclear explosive device." Iran continued with some activities until 2009, but after that there were "no credible indications" of weapons development, he added. • HOWEVER, there is only Iran's word that no military nuclear program exists. The gaping hole in the deal is that NO inspections of Iran's military sites are allowed under the JCPOA. • This was pointed out by Iran itself, when AEOI spokesman Behrouz Kamalvandi told Iranes Mehr news agency that no figure is authorized to give access to IAEA to visit military sites, and there is essentially nothing included in the Safeguards Agreement, Additional Protocol, and JCPOA, regarding the issue. Dismissing the conditions of US President Trump, regarding JCPOA renegotiation, Kamalvandi said : “In the past, the United Nations' nuclear watchdog inspected Iran's Parchin military site and the case was closed, and now there is no request from IAEA to have access to a military site in the country.” He added that Trump’s baseless remarks maybe is because he knows we, like many other countries, are sensitive to our military issues and he expects us to immediately say that we are not opposed to that, which of course we do not agree neither and he wants fish in troubled waters saying Iran is not willing to give access in any circumstances. Access has its own rules; it will never happen for quenching the curiosities; accessing military sites is according to the articles defined in the protocol, where only nuclear activities are done...we do not have any nuclear activity at any military site at all, and we are not a country seeking nuclear bombs and weapons. We will cooperate fully with International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), which are defined explicitly in the framework of the Safeguards, Additional Protocol, and JCPOA, Kamalvandi noted." • In another Mehr news agency report on april 25, Iran's foreign minister Javad Zarif also rejected re-negotiating the nuclear deal, stressing that the deal is all or nothing. While in New York to attend a UN Meeting on Peace-building and Sustaining Peace, Zarif had an interview with the US National Public Radio (NPR) about US-Iran relations and the Iran nuclear deal. Mehr published highlights of the NPR's interview with Zarif : "Well you see, this nuclear agreement is the result of almost 12 years of posturing and negotiations, and basically two years of very intensive negotiations...what's in the deal? Every word, almost, has been the subject of a lot of discussion. Every issue in the deal has been thoroughly negotiated. It doesn't reflect our position. It doesn't reflect the US position. It reflects a compromise. In places we compromise in order to get something else. In places, the US compromise in order to get something else as well....but when you look at the entire package, it is a package. You cannot pick and choose between the package and say, 'I want this, that and the other element improved.' Had it been possible to improve that, either from your perspective or from our perspective or from the perspective of any other participants in the deal, it would have been done so....I believe Europe has said that they are not prepared to re-negotiate this agreement and I think it's very prudent, because anybody who participated in the negotiation of this deal would tell you that opening this package would be tantamount to opening a Pandora's box, and we'll never be able to close it." • But, after the Netanyahu presentation, on May 1, the Chinese Xinhua news agency reported that : "France on Tuesday called for further independent inspections on Iran to ensure full implementation of 2015 nuclear deal. A spokesperson with the country's Foreign Ministry said France has taken note of the information unveiled by Israel on Iran plan to develop nuclear weapons. 'This information should be studied and evaluated in detail,' Agnes Von der Muhll, the spokesperson, said. According to Von der Muhll, the information confirmed in part the non-civilian nature of the program revealed by European powers in 2002. 'It is essential that the IAEA can continue to verify Iran's respect for JCPOA and the peaceful nature of its nuclear program,' she added." • Is this the new-found Chinese anti-nuclear position vis-à-vis North Korea playing out in regard to Iran? • The IAEA has said it has the "world's most robust verification regime in place in Iran," and its inspectors have certified 11 times since 2016 that Iran is fulfilling its nuclear-related commitments under the JCPOA. BUT, that military site inspection HOLE looms large. The IAEA said its inspectors were granted access to all locations that they needed to visit in 2017. However, they did not seek to enter any military sites, which Iranian officials had declared off-limits -- a move the US said raised doubts over Iranian compliance. The US and European powers also say Iran has carried out ballistic missile tests in violation of Security Council resolution 2231 that "calls upon" Iran not to "undertake any activity related to ballistic missiles designed to be capable of delivering nuclear weapons, including launches using such ballistic missile technology." Iran says the missiles are not designed to carry nuclear warheads. • • • WHAT DOES PRESIDENT TRUMP WANT? The President said in January that he would no longer waive sanctions unless Congress approved an amendment to legislation covering the nuclear deal to include a demand that Iran allow immediate inspections at all sites requested by the IAEA. Trump's goal is to ensure that Iran "never even comes close to possessing a nuclear weapon," and for US officials that means keeping the so-called "break-out time" Iran would need to make a bomb if it decided to do so at a year or more. Trump also wants provisions permanently limiting Iran's nuclear activities. President Trump has also stated for the first time that Iran's long-range missile and nuclear weapons programs are inseparable, and that the development and testing of missiles should be subject to severe sanctions. • Trump is not wrong. • Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says Iran's nuclear program could be restarted "within hours," all the while insisting that Iran's nuclear program is entirely peaceful, but the JCPOA is "not re-negotiable." • Trump has support in Europe from French President Macron, who told the President he was willing to "work on a new deal," saying in a news conference that the current version is "not sufficient." Macron said it would need to make sure there was no Iranian nuclear activity "in the long run," end Iranian ballistic missile activity, and find "a political solution to contain" Iran in the Middle East, where it is involved in several conflicts. • But, EU foreign policy chief, Federica Mogherini, said in October 2017 that no party could pull out : "It is not a bilateral agreement. It does not belong to any single country and it is not up to any single country to terminate it. It is a multilateral agreement that was unanimously endorsed by United Nations Security Council resolution 2231." • Some analysts suggest the US might defend pulling out of the JCPOA by citing its preamble, which says all parties must refrain from "any action inconsistent with the letter, spirit and intent" of the deal. In addition, Iran has accused the US of breaching the JCPOA by imposing new sanctions not directly related to its nuclear activities that target entities associated with Iran's ballistic missile program and the Revolutionary Guards, as well as alleged human rights abusers. Iranian officials have also expressed frustration that the US has kept in place a ban on direct trade with Iran and regulations barring Iran from access to the US financial system. The restrictions were already deterring foreign companies from doing business in Iran before President Trump threatened to abandon the nuclear deal. Public discontent with the slow pace of Iran's economic recovery helped spark anti-government protests across Iran at the end of 2017. • • • DOES IT MATTER THAT NETANYAHU REVEALED ALREADY-KNOWN INFORMATION? TheHill says : "The documents that Netanyahu displayed Monday detail 'Project Amad' and included a supposed 'mission statement' to "design, produce and test five warheads, each with 10 kiloton TNT yield for integration in a missile. Iran lied further, Netanyahu said, when it did not tell the IAEA about the program in 2015, contrary to requirements of the nuclear deal. After signing the nuclear deal in 2015, Iran 'intensified its efforts' to hide the documents so that it could preserve its nuclear know-how, Netanyahu added." • TheHill says none of this is new information : "The IAEA said in 2011 that it had credible evidence showing Iran was doing nuclear weapons work under a structured program through 2003 and that work may have continued past that. The IAEA then made a final judgment in 2015 as the nuclear deal was being adopted that reiterated its 2011 findings." • HOLD THE PRESSES. It seems more than cynical and a form of Russian Roulette if the nations signatory to the JCPOA already knew that Iran had a military muclear program hidden from inspection and agreed to sign the JCPOA anyway. THAT is a death wish being perpetrated on an unsuspecting, lied-to world. • • • IT MATTERS. The IAEA and the UN that oversees its work and the Obama+5 signatories knew Iran had a secret military muclear program and just decided to ignore that fact and sign an agreement that allowed Iran to continue its secret military nuclear program. • No wonder North Korea thought it could get away with its own not-so-secret military nuclear program. The Western powers, the UN and the IAEA didn't care about Iran's program so why would they care about Kim's program? • President Trump doesn't think Iran deal will affect Korea talks. He said Monday that pulling out of the Iran nuclear deal would "send the right message....You know, in seven years, that deal will have expired and Iran is free to go ahead and create nuclear weapons. Seven years is tomorrow. That's not acceptable." South Korea said Kim plans to shutter the Punggye-ri nuclear test site in May and disclose the process to experts and journalists from South Korea and the United States to witness the shutdown. • While Macron gave Trump room not to de-certify the JCPOA by entering a re-negotiation to tighten loopholes in the original deal, Germany does not seem to agree. Its Foreign Ministry statement last week said : "For us, the position stays clear -- the highest priority is keeping the nuclear agreement and full implementation on all sides. The nuclear agreement was negotiated with seven countries and the EU and can’t be renegotiated...but it is also clear that beyond the nuclear agreement we want to make sure that Iran’s nuclear program serves exclusively peaceful purposes. We must look at this [Macron] proposal carefully. The question is under what circumstances would Iran be prepared to let this process happen? We are in close and constructive exchange within the EU-3 and the US.” • Macron told reporters that he would be in touch with Hassan Rouhani, the Iranian president, to discuss diplomatic options. And he warned of possible war. “If you just kill the JCPOA without another option, you will open Pandora’s box,” he said. Some will say that it is too late for any Macron initiative, but, it could also be that Netanyahu just provided the most compelling reason yet offered to Iran for a re-negotiation of the JCPOA. • Senior Trump administration officials and the State Department confirmed the Israeli findings as authentic and praised Netanyahu for disclosing thousands of secret documents proving Iran lied about its past work on a nuclear warhead. Officials told the Washington Free Beacon the revelation was a "powerful presentation" outlining why the Iran deal must be fixed or killed. Trump said he will make a decision on whether to pull out from the Iran deal before or on the May 12 deadline : "I'm not telling you what I'm doing, but a lot of people think they know. On or before the 12th, we'll make a decision. That doesn't mean we won't' negotiate a real agreement. This is an agreement that wasn't approved by too many people. And it's a horrible agreement for the United States." • Ayatollah Khamenei should be listening to the State Department under Mike Pompeo : "If there was ever any doubt, every struggling Iranian citizen must now realize that Iran has lost countless dollars from nuclear sanctions for one reason, and one reason alone : the Iranian regime's reckless pursuit of nuclear weapons, weapons that Supreme Leader Khamenei personally insists are un-Islamic. It is long past time for Iran to come clean and cooperate with international inspections into its past weapons work in order to convince the world it is serious about never again pursuing nuclear weapons....Only the regime knows what else they're hiding, but the revelations today don't give us much confidence in their protestations that they have never had interest in militarizing their nuclear program. They're showing us in Syria how they plan to deploy their existing arsenal -- we would be foolish to think that behavior is going to change because of a deal that was implemented two years ago that was based on a lie." • A senior congressional official who has worked closely with the White House on the Iran issue told the Free Beacon the news has sent shockwaves through Capitol Hill : "Everything the Obama administration told us about the Iranian nuclear program was a lie," said the source, who was not authorized to speak on record. "They assured us that we knew everything about Iran's nuclear weapons program, that it was put on ice, and that the intelligence community had full insight into what was going on. Now we find out the Iranians have warehouses of nuclear weapons designs. People are in shock," the source said. "Forget the policy implications, which get to the heart of the deal, this shows how the whole sale was built on a lie. Expect to see momentum build in Congress for just scrapping the whole thing." • Israel Today writes : "Netanyahu's presentation forced those clinging hopelessly to the Iran nuclear deal to openly acknowledge that they've known Iran was lying all along, and decided to do little, if anything, about it....Federica Mogherini insist that, despite the veracity of what Netanyahu said, the Obama-brokered nuclear deal remains the best way to keep Iran from attaining nuclear weapons....What these leaders refuse to acknowledge is that this type of containment has been tried before, often ending in devastating failure." • Obama's Ambassador to Israel Dan Shapiro insisted that his former boss was long aware of this information, and called Netanyahu's dramatic revelations "nothing new. We all expected Iran to lie," Shapiro told Israel's Army Radio. “But with oversight, the destruction of the centrifuges, and the removal of uranium, it was believed this would guarantee that Iran would not acquire a nuclear weapon over the next decade or decade and a half." • • • DEAR READERS, THAT IS AN INCREDIBLE ADMISSION. In other words, the Obama Administration knew Iran wasn't living up to the nuclear agreement, but decided to go along with it anyway in hopes that it would prevent Teheran from attaining nuclear weapons long enough that Obama himself couldn't be blamed. • On Tuesday, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qassemi called Netanyahu's presentation an act of political desperation, calling the prime minister a "lying and scandal-hit bankrupt," who has "nothing to offer but rumor-mongering and deception. The heads of the Zionist regime see the survival of their illegitimate and lie-based regime dependent on portraying others as threats using the worn-out charlatanism of the age of ignorance." Ali Akbar Salehi, the head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization, threatened that if the US withdraws from the agreement, Iran would be at an advantage to further develop nuclear capabilities : "I have said this more than once, that technically, we are fully capable of returning [to enriching uranium] further than in the past and in parts comparably higher than before." Hossein Salami, the deputy commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, blasted the West's demand to put the Iranian missile program under supervision, one of Trump's main conditions for remaining in the nuclear deal : "Our enemies want us to disarm while they threaten us. This act is immoral, irrational and ambitious....we will never abandon our deterrence capability or disarm." • The real Iran just stood up, thanks to Israeli Intel super-spy action and prime minister Netanyahu's courage to go public with the results. Now is not the time for European dithering and busness dealings as usual with Iran. It is time to finally get rid of the Obama-generated pestilence of glad-handing Iran's nuclear predation on Israel and the world.

I find the question of staying in or outright leaving the entire Iran Nuclear Agreement gibe one of such simplistic simpleness that anyone who finds any reason(s) to says stay in need to seek help.

You don’t side with and abet one of your starches enemies, and the starches enemy of your core values. If we don’t stand against the obliteration of Human Rights, Religious Freedom, Minority Rights , Rule of Law, simply the Right to Choose as Iran us long known to do then you really stand for nothing.

Obama and all his friends stood for and mart he’d lock step to the welfare of the Deep State and lined their isn’t pockets with unmeasurable amounts of monies.

Among us are many, many people that stand nit with us or even fir us, but solidly against our ideals and our Constitutional Government. To them I wish what radicle Islam wishes for us.

This makes it Lawful for a Man to Kill a Thief, who has not in the least hurt him, nor declared any design upon his life, any farther then by the use of Force, so to get him in his Power, as to take away his Money, or what he pleases from him.: because using force, where he has no Right, to get me into his Power, let his pretense be what it will, I have no reason to purpose that he, who would take away my Liberty, would not when he had me in his Power, take away every thing else. And therefore it is Lawful for me to treat him, as one who has put himself into a State of War with me, I.e. kill him if I can; for to that hazard does he justly expose himself, whoever introduces a State of War, and is Aggressor in it.”

  4. History is full of examples of when you enable people or regimes who don’t embrace democratic values you get a bad result...it’s called appeasement. And all America dud was appease what Obama supported for 8 very long and destructive years.

According to former Secretary of State and former National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice ...”leaving the Iran Agreement would be no bid deal fir the United States.” She went in t o explained ...”the allies love this Iranian deal”, and she also said that she hoped that President Trump discussed this matter with French President Macron and Chancellor Merkel.”

Rice did say that the Iranians must have this thus deal with the Europeans at least because they want and very much need the potential foreign trade & investments. She also added that she’s wouldn’t have signed the agreement in the first place.

So let’s follow Ms. Rice’s words and get out of a very bad deal, reinstalling embargo’s against Iran, make it perfectly clear that any movement against Israel will be taken as an act of war against the United States of America.

  5. With an open mind examine what the Israeli Government exposed this last few days. Proof positive of collusion between Iran ruling Mullah’s and President Obama.

There is proof of Obama’s working directly with the Ayatollah and the ruling inner circle in Tehran out there for the enterprising journalist who wishes to be recognized.

Obama was driven not by love of country (which is a mystery of which country that would be) but by love of wealth that comes from running an administration of “pay to play.”
