Saturday Politics : Obama Cynically Uses Transgenders and Children to Attack States

Saturday Politics is sadly sometimes about children's bathrooms. ~~~~~ The Department of Justice has historically been a non-political entity in the federal government, defending federal laws and advising the President about legal matters. But, President Obama has turned the DOJ into a militant political arm of the Progressive movement. From making police forces kowtow to local anti-law-enforcement groups to refusing to defend in court the federal law that defined marriage as being between a man and a woman to its latest foray into an area tightly tied to states rights by telling schools who can use their bathrooms. ~~~~~ Obama's transgender onslaught is now officially aimed at children : public schools must permit transgender students to use bathrooms and locker rooms consistent with their gender identity. The Obama administrative directive, which does not have the force of law, was issued during a court battle between the DOJ and North Carolina. It was announced in a letter from the departments of Education and Justice and placed in an as-yet undecided civil rights context : "A school’s obligation under federal law 'to ensure nondiscrimination on the basis of sex' requires schools to provide transgender students equal access to educational programs and activities even in circumstances in which other students, parents, or community members raise objections or concerns. As is consistently recognized in civil rights cases, the desire to accommodate others’ discomfort cannot justify a policy that singles out and disadvantages a particular class of students." The Secretary of the Department of Education stated : “No student should ever have to go through the experience of feeling unwelcome at school or on a college campus. We must ensure that our young people...whoever they are or wherever they come from...have the opportunity to get a great education in an environment free from discrimination, harassment and violence.” ~~~~~ Obama’s response to the North Carolina lawsuit is a classic leftist attempt to expand federal power over the states. The states, with their 10th Amendment constitutional sovereignty -- "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." -- are a threat to Obama's goal of an international socialist system. It is critical now for states to use their constitutional power to halt the Progressive-Left war against the Constitution and 10th Amendment. The North Carolina lawsuit shows that Governor McCrory recognizes the enormous significance of this fight. Governors from all states should join McCrory making this a national fight for the 10th Amendment and state sovereignty. Texas was first to publicly join North Carolina in the battle when political leaders announced Thursday they will not obey Obama’s bathroom mandate. One Texas official said the state will not yield to “blackmail” from President Obama. Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick told reporters : “I believe it is the biggest issue facing families and schools in America since prayer was taken out of our schools." He said Obama’s policy “will divide the country not along political lines but along family values and school districts." Arkansas and Missouri quickly followed in refusing to obey. ~~~~~ Dear readers, the division Obama is encouraging is not good for transgender Americans. The vast majority of Americans are sympathetic to their needs. Acceptance of the 700,000 (0.3%) transgenders is growing socially and in the workplace. Read about transgender progress and problems here : < http://www.marieclaire.com/culture/g3065/transgender-facts-figures/ > But, there are 50 million US schoolchildren, 35 million of whom are pre-kindergarten to grade 8 (NCES data). They should not become the pawns in Obama's Progressive war to destroy constitutional state sovereignty. Obama's hypocritical decision to use 4-to-12 year-olds to attack the Constitution reveals just how little he cares about either transgenders or America or her children.

Today it's the 'transgenders' and 'children. before this it was the blacks, education, and then it was antiwar (but then neocons who always want (and need) a war ongoing, then up-side-down mortgages for those who couldn't then or eve today afford the home they lived in.

The point is that the democratics always have a social awareness scheme up their sleeves where as it is present through their media friends as some dire social situational that is tearing at the fabric, at the heart & soul of the social class requiring their need, but also the nation as a whole.

The actual truth friends is that out system has a built-in correctional device that kicks in and starts a self correctional process for those needing help, but also those who honestly want to give help for nothing in return. Not even "votes" in subsequent elections.

Self correction is better than self righteousness.

  2. Some of us care little about the debate over public bathrooms. We do, however, care about the ongoing destruction of federalism, individual choice and good-faith debate in America.

One reliable way to quash dissent and force moral codes on others is to liken a cause to that of the 1960s civil rights fight, because every liberal issue is situated somewhere on the great historical arc of “equality” and “justice.” If people stand against even one of these causes — which were once great, but are increasingly trivial today — they have, according to the cultural imperialists of the Obama administration aligned themselves with the Ku Klux Klan.

U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch announced on Monday that the Department of Justice was filing a federal civil rights lawsuit against the state of North Carolina, Gov. Pat McCrory, the North Carolina Department of Public Safety and the University of North Carolina for passing the “controversial law” (this is the go-to characterization of conservative bills that pass with healthy majorities) requiring transgender people to use public bathrooms matching their birth certificate. She had this to say: - “This is not the first time that we have seen discriminatory responses to historic moments of progress for our nation. We saw it in the Jim Crow laws that followed the Emancipation Proclamation. We saw it in fierce and widespread resistance to Brown v. Board of Education. And we saw it in the proliferation of state bans on same-sex unions intended to stifle any hope that gay and lesbian Americans might one day be afforded the right to marry.”

Likening a spat over biologically segregated male and female bathrooms to the genuinely violent, systematic, state-sponsored and society-wide bigotry that took place in this country for a century is both intellectually and morally corrupt. But then so is the DOJ, AG Lynch is nothing more than a mouth piece for Obama, and Obama himself are so color-blind and hell bent on rushing the United States into at very least a full-blown Socialistic state, if not an annex for Islamic extremism.

  3. At least 13 states are now standing against Barack Obama’s evil and tyrannical decree that gender fluid bathrooms must be used in all public schools across America. Texas is leading the way. But it gets worse.

Black Christian leaders were outraged when Loretta Lynch compared the trans bathroom issue to Jim Crow laws — drawing a comparison between the “struggles” of “transgender individuals” and the violent civil rights battles of Blacks in the 1960’s. A group of black pastors are now stepping forward and slamming Obama for betraying MLK’s legacy: “It’s a gross insult to all of those who marched with Dr. King and faced fire hoses and hatred in the name of equality.”

The coalition of black pastors is calling on “all black Americans to stand up and fight for the sanctity of Martin Luther King’s accomplishments.” And they should immediately. This cannot be allowed to stand. With one poll showing Obama’s trans bathroom edict is opposed by a stunning 73% of black voters, this divisive position could set the stage for a huge battle that could influence the results of the 2016 election and hurt Hillary badly.

Let the war begin between all Christians of any color and conservative Americans against Progressives on both sides of the aisle. Now is the time to fight if there ever was one. And this is a deeper reaching issue than “just bathrooms” my friends. It’s about individual rights and the Rule of Law. It’s about States Rights and an sprinting Federal government to control everything. It’s a gorge camouflaged as a crack in the fabric of our government’s relationship to us citizens.

  4. How the democratic can possibly got into the General Election with personalities, views & actions, and arguable vast differences with the voters as listed below:
    1. Hillary Clinton e-mail scandals.
    2. Hillary Clintons involvement in the fourth coming Clinton Foundation scandal with more unexplained missing/unaccounted for millions of donated dollars to charity.
    3. Obamacare scandal & knock down by yet another federal Judge
    4. The non-sensible disguised power grab via “transgender bathrooms”
    5. 2 Million dollars in Clinton Foundation going to a ‘single’ bombshell next door neighbor of the Clinton’s in New York.
    6. Iran Nuclear agreement revelations of last week.
    7. Obama’s self-created mess in the Middle East
    8. Hillary Clinton’s well documented ‘illegal activities’ in the past from the time at the Rose Law Firm to missing IRS & FBI missing files found in the living quarters of Bill Clinton’s White House days.
    9. A daily possibility of federal criminal charges being brought against Hillary Clinton over her e-mail server treason.

This list doesn’t just pertain to the democrat’s with Hillary as their candidate, oh no. Joe Biden has been in lock-step and supportive of all and everything that the Obama Administration has done 7 is doing, and he is a Hillary supporter and confident.

A Bernie Sanders 3rd party with 5% of the vote in November defeats the Democrats, because that 5% of socialist voters comes from the democrats base.

So maybe not “how” but WHY would the Dems make such a defeatist move, other than the obvious blackmailing, no holds barred (much like what happened to her close friend Vince Foster) of Hillary of anyone who gets in her way.

Donald trump, the GOP, the RNC (Republican National Committee) should relish Hillary as their November opponent – not fearing her.
