Forget about Candidate Obama - Think about Tiger and the Masters

I suppose the entire world knows by now that President Obama has announced that he is a candidate for a second term. The election will be in November, 2012.
His YouTube message said that he’s lowered unemployment - but he didn’t mention that it’s still higher than when he took office. He also says he saved the US and perhaps the world from the financial crisis of 2008. I’d say “semi-save” is the right phrase because we’re not out of the woods by a long shot.
Speaking of Woods - Tiger that is - I’d like to change the subject, because, just as Obama’s polls are falling, Tiger’s are, too. This is the first year since 1999 that he hasn’t been picked in the polls to win the Masters at Augusta. My guess is that this means he’ll win. Anyone agree?
Woods has been out of touch and off the golf circuit for several weeks getting ready for Augusta and maybe it’ll pay off. After all, this is the 25th anniversary of Jack Nicklaus’ 6th Masters title, in a year when nobody thought he’d make the cut, let alone win…he was 46 and hadn’t won a tournament for 2 years. He simply made the lowest score ever posted at Augusta on the final day. There’s hope for Tiger in that story.
As for Obama, it’s too early to even care.
